I tried Shipley's in 2021 I think but in Houston and they have been on my mind ever since. I was so happy to see one pop up in Orlando! The service was friendly and fast. A nice gentleman helped us choose 1/2 dozen and even grabbed us some fresh glazed doughnuts as soon as they came out. It's cute inside and smells heavenly. They have alot of options. You can't go wrong here they have something for everyone.

This was my first time trying Shipley and it was alright. It wasn't great, but it wasn't terrible. I'm indifferent. I got a good variety of donuts, but I wasn't impressed with any of them. To me they were just donuts, now I will say I rarely eat donuts unless they are the mochi kind, but I'm pretty much the type that will pick pies, cakes, cookies over donuts. However, I really wanted to give this place a try since I've never been. It's nice to have something different aside from Dunkin' and this place was very clean. Staff was nice too and they have a great selection of donuts, just nothing that impressed me. I also tried their kolaches and to me it was too much breading and not enough of the sausage inside. However don't let that stop you from trying them out, everyone has different opinions about this place and I think if you really love donuts you might like this place.

I love their sausage/egg/cheese kolache, but at this point I cannot recommend this location. The last time I ordered a cake w chocolate and sprinkles - received no sprinkles; ordered a S/E/C kolache and there were only two pieces of sausage. Decided to give them another shot 3 days later - they were closed with no comm/notice. Called, emailed, reached out on social media - no response - but eventually they updated that the store would be closed until June 28. Unsure if they've been open the past week, but now they're closed again due to no electricity. At this point, an hour round-trip was wasted twice and won't be done again. ETA: found out, after posting my review, that this sign had been up for a month prior to the day I visited which means that they never opened since they claimed they would be on June 28. All reviews since, of those who actually went to the location recently, have stated the same - of it being closed. I reached out again via IG, and no response. Very weird in the day and age of technology that they don't interact w their customers. It is clear that Shipley had ghosted Orlando, and atp I say "good riddance." Now I'm off to support local kolache/donut businesses.

My family has always wanted to try this place, but it was always closed when we passed. Brittany was super helpful and friendly. I don't like sweets for breakfast, but I didn't know if I would get another chance anytime soon to return, so I opted for a donut. I wanted to try ALL the flavors, but I narrowed it down to the Maple Bacon. I loved it. I expected it to be thick and heavy, but it wasn't. My daughter and hubby got the sausage jalapeño cheddar kolache. It was good! I just had a bit of my daughter's since my donut was so huge. They each had a coffee and I had a sip. They were good, too! The place was clean and inviting.

The inside was clean, the donuts were fresh. I won't have the savory item again, just not my cup of tea, but the dough on the outside was good. The employees were all very nice. They welcomed us and they helped us choose.

Every time I drive by Shipley Do-Nuts, I tell myself that I need to stop in and try the donuts sometime. That is before this place even opened. After all this time, I finally stopped in on a Saturday afternoon while running errands. I have to watch my weight and sugar. I do not buy cakes or cookies or pie, but I like to have a donut of muffin with breakfast on the weekend. I was greeted as I entered, and I told the gentleman working that afternoon that I would like to take a moment to look at the selection, being the first time I have been here. I decided on a Bear Claw and a Glazed Cinnamon Twist. Each go for $4.09. And both go good with morning coffee. Especially on a weekend. It will most likely be awhile when I go back to Shipley Do-Nuts. But they make a good donut. There are tables for dining inside, and the dining area is kept clean. Stop in sometime when you get the chance.

Yes. Very much yes. We frequent a restaurant nearby and have mentioned trying this place out for some time and finally remembered to hit them up recently! Staff was quick to greet us and they have all the donut offerings on display from the counter area with easy-to-read labels. We each ordered a couple and got a box to go. The place is super clean and has a bit of seating should you wish to stay and enjoy. Parking is a breeze with several dedicated spots and easy access to their location from either side of 436. Overall: A+ Love a good classic donut with great staff and a clean spot!

This was my first time visiting Shipley Do-Nuts and I loved it. They serve doughnuts, kolaches, coffee, and other drinks and they have lots of options to choose from. The cashier was nice and answered all of my questions. They also have a few small tables inside to enjoy your meal. I never had a kolache before and I was pleasantly surprised on how good it was. The breading was light and the sausage with cheese had a good flavor. The pink sprinkle cake doughnut was good too, the frosting was thick and not overly sweet. The cinnamon roll tasted great and had a lot of nuts in it which was a nice little surprise, I just prefer to order the cinnamon roll next time with icing. They also have a rewards program that if you register they will send you a coupon for 2 free glazed doughnuts. Everything was tasty and I liked that they had a bunch of different doughnuts but you definitely have to try a kolache.

Came in looking for the Dubai donuts, but sadly it's only on certain days. I did, however, grab a half dozen and their glazed donut covered in cake donut was my favorite! I took off a star for the donuts being a little try, but these are way better than your average Dunkin!

Virginia T.

