As a sweet treat for the office on employee appreciation day, I decided to stop by Krispy Kreme! Of course the best time of day to stop by is when the light is on so you can get fresh and hot glazed donuts! There's nothing quite like biting into one of those in the morning! It wasn't too busy when I arrived so I was able to have time to review what donuts were available that day and be helped right away with my assorted box. This location has one of the larger lobbies so when other people do come in it doesn't feel so cramped. They also have a drive thru so if you don't have time to go in, you can pull through there and get your donuts that way! read more

Wonderful, inviting staff even when they seemed to be short. They handed out donut bites which were nice and warm (obviously delicious) and they have a very comfortable waiting area while waiting on the rest of our order. Everything tasted fresh and the coffee was amazing! read more

The young lady working on 5/6/2026 around 9:15pm on Celanese rd has absolutely no customer service skills, she was very rude. I was very disappointed with the customer service at Krispy Kreme Doughnuts. I spent almost $50 on three boxes of doughnuts after seeing online that the boxes were advertised for about $12 each. I explained this to the employee at the register, but instead of honoring the advertised pricing or offering a reasonable adjustment, I was charged regular price for two boxes and given a "$9.99 second box" deal that was already being advertised in-store anyway -- not really a special coupon or accommodation. What frustrated me most was the lack of customer service and problem-solving. A simple adjustment to match the advertised pricing could have resolved the issue and left me feeling valued as a customer. Instead, I left feeling overcharged and dismissed. For the amount of money customers spend today, better communication and customer care should be expected. read more

I really hate when I shop at places without customer service skills. I placed a mobile order for pickup. I walked in there was no sign for mobile order pickup. The order line was extremely long. I walked up to the register for the cashier to act as if I was invisible. I got her attention finally and she says you have to join the regular line to pick up your order. So I asked if I could use drive thru and she said yes. I went to drive thru and picked the order up. Common sense is not so common dealing with Krispy Kreme. By the way my order was sitting feet away already prepped on the rack. I'm done with them and their shenanigans. read more

The most nostalgic donut in my opinion. I recommend going when their red light is on for a fresh warm classic glaze! You can never go wrong with one of those at Krispy Kreme. (You also get one free glaze when the light is on!) The interior itself even still has a classic donut shop feel to it, just like when I was younger. They had some fun holiday themed donuts as well. 10//10 if you have never tried it, GO NOW! Very very good service. When entering you are greeted almost immediately by the conveyor belt of donuts! Sometimes staff hand out fresh,warm,delicious FREE DONUTS! Whenever you see the Hot Sign on, that means fresh warm donuts are being sold! I love Krispy Kreme above all others. Their donuts are always so fresh even more so when the "hot donuts now sign" is on. If you go on their website, it tells you when the sign is on so you can time it for when you can get fresh hot donuts. The service is so nice and they even give you a free hot donut off the conveyer. The ambiance inside nostalgic and reminds me of an old coffee shop from the 50's, which makes the donuts taste even better read more

This particular Krispy Kreme is located next to the Mall at Millenia and was an overall great place to have a nice snack of their donuts and a tasty iced coffee. The place had a cool overall ambiance and vibe. The service was both friendly and professional. They also had Krispy Kreme merchandise on sale at this location. They also had an open window to watch the doughnuts rolling down the assembly line, which was actually pretty entertaining. Krispy Kreme is a great choice for doughnuts and coffee (I did enjoy the iced coffee). This location was a great place to have a quick break and a nice sugary snack and again, a nice iced coffee and the nice rush of caffeine. Went in for my free birthday treat(if you're part of their loyalty program). I will say, sometimes there is a language barrier... like today. They didn't even hear what I wanted and assumed it was a glazed donut(which was hot and ready but I'm not available fan). I think being so close to the tourist district puts them on autopilot. read more

