I had the quesobirria tacos and the wife had the Barria quesadillas. Both were spot on delicious. I enjoyed the taco version better because they were like tiny quesadillas that were crispy all over. The consommé was flavorful and not at all greasy. The wife refuses to dip her food into a broth and make it mushy, but she tried it and was enjoying that consommé on the remaining bites. The service was fast and friendly. It started to get crowded but we never felt rushed. The place is decorated well with vibrant Hispanic motive. I can't forget the chicken quesadilla that the daughter had. She said it was also full of chicken, cheese, and goodness. We live nearby so Queso Loco will be our go to spot.
