Krispy Kreme as a whole has been in business since 1937 and this particular location has a friendly staff and that friendly staff pushed what might have been four stars to five stars. The store itself is bright and inviting and looking at the donut selection, they all looked so inviting. I made my choices and got them to-go for a morning business meeting. Donuts and other breakfast offerings are a great way to get people a bit happier at having to be at an early morning meeting and these Krispy Kreme donuts were specifically requested. The donuts were good. I particularly liked the cheesecake donut. I would definitely recommend this particular Krispy Kreme location.
This is my go-to Krispy Kreme because the donuts are always fresh and the service is good. I even called ahead to make sure they had the flavor I wanted and the employees were happy to help. Location is clean.
3 words. Hot. Donuts now. That's all you need to bust a U-Turn into this place. We ordered an assorted dozen. Right now they are featuring He-Man flavors & summer flavors. We were sad they were out of blueberry cake donuts but all the more reason to return. Service was awesome as usual. Loved the suggestions we were given. It was early so it was still quiet inside. Pro tip: go inside when the hot donut now sign is on: they give you a free right off the conveyor belt donut to try. Beware of icing sticking to your chin. lol. Every donut we tried was delectable. Can't wait until next time. I wish they'd build one in the Altamonte area.

The staff was really friendly. Offered us a free hot and ready while we ordered. We usually have good service at this location, and last night was no exception. Thank you staff for being so nice :)

I haven't been to one in years but was craving a donut, and after a disappointing experience at a local place I decided to come try out some new flavors they had. We tried the Oreo flavors donuts and they were all delicious! Super soft and the icing was perfect. They were a few cars see but had us all's through the line in no time. They also threw in a free glazed donut! I was very happy with the service and will be back!

It is so much fun to go inside the shop and see the donuts on the conveyor belt getting slavered with the perfect glaze. The employees will offer you a free donut when the Hot sign is on. I always happily accept one. While inside I purchased a dozen donuts to go. My assorted dozen consisted of three chocolate iced glazed, one glazed lemon filled, two glazed raspberry filled, four original glazed cake, one cinnamon apple filled, one New York cheesecake. Each donut is made perfectly and tastes fantastic. If you love donuts you should try Krispy Kreme because they are the best!
Classic Krispy Kreme location! You can view donuts right from the fryer to the glazer into your belly. We were helped in the front by Michael and quickly ordered a dozen of the freshest glazed donuts. Perfection. Visit this location for the fastest freshest donuts!
Delicious!!!! I ordered through the drive through so I don't know how the inside is but the drive through was quick and I could easily make my order and hear the worker on the other end. I'll definitely return in the future.

My partner and I stop in every once in a while for some hot yummy classic donuts and Krispy Kreme never disappoints! Fast and friendly service always! Often times they will throw in a free original glazed because they're the best. 10/10 recommend for your donut cravings, especially when the hot sign is on.
Krispy Kreme will always be a nostalgic childhood memory to me and they simply have the BEST glazed donuts around! If you can do glazed perfectly.. you can do any donut. They also make their batches of donuts fresh everyday right in front of your eyes! Simply delicious and I highly recommend for your next sweet treat! (If you come in when the red light is on you get a free glazed *wink wink*)
Usually my experience coming here is pretty good most of the time. This time for whatever reason my order was completely wrong and I'm frustrated because we've been planning for weeks to come get these donuts waiting for a family member and kept putting it off. We finally went today and I made the order quickly online before we headed there. I ordered 24 of the glazed donut dots. Not one of them are glazed. On top of that they are extremely weird looking ones like one that has black crumbles all over it and got smooshed in the bottom of the barrel, and all of them are dusty and crumbly. And also since my daughter has allergies to certain tree nuts, I have no idea what is in these donuts and cannot risk it so I have to throw out the whole box. Grand said I only paid like five or six bucks for the 24 glazed dots but it was a treat that my daughter was looking forward to and also myself and now we don't get to have it. We drove about 15 minutes to get there and then 15 minutes to get back so we did not notice that right away because like I said, I've always had good experiences here but this was just so frustrating. What a shame. We went through the drive-through to pick up the order and it was extremely dark. Part of the drive-through menu looked like it had either been broken or something was missing from it because part of it looked like something was wrong with it.. looking like a portion of it was missing . At first, I thought it was closed, but once we went around and noticed that there were still workers inside, we came through the drive-through and they were able to get the order very quickly. The staff were very nice and gave me no issues, but just the fact that the order was completely wrong and kind of ruined everything for us is extremely dissatisfying...
How could you not love this place! As soon as we see that hot light, the entire family gets excited! Hot glazed soft doughnuts that melt in your mouth from Krispy Kreme are to die for. Sure you could get some of the other goodies like raspberry filled or chocolate glazed but honestly simply glazed can't be beat! Service is always quick and the always set the mood with a free one right off the line when you walk in. Love love love

We love Krispy Kreme especially when the hot sign is on ! Today called for a few dozen donuts as we have a huge meeting and I know my agents love when I walk in with these boxes. I dropped a few dozen off at my daughter's school and the remaining to the meeting. The staff here has known me for so long they already know when I walk in , it's go time ! Service is amazing , warm donuts are 5000/10 and of course I'll be back before the weekend lol read more

