This is my first time trying this business/brand. There so many flavors to choose from! The staff were great bcoz I asked for a few samples. It was hard to decide. I asked for the small waffle cup of chocolate raspberry truffle, but the cup was medium size. That wasn't small for me! The cashier laughed on my reaction. Their ice cream was good for sure. They only have outdoor seating but have few big picnic tables. They also have online order/pick-up service. I noticed a lot of customers picking up their orders. Perfect on this FL hot weather. read more

Very nice place. Lots of covered seating outside. Had a bunch of kids who just won some sports game with us and they easily were able to serve them all and family members in a timely manner. Tried 2 flavors and while they were "fine", they didn't wow anyone. The chocolate chip was OK, but not as good as I've had many other places. The peppermint Oreo had virtually zero peppermint flavor. If we go back, those two aren't in the cards again. read more

Yummy options! This is a kid's sundae, which is one heaping scoop which was perfect for me. I chose the banana pudding flavor. My mom asked to go to a place that had vegan ice cream options, and this spot delivered for her as well. There were 3 flavors to choose from made from oat milk. read more

Always great, with great service! We love Bruster's! If there's one thing I would complaint about is that sometimes I feel that there's too much pieces or bits of whatever the flavor is. Like if it's a pistachio ice cream, there are TONS of pistachios in it. That's a great problem to have!! read more

I tried a new ice cream today, the cookies n cream made with oat milk. On first taste, it was great. It tasted just like ice cream made with dairy milk. However, as I kept going I started to taste the difference. That's when I had to decide to keep going, so I did and enjoyed every last bite. I loved the service that we received as well. She was attentive and kind and patient, we had a huge order and a puppy to entertain at the counter. read more

Flavors of flavors! When I'm in the mood for other than simple vanilla w toppings Bruster's fills the bill. Usually quick service & serving sizes are filling. There are outdoor tables but no inside area. There is a public restroom, however. read more

Was recommended to come here by a friend and we are so glad that we finally did! What a great little spot in the Clermont area we hadn't noticed in almost three years of living here! There's no inside, it's just an outside window you have to walk up to and order from. Which is totally fine given that weather is nice here year round. Obviously ice cream melts quickly, but there's tables in the shade so we didn't have too much trouble with that. I ordered a waffle bowl with two scoops and husband ordered a cone with a scoop of strawberry - he was happy about the little cone holder they put the cones in! Super cute & helpful for drips, we hadn't seen it before but it's great for the hot summer. The strawberry was definitely fresh! And I loved the chocolate chip. We'll definitely be back and bring friends. read more

We LOVE Bruster's! We went today since my kids won free cones at their Winter Wonderland event at school that Bruster's donated free cones coupons for prizes! If you're from out of state like I am and have a serious sweet tooth, I would highly recommend stopping by to Bruster's and enjoying yourself a nice peanut butter sundae or even a mixture of their famous orange and mango flavored sherbet. When In the sunshine state, Bruster's is your answer to your sweet tooth. I stopped by tonight and I quickly fell in love with their options. You can have anything you like, just like a kid at a ice cream shop, I wanted this and that and this and that but I settled for their large orange and mango sherbet. Delicious taste of mango and the mix of orange. You definitely taste the mango and orange. True fruity flavors that just keep coming back, the sherbet isn't too icy and the flavors don't disappoint. My brother in law got the peanut butter Buckeye. The thing I love about Bruster's is that they are very generous with their portions! The buckeye included peanut butter ice cream, some chocolate syrup with peanut butter syrup piled high with chocolate buckeyes! Yum yum yum! Rather it be on a sunny day or sunny evening, Bruster's will definitely hit the spot! All year long! read more

Decadent, delicious ice cream and huge portions! Their staff are super-sweet as well. Bruster's does get busy and they only have outdoor seating, so keep that in mind. It's definitely worth a visit on a hot Florida day. read more

My son and I were in the area and decided to stop in for ice cream. I am really glad we did because we were both very impressed. Bruster's is located on Hwy 50 in Clermont. It is in a strip center and offers walk up service. There is no drive thru or eat in area, but there are several picnic tables where you can enjoy your ice cream in an outdoor, but covered area. I found the prices to be pretty reasonable, very in line with some of the bigger chains, and far more reasonable than some other speciality ice cream shops. Portions were very generous. My son had a kid's dino ice cream which was a kid's ice cream scoop served in a dish with chocolate sauce, sprinkles, and a large dino cookie. You could choose any flavor you want and my son chose strawberry. He loved every ounce of it and was one really happy camper. The dino ice cream was about $4. I had a small New York cheesecake ice cream. The small was two very generous scoops and I couldn't finish it. It was also about $4. The ice cream was amazing though. It had great texture, not too hard or overly frozen. The flavor was outstanding very creamy with some delicious graham cracker crust crumble. They had a wide variety of flavors. I've already decided I'm going for peanut butter puddles next time. They also offer shakes, banana splits, and other ice cream specialities. We wholeheartedly recommended and will definitely be back. read more

This review is for the outstanding customer service I received today!! Brianna served my daughter today and not only made the Dino cup with love she also has great attention to detail and said kind words/life lesson to my daughter. While waiting for our ice cream I took pictures of my daughter holding up her Principal's Honor Roll certificate and was telling her how proud I was of her hard work. When Brianna came back to the window with her ice cream, I handed her my credit card. With a smile she said, "I'm taking care of her ice cream today" then she looked at my daughter and said, " Hard work does pays off." How sweet and thoughtful of her to do that!!! It's the little things like that, that matters the most!!! THANK YOU Yes, I went to my car and give her a great tip for her act of kindness! read more