OMG, the Dubai donuts are sooo good. It's nutty, crunchy, sweet, and the donut itself is so fluffy and soft. What a perfect combination. Although it's a little pricey $12, it's definetly worth to try it once. I called ahead to make sure they have it and placed an order to guarantee it will be there for me. Again, you can call ahead or check their Instagram for the Dubai donuts update. You will never have a donuts like this. The staff were very nice and friendly and the place is very clean.

We went for the viral dubai chocolate donut with pistachio. It was really good! Hopefully they bring more new , fun flavors. This was our first time there solely for this and ended up trying their Kolaches also, it's like a little hot dog in bread with cheese and jalapeños. I liked it a lot! I was genuinely impressed with the amount of donut flavors they had there too. I would definitely go back!

Kiamiah S.

Came to Shipley to try the pistachio doughnut inspired by Dubai at Shipley Do-Nuts, and it was definitely a unique experience. I waited about 30 minutes for this doughnut, which was priced at $9--much more than I expected for a doughnut. The flavor was decent and different, but I'm not sure I'd pay that price again. If you're looking for a regular doughnut, they've got plenty of options that are more in line with traditional pricing. Overall, it wasn't bad, but be prepared for the cost if you're venturing into the specialty doughnuts.

I've made a couple of visits to Shipley donuts now, and I would say the donuts are pretty good. On my first visit, I ordered a plain cake donut, and a plain buttermilk cake donut. The plane cake donut was absolutely delicious. However, the buttermilk one was gross, but I'm not going to judge on that because I probably should've expected the buttermilk to have a unique taste. This weekend I made another stop in for a coffee and a dozen assorted donuts. I was very pleased with the assortment to choose from. While the donuts were good this time, I felt like they could've been fresher. I felt that they got stale extremely quickly, but that's not going to stop me from visiting again. I should, of course, point out that on both visits the service and staff were wonderful! Everybody was in a good mood, and very friendly! And FYI - they are a Texas based chain. In addition to donuts, they also serve kolaches! If you know, you know. :)

They offer a wide variety of unique donuts that all looked really tempting. The prices are a bit on the higher side, even for specialty donuts, but the quality definitely shows. It's a clean, minimalist space that is well lit with natural lighting and seems to be a chill place to sit and do work. When I came around 1-2 PM, they seemed to still have a good number of their donuts still in stock. (Their sign on the door notes they are open per their hours, unless they sell out of everything sooner.) My dad ordered a coffee to go and I ordered a matcha latte without sweetener and almond milk, plus a honey and sea salt cragel to go. Service was quick. Matcha latte was good. I liked the cragel - it had a good texture and wasn't too sweet. My dad wasn't super fond of his coffee, but it was okay. (He said it wasn't the worst, but it wasn't the best coffee he's ever had.) If there isn't an event going on, they have their own parking lot. Otherwise, you are allowed to park in the school lot if school is not in session. (Or street parking if you can find some.)

We sat right next to the kitchen and could see all the yummy food coming out to the tables. I ordered the Prime Brisket Smashburger and it totally hit the spot! (Get the brisket-stacked pancakes ASAP)…read more I love S&D for lunch, but recently got to try out their brunch on a Saturday morning with some girlfriends and it was FABULOUS. First off, note that they have added a vinyl DJ area (so fun!) and now offer table service (perfect for ordering more brunch cocktails!). My favorite brunch dishes I got to try were the brisket-stacked pancakes and the brisket egg & cheese sandwich. The pancakes are made with donut batter and have a hint of citrus. I was offered regular maple syrup or a bourbon version and obviously went with the latter. The brisket was perfection and made this dish the best representation of salty-sweet decadence. I can't imagine ordering anything else for brunch now that I've tried this... And yet, I got to try my friend's brisket egg & cheese sandwich and holy cow the caramelized onions took it to another level. if you're looking for something featuring eggs for breakfast- this is a must. In terms of drinks, I liked their peach spritz. It wasn't too sweet and it was a hearty pour! And even better- they made me a great cortado, so don't forget to get a well-made espresso drink while you're there. Previous lunch review: 5 Stars because I am OBSESSED with this family-owned barbeque spot (their food, staff, bar program, etc!)! My sisters had been raving about Smoke & Donuts for a while now because it's super family-friendly and they go with their group of friends (and their kids) often. They talked up the food, of course, but it is the staff that really sells them. It's family-owned and everyone there is an absolute joy whenever I've been. They offer everyone free little donut holes with their orders and they remember you like you're part of the family. I've enjoyed the brisket (WOW) and the pulled chicken- Both are standouts! Something else on the menu that totally surprised me and stayed on my mind was the mac & cheese side. It's so unusual, but I am a big fan! It's got a rich flavor and then an almost sweet aftertaste. Trust me- somehow it works and you'll want more! And for the vegetarians- they have pulled jackfruit available to satisfy their barbeque cravings. Love the inclusivity with that option. In terms of donuts, my fave is The Lou, featuring a maple-bourbon glaze, heath, Hershey's chips, and brisket burnt ends. That salty, sweet combo is unbeatable!

We looked for the cereal donut that my friend recommended, but it wasn't there this time. I couldn't help but notice the fly that was hovering over the donuts as the employee gently swooshed it away a few times while we were deciding. We took our donuts to go.
