Went inside to order takeout food ( one Chicken Sandwich and one single Butterburger with lettuce and tomato ). I also had to pay an extra charge for the tomato slice on the burger - ( .40 cents on top of the $4.99 burger ) . For starters , this simple order took 17 minutes to complete after ordering, and that was after I reapproached the counter after 15 minutes, and an associate called out my order # . I believe they dropped my order, or forgot about it . Then after I left the restaurant, I discovered that they gave me a plain hamburger, less the lettuce and less the tomato that I had to pay extra for . The receipt even had lettuce and tomato on it. So the single Plain Butterburger was $ 5.49 before tax. Not very budget friendly. Especially, after having to wait 17 minutes - Also, the small Grilled Chicken sandwich with just lettuce and tomato was $ 7.79 . Again, not worth that price . read more

Out of all the fast food burgers I appreciate Culver's the most My go to is a cod fish sandwich and strawberry malt which is always good and malty. Cod sandwich is the best fish sandwich around with how thick and flaky the mat is plus a tempura like crisp, beats McDonalds every time. I typically ask for added pickles and onions too. I do wish they had wide straws like Portillos or boba places to more easily drink shakes. Burgers are great and the kids meal is a steal (burger, fries, drink, custard with topping) as a cost saver if you're not overly hungry. Cheese is the best in any fast food chain. This location I'll admit is a bit slow every time I come, so not for you if you're in a rush, but well worth the food quality. read more

Very disappointed in the service. The girl taking orders, Hannah, made me repeat my order multiple times. I was intentionally as specific as I could be to avoid any confusion and to make sure my order was right. I looked down at the screen after repeating myself three times and there was still an item missing. I brought it to her attention and she fixed it. Fast forward, I get my order and I'm missing my ranch that I made sure to ask for. I went to the counter, and I told her I ordered ranch and it was missing. Hannah tried to tell me that I didn't order ranch like I didn't know my own order. This is ridiculous that I have to repeat myself that many times and she still gets my order wrong and then tries to tell ME that I don't know what I ordered. I told her she has a hearing problem and I pulled the manager aside to explain the issue. All he told me was that I shouldn't have spoken to her that way, I didn't even yell and I was relatively calm. He has no interest in improving service. He asked me if I wanted to speak to upper management like it was a joke. The last time I ate here they also messed up my burger. Culver's did a great job with a large take out order. We ordered several burgers that were modified to each persons liking and every order came out exactly as ordered. The burgers were cooked to order and had crispy edges and juicy insides. The lettuce was fresh and the tomatoes were slightly sweet. All of the toppings complimented the meat and did not over power it. Overall the burgers were perfect. Their french fries were the complete opposite of the burgers. Place is interesting I have never heard of it but if I had to say who their rivals were it would be every burger joint I the industry. It has a nice appeal to it from the outside. I didn't not, however, go inside but instead took the drive through. It's almost 1pm and line was long but it moved steady. So that is impressive compared to lines at a competitor down the road. I don't know much about this company but they seem to have the choice of meats and treats down. Option of spicy chicken or not spicy. Single or double burgers and the kind of fixins' you want on it at your request. Bacon is extra but if you ask me it should be free, this is America. I love that they have places to sit down and eat with umbrellas for shade out on their grass before the property. You rarely see things like that with any of the chains. So it gives it a nice touch of enjoying being outside which other companies have long lost focus of in keeping business. Growing up in Clermont, the only options for fast food in the 80s and 90s were McDonald's, Burger King, Wendy's, and KFC. We had to travel out to Winter Garden and even Orlando to get anything else. This fast food restaurant is a nice addition for these now spoiled Clermontians. The menu at Culver's is a little overwhelming at first glance. Burgers, chicken, fish, soups, salads, fries, cheese curds, and not to mention the countless frozen desserts. Add all of the different toppings and ways to serve them, and you've got yourself a recipe for decision anxiety. Thankfully the staff are friendly and will try to help you decipher everything to place your order at the counter. Once you have your order placed, grab your drinks at the self-serve machine and the staff bring the food over to you at your table. If you're having a hard time deciding what to get - go with the ButterBurger. Cooking a fatty burger in fatty butter is a match made in heaven. The bun comes toasted in butter as well. Match up your burger with some crispy crinkle cut fries and you may as well check-in here and never leave! There are a lot of other sides (my husband loves the cheese curds), but I opt for the