In case you ever are wondering when you order a BLT from Jersey mikes if you don't specify wanting all the ingredients it comes with like the L and T of the B L T you don't get them. We did get new sandwiches after having to drive all the way back to the restaurant and got told that if you don't ask for it they don't automatically give it even if it's how it comes. Also don't try calling to get a competent person on the phone because you can say over and over that it was an in person order and they'll keep trying to tell you that when you order online, you have to select lettuce and tomato but in reality when you order online, the lettuce and tomato are already selected and you only deselect them if you don't want them because it's a BLT and it comes with lettuce and tomato everywhere else in the universe. So overall, if they shouldn't have a BLT on the menu if you have to ask for the L T. That's just bacon and bread. (The two stars instead of one is because we got replacement sandwiches that ACTUALLY had lettuce and tomato) read more

My husband, son, and I ate at Jersey Mike's in Clermont today. We had never been to this location before, but we were in the area and decided that a fresh sandwich would be a perfect lunch. I got a regular Club Supreme and my husband got a regular ham and capicola sandwich. We split a bag of chips and a soda. The Club Supreme is delicious, but my husband's sandwich with extra mayonnaise, oil, and vinegar hit the spot! The service here was quick and accurate. This Jersey Mike's is exceptional. The restaurant is clean and the employees are friendly. They were very busy when I arrived and they seemed to handled the crowd with ease. The orders came out fast and everyone appeared happy. I ordered a tuna on white and an Italian on white bread with rosemary. The extra flavor of the rosemary bread taste great and definitely elevated the sandwich. The meat was sliced to order and the toppings were very fresh. Awful doesn't even come close to how bad the food was. Just got two sandwiches from Jersey Mike's one Hancock Rd by the new Publix. A Philly cheese steak original and a Chicken Bacon ranch. I have never had this particular brand of sandwich shop before and I will never buy them again! Absolutely the worst sandwiches I have ever had. The meat on both sandwiches is extremely dry and flavorless. The chicken is the worst! So dry it is hard to chew. The steak is edible but without the onions and peppers it would have no flavor at all. The lettuce on the chicken sandwich had obviously been frozen and was limp and wimpy... not appetizing at all. But...there was one good thing about the sandwiches... The bread is absolutely amazing! So soft. Loved it. But... not worth the high price of the sandwiches. This is the best sub shop in the area. All the toppings are fresh and the bread baked daily. I have just tried the cheesesteak and it was very good with mushrooms peppers and onions and lots of cheese. I usually get the italian and the pepper relish really makes it superior. This jersey mikes really does go above and beyond every time I visit. I visit regularly, and every time my sandwich is prepared perfectly. If I'm ever early to pickup, they show a genuine interest in ensuring the sandwich is almost ready. They are always friendly. I didn't think to leave a review at first, because it's just our chain sub shop, but this is my favorite place around to get a Cheesesteak. One time they were so busy they ran out of bread towards the end of the night - they were forth coming with that info, apologetic to those looking for something particularly and outwardly thankful for those who didn't mind switching to an alternative preference. This is the best Jersey Mike's in central Florida! The staff is the best. We see a lot of the same workers which tells me that they must take care of their employees. My husband and I go at least once every 2 weeks. We love the freshness and quality. Definitely way better than Subway! This location has daily specials which is a plus. My first experience at jersey mikes was horrible! Not only did they not correctly make the sandwiches ordered, when I called back to let them know, they accused me of having ordered incorrectly! After I drove 12 miles back to re-pick up the order again I was only given one sandwich because the order receipt for the second sandwich, that was supposed to be a wrap, wasn't good enough after I got there.
