The one guy on staff was also such a nice human being and made sure all of my allergy questions were answered, even using a clean scoop for me. There is not any indoor seating so make sure you're ready to take your ice cream on the go. They also have a case of pre-packed pints and ice cream sandwiches, which looked amazing. Overall, Greenery Creamery was exactly what I needed, and I look forward to returning soon! Important stuff--they do have allergy-friendly items, they are in the same case as the others and still use shared scoops. I tried the Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie (very buttery tasting), Sunday Best Banana Pudding, and Parent Trap (peanut butter ice cream with chunks of Oreo). The latter was the winner for me, although they were all delicious. I enjoyed every spoonful of it. The brainchild of Chef Ralph Rendsland, this adorable food truck uses liquid nitrogen to to create custom ice cream and sorbets. Using these modern techniques, they serve up classics like Bananas Foster, Cherries Jubilee, Root Beer Floats and Homemade Ice Cream Sandwiches. There are several organic and vegetarian options as well. I found their truck at the Orlando Food Truck Bazaar, and they were literally the cherry on top of a perfect evening. I ordered their Cherries Jubilee -- dark bing cherries simmered in an almond citrus sauce and generously served with their homemade vanilla ice cream. I loved their cherry sauce; it was tart and sweet and tangy all at once. However, I found their vanilla ice cream disappointing. Visually, it was beautiful -- a rich warm color with a perfect creamy texture, but the flavor had a bitter aftertaste I found unpleasant. I think they may have used too much vanilla in their flavoring process, but I'm not too sure. My friend tried the lemoncello sorbet, but found it unimpressive. The texture was much too hard and felt like they'd taken frozen lemonade and hacked it up to bits. For the moment, they only seem to have more classic flavors, but I hope, in time, they'll offer more radical choices. :) Their truck is awesome. Designed to look like a vintage ice cream parlor, their look contrasts perfectly with the modern techniques used to make their desserts. Inside, you see enlarged photos of Chef Rendsland celebrity chefs, including Paula Deen and Martha Stewert. Their staff is friendly. Even after I tasted both, I don't think I could have just picked one. We had the pleasure of meeting Chef Ralph Rendsland himself and he is such an interesting person to talk to. It took me a while to pick something, because one of the workers were restocking, but I was able to grab a chocolate pon and chocolate croissant. Once I got it, went to the counter and paid, and the attendant boxed my pastries. It was about 13 dollars for the two pastries. I took it home and took some bites. They were definitely flaky, but still pretty soft and buttery. There was a decent chocolate flavor, and it tasted like real cocoa. While it was quite expensive, it was still enjoyable. It can get messy though as there were a lot of crumbs afterwards. The service was mostly do it yourself, and yet they still had a tip jar and the machine asking if you would like to tip. Why for a self service workaruant? At least the workers were friendly and helpful. There were a few tables to eat as well, but it was pretty small. Coffee/tea, breakfast and lunch items, as well as desserts were also sold. I didn't take pictures inside as i saw a sign saying no cameras were allowed at H-Mart, so I assumed this shop was also included. For a bakery shop, I would say their pastries were pretty good. Though, it was quite expensive, especially for the self service of getting the goods yourself. I know many people will visit as it is inside the H-Mart complex. Since I had a bad experience with H-Mart, I doubt I would visit this branch again. However, I will consider in visiting their other branches for some nice baked goods. Overall: B-
