I've never heard of this place but had a friend who raved about it so we went for lunch. It's advertised as fast Italian. I thoroughly enjoyed everything I tasted! I ordered the classic sampler which comes with lasagna, alfredo fettuccine, and spaghetti and meatballs as well as breadsticks; I wanted to make sure I tried a little of everything since it was my first time (and I was starving). Everything was so yummy! I couldn't stop taking a bite. There are plenty of classic Italian dishes to choose from however, but I do feel the sampler was the best bet. Fazoli's was a great experience! It's like an even more casual Olive Garden vibe. The staff were very helpful and attentive. The restaurant itself had plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. It's located in Clermont so a bit of a drive from Orlando but definitely worth giving it a try! 5/5 stars. read more

I placed an order through DoorDash recently because I had a $20 off coupon and had not tried this Fazoli's in the 2+ years since they opened here. The variety for my picky eaters worked out great as well. The order we received was correct, and everything was hot. The only thing it didn't come with were utensils, which we have at home, so no worries. This is very basic, somewhat bland tasting pasta and pizza. It's definitely not something to write home about. I knew that when placing the order, but did it more for nostalgic reasons as we occasionally went to the Altamonte location about 20 years ago. Would I order it again? Probably not. Whoa! A fast food olive garden lol! I wouldn't say Fazoliy is authentic Italian cuisine but definitely hits the pasta craving! I never heard of a fast food pasta restaurant and I'm glad it does exist! The food tastes good and I think the value of the dishes, especially during weekday lunch specials is a great deal! You get your money's worth. Another plus is unilimited bread sticks if you dine in. I will say the two times we've been, the bread sticks didn't make it to our table until 10 minutes after we got our dishes... Love their unsweetened and sweet tea! The salad was average. I must say that their Caesar is unique as it has anchovies. Definitely read their ingredients. I thought my salad must've been spoiled but it was actually the dressing lol. It didn't taste bad but I didn't expect a fishy ceasar salad. The negative- *Food tastes just a little bland but nothing like parmesan or sauces to fix that. *Lunch special meatballs and spaghetti... Meatballs is plural yet only one meatball is served. *Bread sticks come out late roughly ten minutes after your main dishes are served. *The pizza is definitely frozen and bland. Walk in to dine in and you can either order from a screen or go up to the front to a rude lady with attitude and listening problems who doesn't understand her own screen. I am 8 months pregnant and went in with my fiance and we both got 2 cheese slices each and he got a salad which also all comes with breadsticks. i ate half of one slice and wasn't feeling good, my fiancé ate a whole slice and a bite of the breadstick, bite of the salad, and immediately got sick - food poisoning. When I sat down, a team member brought my food to my table and offered to shred fresh Parmesan on top - talk about top notch service!! It was a busy, but really quiet and peaceful. For a fast food they are really fast. We went there for the first time, when hungry and didn't have time. Since is a "Italian" food, and serve pasta, once we ordered on Drive thru, we just park the car and I was about to leave the car to buy some soda on wawa, the guy just was walking to bring us our food. Really quick! But thinking about flavor, is very artificial. Alfredo, carbonara, it taste like bottles sauce that you buy on the markets. Caesar salad, was some pieces of lettuce, some cheese and a packet of Caesar sauce on the side. Anyway, the cheesecake was delicious! So overall, if you want a quick meal, you got it. Fast food places are always tough to rate, because at the end of the day they ARE fast food. When I'm looking at a place like Fazoli's, I have to look at it in that context - and compared to other fast food places - Fazoli's knocks it out of the park. The food needs more flavoring but the prices are right, the portions are big and the breadsticks are better than Olive Garden! Service at this location is surprisingly good and the restaurant is very clean. I'm glad to see Fazoli's giving the Orlando market another try - hopefully it continues! read more

Nostalgia! I always remembered my mom taking my brother and I to Fazoli's growing up. As a pasta lover so couldn't believe there was a drive through pasta fast food place! Like omg! Fettuccine Alfredo with chicken, bomb breadsticks and a salad is my usual go to!! So guess what, I ordered the same thing in present day! I added the wings as a extra plus. Let's just say this line was soooooo long that I now know I'm not the only one who loves Fazoli's growing! I finally got my food and went home to chow down.....Here's my take on 2021 Fazoli's... I was slightly disappointed. I don't know if my palette changed but the food was lacking flavor! Everything was cooked well but it isn't something I'd ever crave again. The Caesar salad was great, nothing bad to say there. The fettuccine Alfredo and chicken had NO flavor, it was cooked well but it didn't taste great at all. The wings were pretty good, nothing noteworthy. The breadsticks were BOMB.com & reminded me of the Fazoli's I missed! I definitely won't be waiting in a long line for their food again and would return randomly but I had my fix and it wasn't what I expected. read more

