Supposedly this is the first Japanese Style Pancake Spot in the South! I don't want to give too much away so go try it. The texture of the pancakes and the freshness of the ingredients creates for a unique desert experience that's not too decadent.
The tiramisu fluffy pancakes were everything. The egg taste caught me by surprise, but I loved it. The staff was kind and my wait wasn't long. I enjoyed a solo breakfast here and enjoyed my visit.
We've driven past this restaurant a few times and decided to finally try it after seeing fluffy pancakes trending on social media. You order at the counter, then find a seat and wait for them to call your order. My favorite item was actually the croissant-waffle breakfast sandwich. The flavor was amazing, and I would come back just for that alone. The pancakes were fun to try. You could definitely taste more of the egg white flavor, but I'd still be interested in trying some of the other flavors. The salted caramel latte was very sweet, so just a fair warning for anyone thinking about ordering it.
The inside is so cool and very calm and had all the aesthetics you would want. The service was great as well the lady at the register gave me suggestions and another lady was so kind to check on us and see how things were while we ate. I was super excited to come here and try these "fluffy fluffy" pancakes. I ordered a salted caramel espresso that was very delicious. I also got the Nutella banana pancakes and I have to say, I was disappointed. I understand that it is low sugar and high protein but it literally just tasted like a plain scrambled egg white with no seasoning or flavor at all. Even with the banana and the "Nutella" (which just tastes like a chocolate syrup) hardly helped with the taste. The presentation was gorgeous but unfortunately I will not be back.
The pancakes are so light and fluffy and so delicious and the fact that they're full of protein is such a bonus for when I want to have pancakes. The service was quick and there is easy parking conveniently located on Colonial Drive. We will definitely be coming back. Nice ambiance.

First off the girl at the front was not very friendly and when I asked for the weekend deal that is on their website and keeps popping up on social media- She said she was not able to honor if you bought two plates you get two coffees for $2 she said the deal wasn't activated at this location even though it's supposed to be at all locations. Both girls in the front were busy eating and drinking their snacks instead of helping customers - who were there to the point where the order before us actually left without even getting their plate- they were so frustrated. It took a solid 35 minutes to make the pancakes. And they weren't really all that the place was clean, but relatively empty. The food was just ok, but I will not be returning.
Beyond disappointing and a waste of $40, when looking for seating none of the areas were clean although it was completely empty. I ordered the BOGO matcha, crème brûlée pancakes, and eggs benedict. When you head to order, the prices were questionable for the quality. Spending almost $4 for a side of avocado is steep. Anyways, the matchas tasted completely like milk and the pancakes were not the best. Too much of an egg taste which means it could've been undercooked. For the eggs benedict, the first thing I noticed was that the avocado was a store bought spread (way too smooth and had a very artificial taste)! There was no hollandaise as advertised and while the sides were okay and the eggs themselves were cooked correctly, it was not enough. Safe to say I won't be returning. Save your time and money, you're much better off going to aFirst Watch.

The food was delicious, it was our first time trying the fluffy pancakes and they almost melt in your mouth. Parking right next to it can be a bit tricky since it's up on a little hill close to an intersection. However I believe you park on the next lot since it has more space.

Upon arriving, the frontage landscape should have been an alarming signal enough to deter, but we chosen to overlooked, and soon to regret shortly after. However, the interiors were clean & vibrant. Started with the comment by the cashier, "It's much better if you use the touchscreen over there." Once we ordered, it took 32 minutes for the Souffle Pancakes to arrived, w-o-w...., with zero update nor explanation whatsoever. Suggestion, add some sort of background music to lighten up the mood of the ambiance, rather than total silence, while waiting for the orders, with noises of the kitchen, other patrons conversations, etc... Now, on to the pancakes, they were light to taste, mushy, and not much flavor to it. Unless, eaten with accompanied fruits. Unfortunately, this was the one visit, and done for us.
We've been multiple times and always love it. The food has always been delicious and the service has been great. Lots of options for seating and now they have easy parking. Cute ambiance. Today we finally tried some savory dishes and they were yummy. We will definitely be back again!

We came back to Fluffy Fluffy Dessert Café to try some new items, and it didn't disappoint! This time we ordered the Egg Benedict Fluffy Pancake and the Deluxe Matcha Tiramisu Fluffy Pancake--both incredibly soft, airy, and delicious. For dessert, we picked the Chocolate Basque Cheesecake, which was rich and satisfying. For drinks, my wife had the Tiramisu Latte while I went with the Tiramisu Americano. Both were smooth and flavorful, pairing perfectly with the desserts. Everything was still as tasty and fluffy as we remembered, and the service was great as always. Highly recommended!
Overpriced and overrated. $17 for a breakfast sandwich, the pancake was undercooked and taste like batter. The service was also bad, taking 20 minutes to receive my order. Tater tots taste stale. I would save your money and try something else.