A BIG Krispy Kreme Koffee Kup Klink to TAMARA for her excellent and charismatic service this morning! This location has absolutely zero lights outside at 6am when it opens (Nov 6 - Daylight Savings) and she assured me that they were indeed open. Remember the days when the neon sign would be lit when the donuts were running? I had a pickup order that I was a little early for, but no problem for Tamara! She hopped right on it and even put everything in a bag and we had a nice chat about coffee while she made my latte. All of this while random things were printing from the registers and although my order was on the screen, it wouldn't print. Luckily, I paid ahead and didn't need a copy. No sweat here in our newfound sisterhood. I could see she was already having a frustrating day but was managing to practice excellent customer service throughout. I tried to tip her, but she said she couldn't accept. So, here's my tip to Korporate or the franchisee: TAMARA needs a raise, a big hug and a $200 gift card to buy some Hokas for being on her feet on damn day and representing YOUR company so well while dealing with issues (that clearly happen frequently). The store itself was super clean and organized, the paper hats were stacked to perfection and plentiful, the cases and coolers were full and fronted. My only complaint was that at 6:05am, the store looks closed because of the lighting. Having at least a lighted sign on the building indicates that you exist AND when kept lit overnight, it is a cheap marketing. Time to step up, Dunkin' is coming for you and if they're smart, they'll steal Tamara. read more

HOT AND READY! This location does not have an active working drive-thru so yes you will have to go in as on 8/8/23 When I was in the store the hot light sign was not on so I didn't know they were making fresh doughnuts. As I ordered the dozen for the office staff they gave me a FREE doughnut. As I saw them being made on the machine. The staff I believe her name was rosey she was great! I don't usually go for donuts (I was there for medicinal purposes due to menstrual suffering), but I had a very good experience today at the Krispy Kreme doughnuts on Millennia Avenue. The line inside was long, but after a few minutes, the young woman behind the counter offered a free, hot glazed donut to each person in line. The workers there were a range of ages, and all were professional and smiling. The manager spoke with people and apologized that they were short-staffed today. When it was my turn, the same young woman who handed out the free donuts my was prompt and helpful and gave me a very strong, very full cup of coffee to go with my order. I stopped by Krispy Kreme's Millenia location on New Year's morning, January 1, 2023. I decided to ring in the new year with what I knew was going to be a sinful but, an ultimately satisfying carbohydrate and fat laden, sugar intoxicating experience...and I wasn't disappointed. As soon as I entered I was greeted by enthusiastic and friendly employees. I was offered a sample to try while I was perusing the display case. And when I say sample, I was provided a full size glazed donut. Kripsy Kreme should be given an extra star just for that piece of marketing. I eventually opted for their #1 Combo which included two donuts and a small coffee. I went old school with the original glazed and chocolate sprinkle donuts and I savored each and every bite. This past week, my wife brought home one specialty donut from Krispy Kreme donut she was given at work. So I cut it up in quarters and gave one each to my wife, my kids, and myself. We were hooked. And the very next day we went hunting. And to no avail, the first establishment didn't have any. So the short drive to Milennia began. And wouldn't you know it: SCORE! It's very good! We used this as the base for my daughter's birthday donut cake. Turned pretty good. If you can find it, get these. They have 2 versions; these and an actual chocolate glaze with the white marshmallow filling inside the donut. Yum! read more

I have been enjoying KK donuts ever since I was child growing up in Durham, NC, but today was the worse experience I've ever had eating KK donuts. The donuts were disgusting. They were flavorless and anything but sweet. They were also thick vs airy. They tasted nothing like what KK donuts are supposed to taste like. While I was writing this review, Ms Tracey dropped by to ask me how my visit was and I was totally honest with her. What surprised me was that she has heard the same from other customers. We discussed how or why this is and she said that corporate had changed the glazing ingredients. I told her that I had been to this location many times over the years as a visiting orlando tourist and they had always tasted like KK donuts before and that something had changed. Again, she said corporate had recently changed the ingredients. I then told her that I'd write a letter to corporate to let them know of my experience and that I'd try Kk back in my home town, Washington DC , and let her know if they tasted the same or if they were still the flavor that KK donuts are known for. Pros: This place has fantastic freshly made donuts at a reasonable price, much better than the other donut shops. The service is friendly. Cons: You are going to smell like donuts when you leave, the drive thru is the only ways to avoid that. The service is sometimes slow, but that's mostly a process issue. The request (instructions) were not followed at all. I requested napkins and utensils neither provided. We also requested to wait til there were (hot) fresh ones made. Although the donuts were good not what we were willing to wait for. When paying the extra for delivery it would be nice to follow requests so customers get what they pd for. Delivery driver was very friendly so no issues there. read more

I absolutely love Krispy Kreme and this location is awesome! If you're a donut lover, you must stop in. They have the hot and ready belt! I was able to snag a hot apple fritter during one of my visits. We come here often and it's always an enjoyable visit; it's clean and the staff is friendly.