Always keep an eye out for the hot sign to be on! Not only are the donuts deliciously hot, you can even ask for a donut sample for each person in your car when the hot sign is on. What is a donut sample? A fresh, hot, Krispy Kreme glazed donut! Yes. A whole donut. I visited on my birthday to redeem my 3 free Krispy Kreme donuts. I was in the drive thru with my boyfriend and we noticed pulling in that the large hot sign in the front window was on, SCORE! I ordered the 3 glazed donuts for my birthday reward and asked for 2 donut samples. When we pulled up to the window we got 5 glazed donuts! They were so good and made for the perfect start to my special day. The employees are great here. Every time I visit I am welcomed and everything moves swiftly. Thanks Krispy Kreme! read more

Another long overdue review. Krispy Crème donuts are the bomb from my childhood. My family usually ventures to the Daytona Beach store but today we visited a more newly modern store in Winter Park Fl. But the donuts are still so yummy and the original glazed donuts is still my favorite. Restaurant is very clean and the iconic conveyor belt (in all of the stores) still amazes me after all these years. The staff provided great service and always stocking the trays with new fresh donuts. Dunkin' Donuts will always have a place in my heart (being a New Englander) but no comparison with Krispy Crème. Even though prices are a bit expensive but it's all worth it. read more

Sadly I didn't know my local Publix sells these but I ended up driving 40 minutes here to get 2 boxes of for the weekend and family that were showing up. I know one thing though , the lovely lady handed me a fresh one off the line and on man it was europhic ( spelling ) but u get the point. It was a cool experience none the less. It isn't cheap but hey what isn't anymore. read more
Krispy Kreme is the best donut shop of them all. The only thing better than a warm doughnut fresh from the oven is a free warm donut they give you while you're trying to decide what you want. My only complaint is they don't make enough apple fritters, they don't make them often enough and when they do they don't make enough of them so they usually run out unless you get there at 6am read more

I can't top Alan S.'s review of this place! Great job! I bow to thee. I'll add on a bit and say the staff here is excellent. I originally planned on 1 or 2 donuts to see if they're any good, but the woman said the 3 pack is a better deal (4.49). I could have totally done an entire dozen, but I'm trying to be better! Everyone here was friendly even though I was undecided on what to get. Checkout was a breeze and I was in and out in no time. It's better to go here when you are heading South as leaving the parking lot can be a challenge. Also, I don't recommend bringing your McClaren or Lamborghini as you'll probably scrape the bottom on the steep entrance. I was upset when I did that to mine that I just traded a guy in the parking lot for his 80's Subaru Brat pickup. Sweet! I always wanted one! I probably won't be back too often as there's a rumor of one coming to the Waterford Lakes area of town. But the staff here Rocks and Alan S. does too! read more
Love me some Krispy Kreme and the coffee's pretty good too!! Woohoo!! I'll grab us some donuts when visiting mom, often enough. She likes that. Overall friendly and speedy and they've always got some interesting fun donut things going on. Like when they backed traffic up the street with that "free" donut promo they did awhile back. You should have seen the line up Mills or Orlando Ave or 17/92 or 15 or whatever you call it blocking up traffic ...for a freeeee donut. Nutty. Did they shrink up the large iced coffee? Looks like they gave me a small when I paid for a large last time in and when I asked about it, was told "this is how we do it." Is that right? Shrunk the what the what up!!! This is by far the best Krispy Kreme we have ever had. We got a dozen assorted and a dozen glazed donuts. They were all so fresh despite it being after 5pm when we got them. We live 2 hours from this location but willing to make the drive to just have these donuts again. The staff was friendly. Overall a great experience. read more

Who doesn't love Krispy Kreme?! That hot now sign is impossible to pass up ! We went for their 86th birthday for their special and the kids had a blast. They got hats, got to see the donuts getting made and we left for enough donuts for a small village! Costumer service was great and the line went great! read more

I was denied my free dozen of birthday donuts because I had only been using their app for 2 days, despite me being signed up and part of their rewards program for over 2 years. I had no problems claiming my free dozen last year. I even had an automated email sent out to me by Krispy Kreme wishing me a happy birthday and telling me that I'm eligible to receive free donuts. To make it worse, their locations are so spread apart that I had to drive 30 minutes to get here. Pretty disappointing... Their customer service could do better. read more

A perfect end to a perfect day. The neon sign alights the night sky, letting the people know there are sweet delicious treats coming out hot- now. The conveyor belt of doughnuts being made and glazed is what I would consider to be the 8th wonder of the world. The display of doughnuts was bountiful. The spread of flavors and seasonal goodies was just a scosche off of perfection. The staff themselves were hard at work but make quick time of getting us our assortment of doughnuts. They even slipped an extra in, what was supposed to be, our box of three. Now when people ask me if I've ever been to Krispy Kreme I say yes. And when people say it's the best doughnut place ever I respond with "right, right."(iykyk) read more