I had an extreme craving for amaretto flavored ice cream this past weekend and since Cold Stone discontinued selling my favorite I decided to try somewhere else. I've had my eye on this place for sometime so I decided to give it a try. Although they didn't have amaretto ice cream they did have my other favorite combination coconut ice cream with almond pieces mixed in was a hit!!! The young lady at the window was very helpful, kind and patient as I told her this was my very first time trying Bruster's ice cream and I was unsure about what I wanted to order at first. My server provided me with a few coupons to use for a future visit and even told me about the rewards program I could join for free! Yes, it's good quality ice cream. I usually order a hot fudge sundae. They put the hot fudge on the bottom of the paper dish which I find unusual. I had to ask for more hot fudge. Because the three times that I have been there they do not put enough, but they were very nice and they put a little bit more. all in all it's very good quality. I am happy. I have a good ice cream place to go to. read more

Looking for a place to have dessert which was not too far from where I was staying and boy was I glad this place happen to be the closest. It seemed like an old ice cream shop but the flavors were far from old. My grandson had the Cookie craze which is blue vanilla ice cream with Oreo cookies, crushed Dino cookie chunks and cookie dough pieces. Topped off with sprinkles. He absolutely loved it and could not have enough. Next time I am in the mood for dessert this will be the go to place. read more

My indulgent, "no-calorie" treat. :) If you live in the Clermont area, there is no reason to eat Ben and Jerry's anymore. Generous portion sizes. Dizzying number of flavors making it nearly impossible to choose one, each as good as the next. Great place to take the family for a treat. read more

I think that Bruster's Ice Cream is very thick and rich. It is a favorite of a few of the family members so we occasionally meet up at this location for some extended family time. The staff helping customers by filling orders and the cashiers taking the money are always friendly. The restaurant has a celebratory feel to it. They have a new flavor... Coffee Ripple. It is coffee ice cream with chocolate swirls. They also sell sundaes, mix ins, shakes, scoops and more. This location is open on the weekends up to 11pm and Sunday 10 pm. We always grab one of the tables outside and stay awhile. On our last visit the table ordered cones. The most popular flavor was chocolate peanut butter and the double fudge brownie. The cones were fresh and the ice cream was delicious. read more

First time here & really enjoyed it. My son got the dinosaur with chocolate ice cream & I got the Pumpkin Patch. Mine was creamy & pumpkin & delicious. My son loved that he got sprinkles & a cookie & ice cream all together (he's 4). He didn't make the under 40in and it's free height range, but I knew he was too tall, but my son insisted on checking. This is my home location. We go here twice a week sometimes but its because I love ice cream, the waffle cones are always fresh and there is something for everyone. I love mint chocolate chip ice cream but I don't get it much here because there is a lot of chip in it, nearly too much. So here is my go-to: 1. cookies and cream in a waffle cone 2. cotton candy explosion in a waffle cone 3. Oreo ice cream sandwich, which is your choice of ice cream smashed between 2 GIANT Oreo cookies 4. orange freeze (made with their orange sherbert, its as smooth and creamy as I've ever tasted....) This place does not deserve even one star. On vacation from NY and wanted to try a place for dessert. First, I was IGNORED for 5-10mins while employees looked me in the face and kept walking around and I even had to knock on the window for them to come, yet they STILL ignored me. Then when they finally took our order, came home and the orders were WRONG. Disappointed and disgusted with how they treat customers. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. *did not just get one order - spent about $50.00 on different orders with all of them being made poorly. UPDATE: I am a real reviewer. I came here the first time because of a coupon, they always send out coupons to Clermont area, so I came with my mom to have Buy One Get One Free Waffle Cone. The have huge varieties of choices and flavours, a few for every season. Their small waffle cone contains 2 scoops of ice cream, 3 for middle and 4 for big size. I always go with 2, but you need to get 3 for Buy-One-Get-One Free offer, so it's more than a whole meal for us. Sometimes treat yourself better and you worth the 3 scoops. As a chain, they keep pretty high standard. Service is mostly good, ice cream is always fresh and well combination of flavours, however I believe the ratio of milk and water is tending to be more water than milk, because ice cream melts and gets runny pretty quick. Love the freshly made waffle cone, you have to try it. You can pick up the smell from far enough. Their milkshake comparatively thicker and creamy, worth trying. Also love their little care for your 4 legs friends, if you bring your dog, they will give a free ice cream for your little friend. They always have great promotions, like half price banana spite Thursday, once a year pyjama free ice cream day. It's a good place to get ice cream and sharing happy moment with friends and family. Oh don't forget to join their rewards app to save points for free ice cream. read more

This ice cream shop has many delicious ice cream flavors. But what's most important is that it always has two Vegan flavors and they are delicious. So nice to be able to go out for ice cream with the family, but not have to change the way you eat. So far I've only had pumpkin, Oreo cookies and cream And vanilla. The flavors change but they are all scrumptious! I also like their rewards card to help defray the expense. read more

Best ice cream around. Our favorite is nutty coconut in a waffle cone. The peanut butter buckeye is really good too.

If you're an ice cream lover - Bruster's is the perfect place to treat yourself and your family. The service is spot on (thank you Anna for the recommendations) - and the portions per scoop are actually bigger than expected. The Eclair Brownie is creamy with brownie bites and chocolate fudge ribbons - sinful! My had the Cotton Candy Explosion which was surprisingly tasty!
