Red Panda Noodle is an adorable food truck staked out at À La Cart- City. The food is as tasty as the branding is adorable. Very appropriately named, Red Panda serves a variety of Asian noodle dishes. We tried a beef & broccoli bulgogi and the noodles were thick and decadent, the whole thing bursting with flavor. I only wish there had been a little more broccoli, but other than that it was fantastic. read more

I've been chasing the Red Panda Noodle for years. When this place first opened, it was the talk of the town, and it's been solid in quality ever since. I guess I just don't get out and about to the right places, but I was at the right place at the right time this time. They were at the Florida Fringe Festival parked right on the lawn. It was finally my time. The initial encounter was a little bit of a downer. I ordered the Biang Biang noodles, and they took my money, but then a few minutes later, it was oops, we're out. I was slightly distraught, but luckily, they had another banger on their menu. So I ordered the Spicy Chicken Katsu (Crispy fried chicken takes a dip in yellow curry udon. Bell peppers, mushrooms, carrots--like a bento box went to Burning Man). And we also ordered the Skewers (Sticky, garlicky, ranchy mystery on a stick. We're not explaining it. Just eat it). The skewers were omg delicious. Covered with two different sauces, sitting in another sauce, all the flavors blended seamlessly into a sweet, spicy, herbaceous, wonderful bite. The description didn't say what kind of meat it was, I didn't ask, but it was crispy and juicy and also good. Just a solid skewer. Then it was time for the main event. That Katsu. A good sized cutlet, very crispy, perfect thickness, very moist chicken. The curly udon noodles were well-cooked. A nice bounce, a nice chew. Coated in the hot curry sauce. This curry was definitely hotter than average, so be forewarned. But it's not stupid hot. It's a very pleasant burn, and delicious. Get this dish. Overall, I was blessed by the food truck gods when I stumbled upon the Red Panda. Great food, definitely two standard deviations above most food truck food out there. read more

The first time I tried Red Panda Noodles was years ago at a food truck event in College Park and I loved every bite of the noodles I got. Now that they have a spot in Ala Cart, I get to have them all the time when I'm in the office. It's a perfect spot downtown with plenty of outdoor seating. You order and they give you a buzzer to pick up your food. Now the food is on point. The noodles are delicious no matter which one you get. My personal favorite is the curry katsu and once you are done there is curry left over that I love to put over rice. Everyone also needs to try the pork chunks, it's fried goodness smothered in sauce. read more

Pros: This is a food truck, so it is always on the move. Gotta know where it is, and I'm very glad they wanted to come to the Florida Fringe Festival this year. Service was nice enough. Food was definitely above average for food truck food. Certainly didn't taste like it all came from a Sam's Club, like on TV. Cons: They ran out of a certain type of noodle that we wanted. Seems a bit problematic when the menu is so limited anyway. Tips: Each thing we tried was awesome. If you get anything with the curly udon noodles or any kind of katsu, you won't be able to go wrong. Both items were very good. read more

Service was great and the food came out quickly. We went to the food truck at A La Carte downtown orlando. I got the Biang Biang noodles. They were decent but I felt like the spice overtook everything else. I loved it but would've wanted something else to make it have more of a taste than just spice. Noodles were fantastic and honestly if they gave the option to add shrimp I would. The dish was never ending though and super filling. I would get something else from here again! read more

DELICIOUS! Some of the best noodles I've had. This specific dish was so spicy but had the best flavor. This spot is a food truck but located in A La Cart downtown Orlando. The prices were a little high, as I paid just under $20 for this noodle bowl (including tip) but because it was so great I'd say worth it. read more

Visited the new truck location, in downtown. Cool location with plenty of seating. Perfect to sit and eat outside on a nice day. I tried to order ahead but I couldn't find a working link to do so. The truck staff was nice and my food did not take long. I ordered the Bourbon noodles. Don't think I will order again. It wasn't horrible but it was definitely on the salty side. I've had their garlic noodles before and I don't remember them being salty. I'll definitely eat with them again. I want to try their dumplings. read more

