I can also see why the 6 cheese Mac and cheese continues to be a crowd favorite, as the many cheeses used are well balanced to pack a lot of flavor. We visited on a fairly cold day, so though the outside had some heaters on, no one appeared to be sitting out there until the entire dining room was full, and quite a few came inside to stand at the bar and "warm up" for a few minutes, which was understandable.
