Used my birthday reward for a complimentary 6 piece traditional wings, normally priced at $10.99 The sweet n' spicy Asian Zing sauce was very good with just enough of a kick. The wings themselves were not very big and meaty. It came with 4 drums and 2 flats. The ordering process was very easy through the app. However, the app indicated the pickup would be at the bar. So I go here when I crave hot sauce and want to dine outside. I've ordered the Buffalo Chicken wrap, I've had the Buffalo Chicken Salad, I've had the wings... chain food is chain food I know, nothing stands out. I love that you can sit outside! Pretzel bites were good thought! Came here because I had a hanker'n for traditional (bone-in) wings. I had 15 with 3 sauces. Traditional, Parmesan garlic, and maple chipotle. Maple chipotle by far was my favorite as it was the perfect sweet and spicy flavor.. The issue during our visit and the reason for the 3 stars had to come down to Service. We waited far too long just to be acknowledged, and once seated, we were completely ignored. No check-ins, no drink refills, and an attitude from the staff that made it feel like we were a burden rather than guests. When our food finally arrived, it was cold, bland, and clearly thrown together with zero care. We ordered a margarita, and the bartender didn't even ask if we wanted sugar or salt on the rim--just poured and walked away like she couldn't be bothered. Then yesterday Monday, we went, and Mondays they do a trivia game. The sound level was so loud the we couldn't hear the waitress. So now Mondays are out. Everything tasted... eh, OK, but fried stuff is always mid, so take that with a grain of salt. My kids immediately liked that they had trivia going. The place was kinda empty both times we went on spring Saturdays, and while the service was always friendly and smiling, the back end was slow. Good took forever to come out. Stopping in at a slow time for nuggets and a burger shouldn't be a 2-hour ordeal. We've been twice in 8 years out here and don't have plans to go back. They no longer have a real happy hour and prices rose significantly over the years (and this was before the whole wings pandemic)... We decided to give them a try, because I was gifted an opportunity to attend. Upon arriving, I noticed that their drink specials have changed to primarily $4-6 shots or beer offerings. Everything else seemed to be regular priced cocktails. The wings were still good. The traditional wings could have been fried a bit longer, but they weren't bad and the sauce was tasty. For it to be a wings-focused restaurant, unfortunately, they offer regular fast food wings that aren't quite distinctive in taste. Service was just okay. Not really personable or engaging like when AJ, the best waiter ever, was there. Overall, it's ok for after work dining. I would recommended you go on their BOGO days - Tuesday for boneless wings and Thursday for traditional - otherwise, considering it's standard bar food, you may not feel like you get much bang for your buck. read more

Very disappointing early evening dinner at buffalo wild wing's on Nov. 15th. The employees seem so unhappy, unfortunately, this unhappiness manifested in the service. Enough said about that, the service just was not good. If you're hungry, go elsewhere, the food portions are minimal, Cheesesteak sandwich was basically a hot dog bun with more cheese than meat. Location - easy to get to in Clermont off Route27, fairly easy to see from the road and find. Atmosphere - sports bar/restaurant atmosphere with plenty of TVs playing any sporting events going on. Food quality - I'm sorry but this would be a 2, 3 at best. The appetizers came out warm, and very good (everything pretzel bites & the bbq tots). However when it came to our main wings, each dish came out separately and only 1 of 4 were actually warm (certainly not hot). The cauliflower wings were pretty good, the others were ok. Haven't been to Buffalo Wild Wings in 9+ years. I received a gift card to different restaurants and that was one of them so my husband and I decided to go there. We got there around 1115am and we thought they weren't opened. Went in and there was just one family there. It took about 5 minutes to be seated. Few people had seen us standing there but didn't let anyone know. The server came quick and we placed our order. My husband ordered the Buffalo crispy chicken sandwich with teriyaki sauce and no tomatoes, it came with fries. I ordered from the lunch menu- Buffalo ranch chicken wrap with teriyaki sauce, chopped tomatoes and it came with fries and a drink. Husband's sandwich was drenched in teriyaki sauce. He took a bite of it and just couldn't finish it, it was just too much. My wrap was really good and the fries were perfect. Never saw the server so I asked someone if she could get the manager. I explained to him and showed him the sandwich. He apologized and got him a new one (less sauce) and he gave him more fries. I barely saw the server. When I finally did, I asked her for the bill. She didn't charge me correctly- I had ordered from the lunch menu but she charged me regular price. I looked for her and never saw it so then I spoke to a different manager (Ron) and I explained to him. He fixed it. He ended up ringing me up and asked me if everything was okay. I explained to him the issues we had. He apologized. I don't think we'll come back again especially to this location since it's out of our way! read more