Way, way, WAY overpriced. Did I say way overpriced? $15 for TWO small pancakes? $17 for a breakfast sandwich? Absolutely ridiculous. And unfortunately, the food doesn't come close to justifying the prices. There are plenty of better options in the area for pancakes, desserts, and breakfast sandwiches that taste light-years better and cost about half as much. Then there's the service... OMG. Slow and completely unapologetic about it (I must say they were very nice and not rude). When I say slow, I mean turtle-with-a-broken-leg slow. We waited over 30 minutes for ONE breakfast sandwich. No urgency, no real explanation, and no sense that anyone thought the wait was unreasonable. Save yourself the trouble, the frustration, and the overpriced food. There are plenty of other places nearby that will give you better food, better service, and a much better value. read more

When you walk in it is very modern lots of natural light and a nice building. The workers were nice but quite slow, but I think they were in training to tough. Still should not have took that long. I got the Nutella banana pancake and my grandma got the blueberry cheese pancake. There was not enough Nutella and honestly no enough fruit to on the Nutella banana pancakes. On the blueberry cheese pancake there was lots of fruit and lot of blueberry and blackberry flavor but no cheese/cheesecake part and I didn't really understand what they meant by cheese. Also I have had fluffy pancakes before in Spain and they were bigger and better. read more

I had the regular fluffy pancakes and they were delicious!! Next time I think I'll try one of the flavors cause they all looked incredible. The only issue here is the parking, it's very very limited and the lot next door says they will to you if you park there. Everything else was awesome! read more
3.5 Stars Love that we have a soufflé pancake spot in Orlando! I had these in Japan and the ones at the Fluffy Fluffy were just as delicious. They have tons of pancake options and toppings to satisfy your sweet tooth. We got the Classic and Strawberry Soufflé Pancakes. They came out perfectly fluffy and light, with that iconic jiggle and with plenty of whipped cream and toppings. We came in when they were kinda busy (no line at the door, but it was full inside) and ordered at the kiosk. The pancakes came out within a reasonable amount of time (30ish minutes) for a table of 4; but I know it can take a bit of time make these since the pancakes have to be cooked low and slow to ensure that they're fully cooked without burning the outside. So if there's a big crowd, I would expect a longer wait for your food to arrive. I think the prices are a bit high for what you get, given the presentation, lack of table service, and automated ordering system. However, as this is a bit of a specialized dessert/breakfast item that can't be found anywhere else in Orlando, I think it's worth a try and is a fun spot to take visitors. The inside is bright, with fresh decor and tons of windows. I love the look and feel of it. Be warned that their parking lot is small and they can't accommodate large groups easily. read more

Wow, a thousand times yes! This place is insanely good! We strolled in for a sweet treat after eating dinner on colonial and this place did not disappoint. We ordered the Nutella banana pancakes with two scoops of cookies and cream ice cream. Delicious! It tasted so light and fluffy and fresh! The banana was divine and the Nutella was rich and creamy. It was such a great experience. The sweet gals at the counter gave me a tote bag upon leaving. So sweet! Thank you for a great time! read more

I was Finally able to check out Fluffy Fluffy after going back and forth about it for some time & looking over all the mixed reviews. I did arrive about an hour after they opened and it was packed , but the space isn't huge. I ordered a Yuzu refresher & the strawberry pancakes . It took about 30 mins to get my order. I actually loved the pancakes , but I feel like they aren't for everyone's taste buds. The texture alone may scare most ppl away . They are very eggy, but the strawberry sauce over the pancakes gave them the perfect balance. The drink I actually hated I wished I ordered a diff flavor . I will def come back to try other flavors of pancakes and drinks. They also have savory options as well with waffle sandwiches. I do feel that because the pancakes were so light I wasn't super stuffed after I finished. read more
What I learned: Don't order using the self service machine. We ordered using via the self service machine and they did my get out order. We waited and waited (our fault for not asking sooner) as we saw people come in after us and get their orders before us. When we asked they were super apologetic and extremely nice and rushed the order out. Seems like it didn't pop up for them once we checked out. I did have to show my receipt. Came here as a family. We tried the Strawberry Banana and Nutella Fluffy Pancakes. My daughter and I LOVED it but my son and my husband not so much. They said it tastes "eggy". If you go in thinking you're getting pancakes you're going to be disappointed. Go open minded and ready to try something new. It's not as sweet as pancakes. I can see how it can taste "eggy" it is mostly egg but we enjoyed it. Most tables were dirty but they were super busy so we understand it was hard to keep up. Run, don't walk! It's self-service ordering, which is awesome because there's pictures lol. We tried the matcha white chocolate, tiramisu, and cookies and cream desserts and even with all of the topics, none of it felt heavy. read more

The place is cute, clean, and small. The service was good. If you love pancakes, you will love these fluffy pancakes. These pancakes are more airy and light. All the flavors are sweet but not as extreme as other syrups or sweet sauces. The drinks are delicious too. Nothing like a good hot tea with some sweets from time to time. Breakfast was excellent. Now we need something like this in Denver. Please fluff this way! Lol read more
Overall a nice experience- but expect a wait. When I walked in, they let me know there would be a 45-minute wait for food, so I knew what I was getting into. Walking up to the kiosk, you can see all the menu items clearly. I went with the tiramisu and the pancakes. There weren't any tables available, so we decided to walk around the supermarket next door while we waited. Eventually we found a booth. Just note that they don't have any bussers wiping down tables- everyone's hands are busy in the kitchen. The Biscoff flavor didn't really come through, but the tiramisu did. It leaned more chocolate-forward than coffee, but still enjoyable. As it stays on the outside of the building, it's a dessert caffe. Not a breakfast cafe. read more

