Amazing food and customer service. We had a great time and Brandon was really nice. The ambiance was nice as well they have some nice decor.

I forgot how much my family enjoyed Zaxby's. It's been a hot minute since we last ate here. The boys were craving shakes one night and McD's was broken or out of chocolate or strawberry, as usual. Hubby enjoys strawberry and my son usually goes with chocolate. They both thought the shakes were thick and delicious. Zaxbys adds whipped cream, sprinkles and a cherry to your shake. It's easy to customize on the app and remove it. However, they don't always get that right. My son doesn't like whipped cream and I asked for it to be removed but it wasn't. Tonight, my hubby tried the chicken Fajita quesadilla which was free on the app if you order more than $20. He said the quesadilla was very good. There was a lot of meat and toppings inside. They use cut up crispy chicken, which he liked. My son had the 5 piece chicken tender plate. I ordered it with large fries but I think it was a regular serving of fries. The tenders are a little small but my son said they were crispy and tasty. I also recently redeemed the reward on the app for the sauce box. It comes with a dozen of their signature sauces. The buffalo garlic blaze and hot honey mustard were my favorites. read more

Quick, friendly service and great chicken tenders with a wide assortment of sauces. I ordered a plate of wings, tenders and fries. The tenders were hot and fresh, as were the fries. In the future I would skip the wings, the quality and amount of chicken in the bone was subpar and they used cold sauce on the wings. My favorite sauce is the tongue torcher, but buffalo garlic and the hot honey mustard get honorable mentions. Love hitting Zaxby's when I'm in the south and will continue to in the future. read more

Service was good, food was delicious. I may have gone more towards 3.5, but 3 stars felt too low when I did enjoy everything I ate. Cleanliness leaves much to be desired! Dead bug near the entry inside, cold food on the floor in front of the register, and tables could be wiped down better. Seasoned fries and chicken was delicious. I seriously can't believe how stingy this place has become. Always order dine in coleslaw. Have to ask for a fork EVERY... SINGLE... TIME! Am I supposed to eat it with my fingers? Today's portion was literally 2 jabs of the fork and that was it. Did they start selling baby food in toddler snack size or something? Always have to get drink ice from behind the counter because fixing the ice dispenser in the coke machine must just be too darn expensive of a repair. The coke didn't stop dispensing today and over flowed from the cup, sticky fingers and cup. Had to wait a few minutes until my order was ready before for anyone showed up from in back to ask for napkins to clean up. Gotta keep those behind the counter because they are far too high value and should only be given out sparingly. Sitting looking at the wall advertisements in total wonder of what sort of ambiance they are trying to achieve with items like the "blackened chicken Cajun club" sandwhich still on display. The food here is pretty good but we go here often and the place is always empty... while there is always a line at Chik-fil-a down the street... why ? Because of the people who work at this store. We go to this Zaxbys often and we usually see the same guy working up front (Dejorn ... yes thats his name). The guy is rude, unfriendly and dumb as a box of rocks. He gets multiple parts of our order WRONG, every single time we order from him. The order can easily be fixed but having to order from a guy that looks like he hates everyone makes it really unpleasant coming here. I don't see how any manager would think that this would be the right guy to be the face the customers see ... when this guy is probably the worst customer service person I've ever seen at any business. read more

That 2x in a row (great work Zax) ...so the 30min drive to Clermont only to discover online ordering is broken, also cash only (here) credit machine is down, and the bar code on the receipt (to get our Zaxpoints) not working. Waiting over 30 minutes in drive thru line for a chicken tender meal. I come here every Sunday after work for dinner at about 9:15 and every single time I am told that my order is going to be about a 15 minute wait for anything. Like they want to say forget it and drive away. There is always at least 5-10 staff members inside and they are always standing around drinking their drinks in front of customers and talking. You never actually see anyone working just standing around talking while there customers wait forever and the line is wrapped around the building. I suggest to change the closing time to 9 because if you come after 9 they won't want to serve you and if they do they will make you wait at least 30 minutes if not more. Don't work here if you don't want to do the job you were hired for. There's too much competition around to have service this bad. Only thing saving this place is taste of the food. read more

The food at zaxbys is always on pint for the basics (though not this time the salads are great) ( also for the bold get the xxx wings). Sleep over night so chicken and fries fits the menu. I read my fellow Yelper's reviews and yes, customer service is overall mediocre and average BUT it's fast food so it's ok on my end. I was upset, however, that I got charged for a zax sauce and I never got it. They better be lucky that the chicken nibblerz tasted amazing on its own and it's with chicken! Lol. As my previous sentence, the niblerz is a must! Just a bit larger than your average sliders, the chicken is just so juicy and tender and it just just went well having two other nibblerz after having one lol. The salad - phenomenal!! The fact that it came with Texas toast was just so mouth watering. Clearly, I wasn't trying to be that healthy lol and they added a great portion of grilled chicken onto it. The cheddar bites was just amazing! I liked it without the marinara sauce. Overall, will I come back to this establishment? Yeah! We actually wound up here right before they were closing and my sister ordered wings for my nephew ( who wanted 20 by the way) the manager told us that he had them but they weren't fresh and that he had 10 fresh ones but the other ones he wouldn't want to give us because he wouldn't eat them himself. ( which was so honest) he wound up giving us the wings plus something else and then came over to the table with some extras because we had to wait. I ordered a salad and it was really good. Train the front counter personnel to actually be at the front counter and not goofing off in the drive thru with other employees. When I moved to clermont almost 3 years ago you couldn't get a seat inside of this Zaxby's, it was a hit. But now...it's a huge disappointment. Seems it is being run by a bunch of teenagers who take almost 20 minutes to get your order out and by then it's cold. It's also the little things that can make the meal like the celery sticks that come as an additional side and now you're lucky if you even get them in your meal. The tables are dirty and the napkin dispensers and supplies are just as empty as the tables. Not to mention the employees were constantly in and out of the bathroom which is kind of distracting if you're a germaphobe like my husband and I are.. not a good look. Kinda gross overall. I feel lousy after eating. Fried chicken sandwich, fries, drink, and cheese bites. They didn't have salt. The sandwiches were priced as meals only, meaning you had to buy their fries and the soft drink. I thought I was just getting the cheese bites and the sandwich. Probably why I feel lousy. We love Zaxby's and go once a week either to this location or the one by our house. This location used to be efficient and nice. Now not so much especially at the lunch rush. You go in and there is no rhyme or reason to any type of line, they give no direction on where for people to stand to wait in line so people don't know where to go. Then there are people standing all around waiting on their food (today I counted 10) It took us 15 minutes to get our food today. I loath coming here and Im afraid if I try to place an online order it's just going to get lost in the confusion that is this place. read more
