Light airy and tasty donuts. They come as many donuts in the way you select them is a little bit strange if you get a six pack, you could only get two selections so you have to get a 12 pack. If you wanna have four the pricing isn't bad but the fact that you can't build any flavor you want depending on the box is a little bit off. They cook them fresh to order. They're not overly sweet. I initially thought it would be a traditional doughnut shop with a display case, but when I walked in, there were no doughnuts on display. I figured they must be in the back since I saw a few employees behind the counter. The register is just a few steps inside the door, and while there was only one group ahead of me, the line quickly bunched up by the entrance as more people came in--which could become a bit chaotic during busy times. There's also a digital menu screen that shows doughnut flavors, but only the person currently ordering can see it. As a first-time visitor, I couldn't preview the flavors until I was at the counter, which slowed things down a bit and added a little pressure to choose quickly. I learned that the doughnuts are mini-sized and made to order, which is a cool concept. They fry them fresh and top them on the spot, and you can pick a certain number of flavors depending on how many you order. I went with a dozen to share with my son and chose: Regular glazed Oreo cookie S'mores Nutella dream The doughnuts were just okay. I liked that they were made fresh, but they're definitely best eaten right away. By the time I got to them, the texture and flavor had already lost a bit of their appeal. The Oreo and S'mores were also very similar in taste--the only real difference was the marshmallow on the S'mores. Nothing stood out as particularly memorable. Overall, it's a cute spot for a quick, sweet treat, especially if you're nearby, but it's not somewhere I'd go out of my way to visit again. I was looking for a new doughnut place to try and was intrigued by the idea of mini doughnuts that were made and decorated freshly, especially with having two little ones. We like treats but also balance, I did an app order for pick at 10:15 AM. I got there right before 10:10 AM. Got both of my kids out and went inside. The store is aesthetically pleasing - clean - and I was greeted immediately and my order was already ready to go. Now - I ordered donuts and a coffee. I ordered for 10:15 AM thinking it'd be completed right around 10:15 AM - I know it's only 5 minutes but I also don't know how long it'd been sitting there prior to me getting there. The coffee was already sweating and the ice was pretty melted - the box of donuts had a lot of steam on the plastic spot where you see in. Both items did have a tamper seal on them - which I appreciate. Looking later, it seemed one of my donuts that I ordered wasn't correct. I ordered the peach cobbler - there was no peach on top like the app shows and it didn't reflect a peach cobbler when eating it. I'm obsessed with these mini donuts! They come out fresh, perfectly soft on the inside with just the right amount of sweetness. I really appreciated that they weren't heavy or greasy like some donuts can be. The variety of flavors made it even better. I got to try a few different ones and each one was delicious. This amazing New donut shop located in (sanford) makes hot fresh donuts that are made to order and glazed or iced with a multitude of flavours. They also have doughnut milkshakes and what I actually officially believe is the best coffee in town.. it blows Starbucks out of the water. I see a review here about the service being delayed., that may have been a busy morning while new staff was training but I was in there with four people in line ahead of me and I got to see my donuts made fresh and glazed and I was out the door within five minutes. I don't even know where to start! I have been so excited to try this place and what an utter disappointment! I showed up today at 8:10. Ordered a coffee and 12 donuts. 40 minutes later still nothing! Apparantly the first customer who showed up they told him they didn't turn the fryers on, he ordered 24 and that took him an hour to receive and he was the first customer in. The women behind the counter was miserable! Kept getting annoyed at the awkward heavier set employee who did not seem to know how to do anything. He couldn't even figure out how to make and pour a coffee. We asked for it while we waited that never happened. I get new places need to work out the kinks but this was horrible! I told the women I would like my money back and with an attitude she tells me well weren't you told there would be a wait? I go no, no I was not and even if I had been told this I would not think I would be waiting 40 minutes for donuts! On top of it we heard there was delivery orders so when she looked for my ticket it was probably going to be another hour! I already waited 40 minutes and I was the 4th customer in the store! Maybe if there was not so many flavors it would not confuse the employees. What's so sad is this is someone's business and they have horrible people running it for them with no common sense! My husband will never go back now bc of the laziness, confusion and pure chaos this business has! It's sad bc I have been waiting for this to open and it was a huge huge disappointment! On top of it the donut fryer was sticking the donuts together and that created chaos for them, empty bottles of glaze which rattled and annoyed the women. She wore it on her face how much she hates her job and who she works with. I don't want to get anyone in trouble but I'm hopeful the owner sees this to help their business before it fails!
