me and my dad and stepmother used to eat here every so often and service would be ok at best. either they would serve cold fries/wings, wings served without sauce, serve without dipping sauce, put no ice in your drinks and charge you for things you ordered and did not receive but otherwise was fine. tonight on 10/19/22 me, my father, and older brother went and got food to go and got everything we ordered when we looked in the bag. when we got home my father had ordered a wings and things and the tenders had no sauce on them though he previously asked for it. my older brother was about halfway through eating his food which was the same i got and there was a small wire inside the chicken (about the length of a quarter) it was black and very sharp on the ends as it was pointed. it looked to be part of a grill cleaner which has similar bristles on it but they do not use grills in zaxbys. i wrote this while midway finishing my dinner and now i am concerned on whether i should finish it or not. location: 2080 SR-50, Clermont, FL read more

Food is delicious and VERY reasonable. $5.99 for an entire meal. Can't beat that! I got the 5 piece boneless wing meal. My husband had chicken tenders and Spicy mushrooms. And my brother had the tender sandwich. Service was friendly and VERY fast! The restaurant was very clean! read more

I ordered the traditional wings meal. The wings were not hot and were tough, as if they had been sitting out for awhile. I returned the wings to the counter to exchange for fresh wings. The replacement wings were just as cold and tough. I will never return to this Zaxby's. read more

I love there fries, sweet tea, and Zax sauce! There chicken is not very good. Every time I go, it seems I get the fattiest chicken strips possible and it's pretty expensive for the little amount they give you. I don't go here anymore unless I'm wanting some good sweet tea! read more

First time ever going to a Zaxby's. No line or wait at the drive-thru, ordered immediately, paid and had to wait for the food to come out. The service was good at the drive-thru and the attendant was very nice. Had the boneless wing basket with Sweet & Spicy sauce. The chicken is drenched in the sauce, which is more spicy than sweet to me. The food wasn't hot, or even warm. Everything's in the same box with no dividers which kind of stinks because with the amount of sauce on the chicken, everything gets drenched in it. The only thing I really liked were the fries, but again, nothing was even warm. Personally I think Chick-fil-a tastes a lot better, is actually hot when you get it, and around the same price. read more

Very disappointed at our first/final visit to Zaxby's. As you enter, you hit a line of people waiting to order and customers that have already ordered have to fight thru this line and people coming in, to get their drinks and condiments. This drink/ condiment station should be on the other side of the order counter. Employee's announce the number of the ready order over a loud speaker probably used in stadiums for rock concerts! It literally hurt our ears in this small space with a metal roof. Every minute or so someone would announce the number two or three times! This is a small room and customers were standing near the counter waiting for their orders! Why the loud speaker? The food was OK, but nothing special at all. Chunky, mealy fries; boneless wings drenched in a not so pleasant sauce. The chicken strips were fair. Those and the Texas Toast were the best part of meal. With so many fast food places to chose from here in Clermont, I do not understand why anyone would pick this place. read more

I've been to this Zaxby's 4 times. Out of the 4 times they messed up my order 4 times. I feel like that statement speaks for itself. I will only go here on Sunday's from now on if your picking up what i'm putting down (Chik-fil-a is clearly the better option if you didn't get that). read more

To be honest the staff deserves 5 stars, they were very nice and apologetic. I gave one star because the restaurant is very poorly managed. The manager should be fired. They were completely out of grilled chicken, napkins and half the drinks. We ordered the buffalo chicken and since they were out of buffalo sauce they substituted it with hot sauce and thought we wouldn't notice. When we asked why they were out of so many things the staff stated "it's Sunday, we get our deliveries on Monday". Apparently this is common for this restaurant, that's why I blame the management. There were 2 drink machines but only one worked and that one only had a few selections. WHAT CHICKEN FINGERZ RESTAURANT RUNS OUT OF NAPKINS??? I had to get paper towels from the bathroom. Really? You can't run to Publix and get a couple rolls of paper towels? If you go here be sure it's not on Sunday because the manager doesn't seem to care what happens on Sunday. read more

One of the worst Zaxby's experiences I have had. The big display board was blue with error codes displayed the whole time I was there, if it doesn't work at least turn it off. The order taker suggested 2 kids meals instead of a finger meal to the person in front of me since it was kids meal night, then took 2 minutes figuring out how to change the 2 small drinks to an adult size one? I guess they want to let employees give away profit, maybe that explains why 1 drink machine was unplugged and the other one only had a few options working. The food was ready in a reasonable time, but the cole slaw container was only about 1/2 full, for 99 cents it should be full like the other Zaxby's restaurants. The bun was burnt and somehow almost every fry was a short pointy one, the square ones are the best and usually you at least get a mix. The cooks were busy, but one managed to keep looking out into the dining room while drinking from a cup that he passed over the food delivery area to get refilled twice, just looks bad in my opinion. Tonight, after working for 11 hours, my husband was nice enough to pick up dinner for us as well as stopping at the store to get me a couple of items from the store. When he got home he realized that he didn't take the bag that had my special coffee in it and then after that he realized that one of our orders from Zaxbys wasn't complete. He had ordered a 10 count of wings and a boneless wing meal combo. The wing combo was missing the fries and toast so it was just a few boneless wings and the drink. His face just dropped and he looked so disappointed that his two errands failed. I told him not to worry and that I would go try to fix the problems. I got the coffee just fine as the cashier remembered him leaving the coffee. I was a little nervous about going to Zaxbys, I mean it is hard to prove you didn't get something. I had taken a picture of the container showing there weren't any fries or toast, but I still wasn't sure if they'd believe me. The young lady that I spoke with looked at the picture and offered to give me a whole boneless wing meal to apologize. And the gentleman preparing the food in back said he gave me extra fries, etc to help compensate. The lady even gave me a coupon for a free small item for our next visit. I was impressed at how they took care of the issue. We've all experienced a time where we get all the way home (we live a little ways away) only to find that your order isn't correct, and when you are hungry it sucks. But I have to say Zaxbys went above and beyond to try to make it right. Oddly enough, they forgot the toast again, but given the fact that they gave me extra fries and boneless wings it is 100% okay. Thank you for taking care of your customers. We are regulars there and will continue to be. The food is delicious and I highly recommend the original and tongue torch flavors. read more