So excited for Fazoli's to be back in Florida. They were pretty busy when we arrived for dinner, but we were greeted by a very friendly team member who took our order. I had to do the lasagna since it was a favorite for me previously. I really did enjoy it and it had a good flavor for quick serve Italian. My kids both ordered pasta and asked for it with just butter. One liked it and one did not, but she liked the lasagna so I shared. They made it with the garlic butter they use for the breadsticks so I have to admit that I also liked the pasta. Heard about this Fazoli's and just had to go. Last time I was at one was in 2003 I was really excited to try it, but was pretty quickly disappointed. The pizza didn't taste like pizza... meaning school lunch pizza from the early 90's tasted more like pizza than this pizza did. The chicken in the baked ziti bowl tasted unseasoned and rubbery. It was also coated in cheese and hard to cut. The breadsticks and cheesecake were good but that was about it. Customer service was also really lacking. I have been wanting a Fazoli's in Clermont (or just anywhere in central florida) for years!!!! I was THRILLED when this one opened, and it truly hits the spot. If you've never experienced a Fazoli's, here are a few simple questions for you ... - Do you like Italian food? - Do you like Italian food fast? 1 Do you like melt-in-your-mouth breadsticks that are dripping in butter? Then Fazoli's is for you! To be honest, we have only done Door Dash or takeout and haven't dined in, but I love the pickup option. I ordered online and right when they said my order would be ready, it was. I just walked in and grabbed the order that was sitting on the pickup wall. The place is super clean and new. Sadly this location doesn't support curbside, but I hope they add it as an option at some point. Only downside is that it is an awkward spot to get to off of 27. You basically have to do a u turn if you're coming from the other direction, and it's tough to turn out of it with all the incoming traffic. Also, parking is pretty limited. Aside from that though, there are no negatives. The food is just what it is ... fast Italian! I am a sucker for the baked spaghetti ... always delicious! We tried the mozzarella skewers, and those were really good. I also added mushrooms to my baked spaghetti, and that jazzed it up a bit. My sister got the spicy baked ziti with meatballs, and she was super happy with it. Whenever I have a hankering for Italian but am not feeling fancy enough for a restaurant, this is my go to. But this location did have some awesome staff which you don't find often these days. Very friendly and attentive. Can't really complain about that. Meals came out hot a fast. First time eating there. We were recommended by friends and were told to remember it is like a fast food Italian restaurant. We ordered chicken parmigiana and chicken carbonara. Not so good, chicken did not taste like fresh chicken but did taste like frozen paddies. Service was excellent and professional. Price was not much different than a lunch special from Olive Garden. Except Olive Garden is far superior. Breadsticks, soup or salad and your entree. We traveled from Winter Haven up route 27, way to far for lunch. Probably won't go back. read more

So glad Fazoli's opened this week! My husband and I went over there last night for a carryout! Ultimate sampler and meatballs delicious! Breadsticks delicious too! Neon signs all over saying wear masks! I look up at cooking staff in back after ordering and there's a person serving up spaghetti with a mask below her lips !!!! Lots of hype surrounding this new location, as apparently this chain moved out of Florida years ago. This was my first time trying it and I liked it a lot more than I thought I would.. It's fast food Italian, with a drive-thru! The loaded baked spaghetti seemed to be the best, most unique thing on the menu and it was definitely worth it. Meatballs, thin slices of sausage, bacon, meat sauce and mushrooms, covered in cheese. I personally would have liked a little more sauce but it was really good. The side house salad was great quality and bigger than I expected. The meal also came with a drink and 2 breadsticks; they have a soft and more bread-like texture. All of this cost around $13. Sooo I guess more expensive than a fast food burger joint, but still reasonable for what I received. The rest of their menu has more traditional pastas, small cheese and pepperoni pizzas, meatball sub, etc. Kind of boring items, but classic Italian. Long line at the drive-thru but that is to be expected because they're still new. Totally recommend! read more

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Fazoli's of Clermont. I've been a frequent visitor some dine in take out mostly. Really and I must say, the experience to me can somewhat erratic. From time to time when I walk in, I'm greeted warmly by the friendly staff. I figure that to be normal for the crew up front. What strikes me most after have my order taken is waiting for my food and getting it. It's an ever-shifting experience when to my continual visits. It'll be times where the food comes quickly than normal and the preparation of the dishes when I'm dining in compared seems totally different and I find that bewildering. Majority of my short time dining in there the dishes look thrown together as a rush of time. But then there's time where it looks to be put together like how I ordered when looking at the menu and that's the point of not mine but all that walk in that restaurant they look at the menu and expect that for the server to put on our table. I've taken the time when I've had my meals takeout to watch who in the kitchen cooking puts in that work to make the food seem edible and from noticing once a day they seemed to be busy that the young man in the back with the crazy hair and brooding eyes after watching his movement it seemed he was moving slow but I seen to-go orders and dine in just pile up the window he wasn't slow he was attentive he moved like he knew where to go back in forth with such a unemotional look on his face moving with muscle memory but all he mad looked how they should so I commend that young man for his maturity and thinking of the customer. I still enjoy eating in here. It's small but nice, I came in the other day dined in with no plans and just sat and ate watching Stuart little on the tv's they have up. Quality has deteriorated, don't visit too often anymore. The breadsticks are often too salty and the pasta is usually dry. The pizza used to be obviously fresh and now it tastes like it's been sitting around for hours. read more
