So you put "pho" into Yelp and look at the 5 or 6 pho options in the Mills area. Then you choose the one with the most stars but it's closed on Tuesdays. So you simply go to the option closest to your friend's house to please her since all the remaining 4 or 5 options seem similar. Then you end up at Pho Vinh, unpretentiously, by chance. Then you leave there very happy. Reasons for our collective happiness: portion size, broth flavor, generosity of basil, lime, bean sprouts and jalapeño, nice service, fair prices, and the short wait. Pho Vinh is what you expect from a decent quality pho restaurant: flavor over fuss, efficiency over beating around the bush.

Came here twice and I have to say that this is the best Vietnamese cuisine I've had so far in Orlando. They have a small parking lot in the back, two separate entrances. When you arrive they normally have you sit where you'd like. Quick service and Great service. The food not only looks amazing but it is amazing which is a 10/10 in my book. Very chill and relaxing vibe. I will always come back.

Such a cozy location with great customer service. Their soup bowls are incredible as their summer rolls are as well. Very filling food, that leaves you feeling refreshed and energized.

I haven't had a truly great bowl of pho since I visited Chicago years ago, but this Orlando spot has officially ended my long search! We came in on a cool day craving something warm and comforting, and it was the perfect choice. We started with the Fried Spring Rolls, which were incredibly light, crispy, and packed with flavor--a fantastic start. For our main event, we ordered the #85 (Tái nạm). The bowl was massive and arrived piping hot, accompanied by a fresh plate of lime, jalapeño, bean sprouts, and Thai basil. The broth was the true star: deeply rich and flavorful, offering that ultimate comfort without the heavy, salty aftertaste you sometimes get. The slices of medium-rare steak were tender, and the rice noodles were perfect. This is exactly what great pho should be. The service is friendly, and our food came out surprisingly fast. While the staff was great at keeping our water glasses full, they became a bit less visible after the meal, and we had to flag someone down for the check. It's a minor point in an otherwise excellent experience. With plenty of seating and no wait, it's a great, reliable spot.

My wife and I are trying all the Pho restaurants in Orlando. This was delicious, and inexpensive. The service was so kind. The place was neat and clean.

Our group went here after suggesting the location and you need to pay attention because just one building over is another Vietnamese restaurant. Friendly service, got seated quickly and waters brought out. I also got a can of Sprite ($4) and the vermicelli with grilled shrimp, five came with a bowl filled with pickled carrots, cilantro and thinly sliced cucumber ($15).

Let me preface this review with, I love soup. All kinds, all times of year. Also, at any given moment I love Asian food, so all of that may be skewing my review. Pho Vinh is clean, decorated with some very specific Vietnamese paintings, and overall a decent place. It was clear that the to-go area was very busy. The pho was delightful and came with a very generous plate of Thai basil, bean sprouts, lime, and jalapeño. The broth was exactly what I wanted it to be and soothes the soul. We also ordered the lemongrass chicken and that was better than what I imagined. It was so tasty that I tried a bit of the sauce with the pho broth and OMG was it good. Darn it, now I want the whole meal all over again. Overall, a great spot and good food.

The food was okay. The space was able to accommodate us as a large party. The prices were also okay. I personally liked the dessert more.

My go-to spot for home style Vietnamese food! You have to get their caramelized braised catfish and veggie dishes. They cook the fish perfectly to where it's tender and fall off the bone, but not dry; and the sauteed water spinach with garlic is just like how my grandma makes. Both of these with some fluffy white rice hits the spot so good. The pho here is pretty good, but can be hit or miss sometimes; especially when compared to some other pho spots around town. Service is friendly and quick! They're very accommodating. The ambiance and decor is nostalgic and minimal, but the food is the main star here. Highly recommend!

    #100 on the menu.

The food, service and atmosphere were all amazing from the moment we walked in. The food was absolutely delicious!

Vin Pho has become my absolute go-to whenever I need a Pho fix. I've tried plenty of places, but this spot truly stands out--it's hands down the best Pho I've had in town. I ordered the classic beef pho, and from the very first sip of the broth, I was hooked. Rich, flavorful, and comforting without being too salty. The noodles had that perfect springy texture, and the beef was tender and plentiful. What I really love is how fresh everything tastes--the basil, lime, and bean sprouts are always crisp and generous, so you can dress up your bowl exactly the way you like it. Service is consistently warm and welcoming. Even when it's busy, the staff makes sure you're taken care of quickly. The space is casual and cozy, perfect for sitting down with a steaming bowl of soup on a rainy day--or honestly, any day. Tip: Pair your pho with their fresh spring rolls--they're light, flavorful, and a great starter before diving into that big comforting bowl. Overall: If you love Pho, Vin Pho is the spot. Comforting, flavorful, and consistently excellent--it's the kind of place that feels like home in a bowl.

Very clean well maintained pho restaurant located in Downtown Orlando. The servers were friendly and attentive and portions were big enough to fill me up even with the regular size. Broth was deep and flavorful. In my opinion, debatably one of the best pho restaurants in Orlando for sure. Recommend checking it out when you crave Pho!

Delicious bun bo hue (comes with a satisfying amount of beef and pork) and such friendly service! Can't wait to come back and try other Vietnamese staples :)

We started with the crispy chicken dumplings--crispy on the outside with a juicy, tender chicken filling. Perfect way to kick things off. We continued with three items: Beef Stew (Bún Bò Kho), Orange Chicken, and Sautéed Cubed Beef "Shaking Beef" (Cơm Bò Lúc Lắc). The Beef Stew (Bún Bò Kho) was heaven on a dish. The beef stew was easily the standout--rich, flavorful, and the beef was so tender it practically melted in your mouth. The vermicelli noodles were just as impressive. Just reminiscing about it makes my mouth water. The "Shaking Beef" was served over white rice (highly recommend), and every bite was better than the last. The garlic butter sauce really takes it over the top. Don't be fooled by the Orange Chicken--Boneless chicken, fried perfectly and coated in their authentic sweet orange sauce. The best Orange Chicken in town, hands down. No chance of leftovers here--you won't want to put your fork down.

The exterior and interior both follow the same black and white illustrated design style. The only thing missing was the chairs not being outlined as well, because that would've tied the theme together even more. Lots of parking available. Ordering is done at the counter before being seated. Service was friendly, and teachers get a complimentary drink with their entrée. I ordered the Black Ox noodle soup, which costs $28 and is tied with the short rib pho as the most expensive pho option on the menu. The bowl only comes in one size. It included sliced beef, beef brisket, and two pieces of oxtail, one large and one small. The oxtail was very tender and fell off the bone easily although I wish I had more oxtail since two of the pieces were bone only. The brisket was also well cooked and flavorful. Noodles were on the firm side and I wish the broth was a lot more hotter. On the side they provide bean sprouts, jalapeños, basil leaves, and two lime wedges. I also tried the Thai iced tea. It was a bit too sweet for my preference, so I wasn't able to finish it. They have one family washroom and one regular washroom available. Wooden chopsticks are provided, and plastic forks are available too. The food was solid, especially the oxtail, though the pricing does lean on the expensive side.