Cute little spot. Not too much space when it's packed. A handful of tables to sit and then counter space with bar stools elsewhere else. Has its own little spot right outside the plaza where there's an Asian grocery store and Happy Lemon in the plaza next to it. Walked in, Sunday morning, handful of customers. Greeted right away. Asked the girl what are some favorites. She suggested some, but we ended up getting the strawberry one to share. Definitely 1 was good enough to share. I get that this is something that can't be rushed. But there's got to be a faster/more efficient way to cook these babies! We waited almost 33 mins for this 1 fluffy pancake. I can't imagine if we ordered 2 and different flavors. Sorry, definitely not worth the wait for us. May be back, but most likely wont. We saw it around while driving to/from Orlando. Decided to try it, tried it, now we're done. read more

First time trying this restaurant and it was so cute and pleasant. There is outside and inside seating areas and an order machine to order to go! There are several fluffy pancakes to choose from as well as delicious hot and cold drinks to choose from. We ordered a creme brûlée and a strawberry fluffy pancake and I will say the strawberry was a 5/5! Creme brûlée was ok and comes with a choice of ice cream but was a 3.5/5 for me. The honey bee latte was absolutely amazing and I'll come in just for one . The only con for us was that it was not very filling so about an hour later , my husband was starving and we ended up going for lunch at an another restaurant. He's a football player who works out 6 days a week so for him he said this was more of a dessert or snack not a meal. It's definitely a must try atleast once though read more

We stopped in on a Friday afternoon and it was not at all busy. We ordered in the kiosk so that we could see the menu as this was our first visit. We enjoyed the Strawberry pancake and Tiramisu pancake. Really delicious and came out in just a few minutes over the 20 minute estimate given on the text receipt confirmation. Will definitely be back. So yummy! read more
Finally was able to stop by fluffy fluffy! Such a cute little place, but I was a bit disappointed in the wait time and the pancake. Upon ordering we were told it would be about 20 minutes, which already seemed a bit much but we were wiling to wait... that wait time actually doubled to about 45 minutes. We got out to go signature pancake and ended up eating it instantly to enjoy the freshness and at this point we didn't want to wait any longer. We ordered the signature pancake and dressed it up with the fruits, syrup, and whip cream but the pancake had a strong "egg" flavor. Obviously I know egg is used to make the pancakes, but despite the garnishes and syrup the pancake was heavy on the egg flavor which was not what I was expecting. The banana gave it a sweeter flavor but not enough. The staff was very kind and it was the establishment was pretty packed for a Saturday. I think after the longe than expected wait time I had higher expectations. read more

Website looked really cool so I wanted to try but didn't have such a great experience. You order through a kiosk which is fine but I waited maybe 35 minutes for two drinks and the pancake we ordered in one hour so ... I wouldn't say it was worth the wait. The place is popular and full but only have seating for maybe 6 party's so it's a stand a wait kind of thing order to go, you might have a better experience. The biscoff pancakes were good but not 1 hour standing good. read more
I love Fluffy Fluffy! I had the crème brûlée soufflé pancakes and they were light and amazing. I don't even understand the point of regular pancakes anymore, as these are far superior! I also tried the burnt top cheesecake. It was good, but I thought the pancakes were better. This place is light and bright inside, with lots of cute touches. Be prepared that they make all the pancakes to order, so it can take a little bit to get your order, but it's worth it! I also tried the Yuzu refresher, which was I loved! I'm hoping to bring friends and family back here soon. I only wish they opened earlier in the morning. I went first thing in the morning, at opening, on a weekday, and it was not at all busy. I have been want to try this place since it open but the lines were always super long. Got to stop by and there was no wait but it took a long time for them to make it about 25-30 mins. Absolutely loved this place. We ordered 3 of the Signature Pancakes and the kids destroyed them I had to order another one. Also tried the strawberry refresher and a couple of the lattes. I see alot of people on yelp complaining about the wait time but I'll say its worth it 100%. Everything is made to order and this place is popular. Thats why a little patience goes a long way. I went to Fluffy fluffy dessert Café for the first time. The staff was very friendly and had great recommendations. Everything is made fresh so be patient. My strawberry Matcha was really good and my son enjoyed his green tea. I had the signature classic love the fresh fruits and the Oreo was a little too sweet for me, but my son enjoyed it. It also came with ice cream. The only con I have is that the tables were a little sticky with syrup. read more

I don't see any ingredients listed on the menu. Does anyone know by chance if any items on the menu are Gluten Free?
I made Souffle by myself at home, so as far as I know, regular Souffle is not gluten free, unless they have gluten free option. But they do have cheesecake, which should be gluten free. Hope this helped a bit.