fries. Even though you will probably consume over a thousand calories between the burgers and sides, you can't leave here without getting a frozen dessert. Like I mentioned, there are an overwhelming number of choices when it comes to flavors and toppings. We love the concrete mixers. Vanilla custard with Reese's peanut butter cups mix-in... sooo so good. Today was my second Culver's visit! Culver's makes a solid, fresh, made-to-order burger. My single-patty bacon cheese burger came with fries and a medium fountain drink for $7.39 + taxes, so they're getting Five Guys prices, but both meals were excellent! The restaurant was well-staffed, clean, adequately lit and certainly comfortable enough. The food was served hot, fresh and exactly to order! I've never been through the drive-thru, but when you order, Culver's hangs a number from your door handle! 0 stars if I could!!! Three times the same thing!!! Their website says you can order various burgers as singles and other locations allow you to so with no hassle what so ever. NOT THIS LOCATION!!! They argue with you that you can only order doubles. When a manager finally comes over, they tell you that you can't order singles until you tell them about the website and other locations. Then the story changes to... they just CHOOSE not to offer singles at this location but can give you a single if you want it. By this time, you feel uncomfortable, thinking about what might be done to your burger behind the counter, so you cancel your order and leave. They don't honor their franchise agreements and do not offer what is clearly advertised on tv and their website. They also treat customers with COMPLETE disrespect. Avoid this locations at all costs!!! I think I might have already left a review for this location previously, but it is worth a Rementioning... If you choose to sit at the outdoor patio, there is a strong likelihood that you will never receive your order... they don't bother looking outside and just assume you left the restaurant. This has happened to me at least 5 times (the last three times I even mentioned after ordering to remember to look for me outside as that was where I would be dining) 0 stars if I could... this was my final trip to this location. This location is very nice and the staff here is very friendly and helpful. I ordered the deluxe minus the mustard with a vanilla shake. I found myself a booth ro relax at while I qaited for my food. It was deliveees in a reasonable amount of time. The burger itself was fantastic. The fresh and obviously high quality vegetables. The delicious meat and cheese all together on a tasty bun which holds everything together perfectly. The shake itself was tasty though for me it was too thick to truly enjoy while eating my burger. Tried Culver's for the very first time today & I really don't think I will be back, at least not to this location. So many things went wrong with my experience. #1 - when placing the order. I ordered a meal and drink for myself, another meal and drink for my husband and a kids meal and drink for my daughter, I had to repeat the whole order 3x. Each time I said it and they read it back, they said something wrong. Last attempt, they repeated my order and all seemed ok. #2 - I moved to the window to pay and I asked what was the total and was told it was $16.24. Ok, no problem. I handed him $20.25. While this was happening, I was given a drink and they said it was a Sweet Tea. They then asked for the drink back because it wasn't Sweet Tea, it was Pepsi. I hand it back. They hand me a Sweet Tea and tell me to pull up to wait for my food. I say "What about my other drinks?" They then ask me what I ordered and proceeded to pour the wrong drink another 2x. The person with gloves poured the drink while the person with no gloves outs the lid on :(. Finally, I am handed the drink for my husband and the apple juice for my daughter. I am then told to pull up ahead to wait for my food. #3 - I pull up to where they told me to go & realize I was not given my change back. Remember I paid $20.25 for a $16.24 order. At this point I'm like what the heck is going on but there are other cars now at the window so I couldn't get back there. I figure "oh well, it's like I left them $4 tip... that's fine whatever" #4 - I wait 10 min for my food to be brought out and they finally come and hand me the bags and receipt. In the bigger bag is 1 meal (mine) and the kiddie bag has my daughters food - upon checking the receipt, my husbands meal was never added even though I repeated it 3 TIMES!! At this point we just left because there's only so many things a fast food place can get wrong. My husband was very hungry so I gave him my meal and I ate nothing. Culver's is our go-to when we have our dog with us as they are welcome on their patios. Menu features mostly burgers and frozen custard treats. Orders placed at the counter and meal delivered to your table (inside or outside). I have consistently found Culver's staff to be helpful and friendly. This location was no exception. While the dining area and patio areas were clean, my small issue with this location was the lack of cleanliness in the women's restroom. The floor had garbage and toilet paper all over. My new menu favourite is the chili. Especially if I'm getting custard treat. I find the butter burger and custard too much if i'm having them together.
