I ordered a large nacho fry and they gave me a half full small, then when I called they gave me tons of attitude and told me to check the bottom of my bag like I hadn't already checked it. She then told me all she could do was get me another the next time I came in and when I told her I lived far she got angry and someone from the back yelled "Its just fries what the fuck!" Tried the drive through a couple weeks ago and there was a sign saying it wasn't working and to go inside... No problem, there was a problem and they offered a solution. Not great, but OK. Went again today and after waiting literally 20 minutes to go through the drive through I get to the front of the line and they casually mention "cash only... our card machine isn't working". Options for everybody, Staff is Typically Friendly and nice. If your order is wrong , they will gladly fix it for you.

Worse drive thru packaging ever. I ordered 3 taco supremes & a drink. Two crunchy, one soft taco. When I get home mouth watering, to my dismay. The soft taco is barely wrapped and has spilled unto the other tacos in the bag. Now I'm gathering the ingredients to put the taco back together. I was the only person in line inside. After waiting for five minutes and not even receiving acknowledgement from any of the three employees that saw me standing, I left. As a circled the building to exit, there were also no cars in the drive through. I guess they just didn't want my business? Couldn't even be bothered to lie and say "We'll be with you in a minute". Only other comment I can make was that I have been here once before. I used the drive through around 10:00pm on a Friday night. There were three cars in front of me. The first car took about 10 minutes to get their order. After waiting a few minutes I shut my car down. Again, about 10 minutes for the next car. Only one more car in front of me. I moved up and shut down. Same thing. My turn, pull up to window shut down car. Yet again, about 10 minutes. Overall wait in drive through was about 45-50 minutes with three cars in front of me. I will never return here. Shame as they are just a few minutes around the corner from my house. PDQ restaurant across the street has great service, quality food, quick service, and a clean restaurant. If you get tired of waiting over here a Taco Hell, hop across the road! read more

After mentioning this the manager told me that she can't control that. 5 star reviews are not given lightly by me but this is a fast food restaurant so standards are lowered a bit. Visited the drive thru last night (4th meal) and was first greeted with a very nice "welcome to Taco Bell..." This was very refreshing since just a few minutes prior I was being 'slowly neglected' at the McDonalds a mile down the street. The person was exceptionally friendly. I placed my six item order, got the total (asked to verify order on screen) then drove around. The gal that took my money was equally as courteous (at 10:30 PM) and had my order ready before I could put my change up. From start to finish, my experience lasted probably 3 minutes. Excellent work by their kitchen staff. Granted the food IS Taco Bell, so it wasn't exceptionally delicious but based on other like stores, it was good. This isn't my first visit here and they've always been great. Highly recommended for fourth meal!!! read more

I went inside for a take out order - the store overall looks dirty, cleaning water clearly is not changed out, everything has smudges and grim on it. Staff could care less if you are standing there and even their appearance is nasty, cloths are messy and they clearly are not interested in their customers but more about having conversations amongst themselves. I waited 15 minutes for my food and left without it as I had to be at a meeting. Love the larger than life employee ad - they clearly need new staff and cleaning products. Don't do it. I check in on this Taco Bell about once a year and it's getting to the point where it's just gross. Orders take 20 - 30 minutes to arrive at the counter and there is never a clean table. I love Taco Bell, the $5 cravings deal is one of my favorite deals out there, I don't like ranch or sour cream but I never eat the burrito so The only special thing I ask for is no ranch, that being said this Taco Bell's staff in Clermont sucks! Not only do they have slow service in general but the next closest Taco Bell is in winter garden so it's almost always busy. The last two nights they have messed my order up, it's a cravings box it's really not that difficult, the only special thing I ask is no Baja ranch, so of coarse the last two nights they still put it on, and they forgot the nachos the first night. Since I don't eat the burrito, they still put sauce on the gordita, and they forgot the nachos, the only thing I could eat was the hard taco. Last night I was still craving that gordita that they made wrong the first night, not only did it seem to take a half hour but while sitting at the window you can see that 4/5 of the guests on there drive through screen are in the red time wise, and after all that wait, sauce on it again! At least they didn't forget the nachos that time... Look I know this was a lot of bitching and complaining for a $5 box of food but in the long run I still paid money for specific food that I did not get so I am not happy. read more

I have been here during breakfast, lunch and dinner hours. Buying from the drive through is like Russian Roulette, maybe you get your order, maybe you don't, so I try to go inside so I can see the servers. Going inside means you will wait between 15 - 20 minutes for your order regardless of how many people inside, in the drive through or when you came in. There is a timer for how long people wait in the drive through I guess that contributes to the mistakes and the lack of attention to folks on the dining room.