Always love when I catch Red Panda Noodle popping up around town. This is one of my favorite food trucks in Orlando, created by the folks behind Orlando Meats (RIP). Their fresh, hand-pulled noodle dishes are all so unique and creative and they give you very generous portions. You can usually find them at Tasty Tuesdays in the Milk District, Orlando Parking Lot Party, the Thornton Park Night Market, at Redlight Redlight in Audubon, at Milkmart, and various other markets and festivals in Orlando. I love their wavy udon noodles and some of my favorite dishes are the spicy chicken kastu made with yellow curry and the garlic noodles. They also have great vegetarian options like the goomba (mushrooms) and the biang biang noodles. They almost always have a line, but it's worth the wait! They post their events schedule on IG so be sure to check there for updates. read more

One of my favorite food trucks in Central Florida. They pop up at local events pretty often, you can follow them on Insta to see where they'll be. I like the Goomba noodles. I a sucker for anything with garlic. The noodles are large and flavorful and always have the perfect chew. The owner running the truck is always kind and friendly, really a pleasant person to talk to! The ambiance depends on where they're parked or where they set up shop. Usually a local event or some sort of festival. Always fun to find them in the wild, but worth seeking out! read more

Okay so these hand pulled noodles are super fresh and chewy! We ordered the Biang Biang vegan noodles with bok choy, chili and scallions for $15. Even though the dish seemed rather small, it was super filling. I loved the noodles but I felt it had a little too much oil and spice. It's funny that I'm saying something had too much spice, because I'm the girl that puts way to much spicy sauce on things. I almost wished there was more bok choy to make it feel a bit healthier. We ordered and it was ready very quickly and visited them when they were in the Casselberry park. I didn't even know this cute park existed. I would definitely come back to try another dish.If you do go with these noodles, know they are spicy and very messy! read more

First time eating at this food truck was at tasty takeover and am so glad that they are located downtown and much closer to me now! Loved the curry chicken ramen, the chicken was so tender and crispy and there was the perfect spice kick to the dish. Considering how busy they always get I was impressed with how fast I got my food. This is literally my favorite food truck and now to have a permanent spot that I can always go and get my fav noodles is like a dream come true! I tried something new on this adventure and it did not disappoint! They didn't have the noodles that normal go with the Biang Biang but it was still delicious and spicy! They also had vegan dumplings which had caught my attention on instagram and prompted me to make this trip out. They unfortunately only had a few left and not enough to make a full order but they still made them for me and even let me have them for free! Literally some of the nicest people you will ever meet work here! 10/10 they will be seeing me soon. read more

When I visited, it was at a food truck and I know they were running low on their stock, so I'll definitely have to try out another time and edit this, but... I had ordered the bourbon meala and the hand pulled noodles were delicious! That being said, the overall dish was a bit more oily than I prefer. Everyone in the truck was super nice and they were really excited to be making new milestones for orders! I can't speak much for ambience, but they got through the line quickly and kept everyone aware of what they were slowly running out of! Definitely 3 stars for the employees dedication and attitude but it missed the spot food-wise (at least this time). read more

This food truck is always!!! busy. And for good reason. Hand pulled noodles, with delicious yummy sauces! My friends are obsessed with this place. I love that they switch up their menu and have new fun items often. My negative is that there are no real gluten free options .... i wish they had some rice or rice noodles (please!!!). For how busy they are, they are so quick with getting their orders out. Their portions are generous, enough to share or save half for later. It is a food truck, so there is technically not an ambiance with being outside. read more

What a great food truck find! We are really into noodles so was intrigued to try this place. Prices are steep but on par for typical food truck dishes. Ordered 2 different noodle dishes, important to mention didn't add meat cause it was extra for the proteins! Goomba was garlicky and mushroomy but a bit too salty for my taste. The udon was interesting. But I ended up using the left over sauce on rice at home. The Biang Biang was definitely flavorful but again a bit too spicy. The bok choy was a nice refreshing add. Food was prepared quickly and the servers were friendly. Food truck was nice and only true issue was the internet was a bit spotty so the payment took a little bit longer. Overall a trendy spot and very tasty would be back! read more

