I've been coming to brave burger since the day you guys opened and not once but twice, yall have let me down. 3 weeks ago I came an hour before closing and there was a sign that said "sorry, we decided to leave early today". Second time, today, I was told they were all out of brisket for the brisket loaded fries. I now live an hour away and can't even rely on you guys to have what I want when I drive all the way out here. Do better, especially for your local supporters.

The bathrooms were a revolving door and there were many people standing around a big countertop slapping burgers together. It's of unsettling to see that many hands working on the food. And everything comes in its own little box which seems wasteful, but i guess that's their schtick. The fries were dry and cold. The burgers were hot. It was okay. I'm still dedicated to Five guys. These novelty burger shacks are just that. It's a one and done for me.

They were still serving other folks who had ordered before I arrived so I assumed it wasn't my order. After 15 minutes and people arriving and getting their food, I asked if the order was ready. Lo and behold it had spent the last 15 minutes under the hot lamp. He also apparently forgot the mozzarella sticks. So they asked if I wanted the burgers now or wait 5 more minutes for the Mozarella sticks. I took the food bc my 4 year old had waited long enough. Get to the coke freestyle, and they're out of napkins and straws. Counters were dirty and could have used some attention. After getting that from the clerk he again forgot I was standing right in front of him when he called out my name for the Mozarella sticks. The burgers were lukewarm, surprise surprise. Overall not impressed. This is the 3rd time I've had subpar service since thy opened. The shine has clearly worn off, and the owner/operator doesn't care about the long term success of this location since they've let it go to hell so quickly.

She was incredibly attentive and helpful, guiding us through the menu and explaining the dishes. Her recommendations were excellent. Honestly, while the food was great, I'll definitely be going back because of the service Miyah provided. She's the kind of person who makes you feel genuinely welcome, and the establishment should feel very lucky to have her there. Kudos to her and to the entire staff. This cute spot has charm, great service, and even better food. The crab and shrimp Benedict was incredible. They had a croissant instead of English muffins and it was a game changer. The hollandaise sauce had a citrus note that brightened the richness of the croissant and perfectly cooked shrimp and crab. We also tried the French toast which was good but not as impressive. They grill their muffins which sounds crazy but they were so tasty. The lightly crisp butter edges with the banana nut muffin was outstanding. The iced coffees were also super tasty, not too sweet. Can't wait to try more here!