I saw this food truck on Instagram and just knew I needed to try their noodles, particularly because they had vegetarian/vegan options. Lucky for me, we happened upon them in Sanford one Sunday. We ordered the Biang Biang noodles and the Goomba noodles. Both were amazing! I loved the texture and flavor of the hand pulled noodles in the Biang Biang. They were thick and chewy in all the right ways. The spice level was probably about a medium, but I like spicy food, so I might be understating the spice. I only had a bite of the Goomba since it wasn't mine, but that was great too. Plenty of mushrooms. read more

Was hyped about this place because heard good things abt it. I guess the expectations were already set high at this point. Garlic noodles with chicken were alright. The flavor was enjoyable but noodles were very greasy. Chicken was good. I added extra spice (house made chili crisp) and it wasn't too hot. The flavor of the chili crisp was okay. Cumin beef had a bit more interesting flavor combination in my opinion. Cumin definitely added more fun to the dish. Again, noodles - greasy. The beef was soft and cooked nicely but they could add more meat. Was happy to see cilantro, added freshness. Cumin beef comes with chili crisp. To conclude, it was not more than okay to me. Maybe I have to try some other things on the menu but what I've ordered was just alright. Definitely not a fan of such greasy noodles. read more

I have been wanting to try this pop up for a while! I recently got to do so at one of the Orlando Parking Lot parties at Rockpit. The people working here are really friendly and seem passionate about their food. I chose to try the garlic noodles which come with chicken. Their noodles are hand pulled and meals made fresh to order (fun watching them work their wok magic!). You can definitely taste and feel the difference in the hand pulled noodles. They have such a pleasing texture and flavor! I loved my meal and enjoyed the mixture of ingredients and garlicky goodness of the sauce. It reminded me of hand pulled noodles I tried in NYC when I visited which I also loved. The portion seemed a bit small looking at it and I'd maybe have liked a bit more chicken, but it was honestly a perfect amount and very filling for me. I'm just a glutton for noodles and was loving my food! You know it's good when you're a little sad taking your last bite. Red Panda Noodle lives up to the hype and there's a reason they seem to frequently sell out! I can't wait to catch them again and try some of their other dishes! read more

Super salty. Unique noodles though. It's at Art2 Park which is run by A La Cart so will probably go back just because of that.

Tried Red Panda Noodle at the Orlando beer festival and it was delicious! Me and my two sisters all tried a different style of their noodles, I tried the goomba and it was incredible! I loved the wavy noodles and the thick veggies. My favorite was the mustard greens and mushrooms. Everything had great flavor. Maybe next time I would also get the spice on the side because I really like that kick! My sisters got the garlic noodles which was super good and the summer which was spicy but flavorful. Maybe I'd ask for the spicy sauce on the side for that so you can control the heat! The workers were so sweet and made it a great experience. We were the last customers of the day and I can see how they were running out of items because it was THAT good. I will definitely eat here again!! read more

Been waiting to go to their flagship location when I found out they had a food truck in downtown. Walked over for lunch. I had 2 dishes, the fish dish was the biang biang which was the hand pulled noodles with bok choy and chili crisp. The dish was spicy and didn't have much flavor compared to the garlic noodle dish. This food truck has some of the most delicious food I've ever had! I especially liked the skewers. The summer chicken noodles were good, but just not for my personal taste. My older son and I were highly excited to try this food truck at the Parking Lot Party in Winter Park event. We decided to share meals since I didn't come that hungry. He ordered the Biang Biang Spicy noodles and I got the pork skewer. The noodle type he picked were really not my first choice but Im not saying they were bad either. They were surely packed with a sweet spicy flavor and were extremely filling to me. One bite/noodle was all I needed honestly.. I wanted to try the bourbon noodle but I guess next time because I couldn't resist the pork skewer. The previous pics just look so mouth watering and it is truthfully so. Two bites in I was ready to pack my stuff and go fight for my leftovers for tomorrow haha..
