This Pizza Hut has the WORSE customer service ever. I placed an order online, using the Pizza Hut app. The order was placed at 7:20, the app said the pizza will arrived at 7:50pm. By 8:15pm the pizza hasn't arrived. I called the store and I kept getting redirected to the call center, where NONE of the representatives I spoke to were able to help me and were very rude. They kept transferring back to the store, which I never received response and got transferred back to the call center. So how is it that if you order online, on the Pizza Hut app, no one is able to see the status of your order unless is the store you ordered from! Absolutely ridiculous! It's the Pizza Hut app! How is it possible that it doesn't connect to the call center nor corporate??? It doesn't make sense at all! After almost 40 minutes on the phone, been transferred back and forth with NO ONE able to tell me the status of my order. My order finally arrived at 8:55pm. Pleaced an order at 7:14pm I get a message saying deliveryman is out at 7:55pm. Now it is 8:30pm so I call to get an update on where my order is, after being on hold for 10 minutes I ask to speak to a manager who tells me my food will be delivered at 9:07PM because they had a mix up with my order. Giving one star because had I not called they wouldn't even notify me about my order being pushed back. Poor customer service. All the manager could do was say sorry. My husband ordered Uber eats from this Pizza Hut. I'm allergic to dairy so he ordered without cheese which they actually did right but he ordered ham, pineapple and green peppers and there might have been 10 tiny pieces of ham (1/2 x 1/4 inch) on the whole medium pizza. Not happy today!! Online ordered at 5:40 and came in at 6:00 to pick up. After literally "Nobody" was up front for over 15 minutes (I know but I'm on my phone so I know). Finally a gentleman came out from the back and after getting my name he said "oops we messed it up but it will be right out". And at another 10 min I'm still waiting for the simple large pizza. So I just spoke to the most kindest and sweetest girl named Elizabeth. On the website it showed that they had salads. Elizabeth told me she was sorry, but they do not offer salad at this time. I asked for a refund and she explained the process which would have take 3-5 days. Instead of me having to go through that hassle she she threw in some extra wings. Updated review 5/29/2018 This location used to be much better. The 2 Pizza I order had flaws. The thin crust pizza was bend on one corner and the pizza with half pepperoni and half sausage was done incorrectly, the whole pizza had sausage and pepperoni. The care level at this location has went down hill. I like Pizza Hut but I will probably go to Dominos next time at least they will get my order right. read more

Very disappointed with quality versus value tonight. Wife order 1 medium 2 topping pizza & 1 ten inch 1 topping gluten free pizza for delivery. I happened to be outside when the driver arrived, not know ing what she ordered I signed the credit card receipt. With a 10% tip the bill was just under $30.00!!! Shameful that you would charge nearly $20 for a small 10" thin crust pizza! Yes, she should have asked, it's our fault but I guarantee you we won't be ordering again. read more

I placed an order 3/24/19 at 1:37 for delivery. The order was going to be delievered by 3:25. I recieved a call before 3pm that they were short of drivers and I had to pick it up otherwise the delivery would arrive at 4pm. I drove to the place to pick up order, was charged. I spent almost 30 mins waiting for that order. I stated time I plced the order and the time it was. The staff did not have communication with me with what was going on, once the driver came in thats when I explained what was going on. Also I didnt like that the kitchen did not look clean, the person making pizza doesnt use gloves just bare hands to handle the orders. When I got home straight from pizza hut my pizza and bread were cold. The only warm thing was the wings. I will not be ordering anything from this pizza hut again. Well. It's been over an hour and four calls later and we have no pizza. I hope the pizza is damn good because the service sucks. To the owner/GM : Do you think you make more profit by having less staff? We were on hold for an unacceptable amount of time. Yes, it is Friday night 6:20 when we placed the order). That's why you should have scheduled enough people to cover calls, pizza making and delivery. Don't have enough staff? Then you should be there. So when someone answered the phone we had to spell the name of our street four times. It's Railside, nothing exotic. Ok cool we painstakingly get our order placed. Now it's been an hour. So we call. Abnormally long wait time until someone answers. We tell them we were checking on our order. We were placed on hold immediately. No "just a moment", "let me check on that" or god forbid "can I put you on a brief hold?" After waiting over five minutes on hold with what seemed to be a call center we hung up and called again. SAME THING!!!!! we called a third time and finally got a person (after a long wait) who said our pizza will be here by 7:25. It's just after that now and I'm losing faith fast. Plus, while I've been waiting I've read other reviews. I wish I had seen them first. I could've went to Publix, bought the ingredients and have a pizza almost done by now. Needless to say when this blessed pizza gets here we will be taking a look before we pay, which I literally have NEVER felt inclined to do in my 40+ years of pizza enjoyment. Other reviews mentioned the lack of cheese, cold pizza, long wait times and other fissured pizza situations. As I wrap this up I still have no pizza. It's been over 1 hr and 20 minutes. My husband I'd heading out for Subway and I'm waiting here to tell the poor (and likely overworked ) driver that we do not want the pizza. Sorry. Worst customer service EVER! Lady tried to tell me that brown cheese, black pepperoni, and charred crust was the way thin crust was supposed to look. After asking to have it remade a 3rd time she finally agreed, then proceeded to fling the old pizza box across the counter and tells me to throw it away. It just got messy from there. I stayed perfectly calm while this chick huffed and puffed and got downright hostile. Terrible customer service. After waiting one hour, I called the store, only to be told that the pizza had just been sent out. Gave an excuse that there was only one guy making pizza and one guy delivering, and that they were very busy. No offer of a discount. Pizza arrived a couple of mixtures later, and was lukewarm. I live less than 1 mile from this store. There was no way this pizza had just been made and dispatched. The owner of this location is maximizing profit at the customers expense. Beware. read more
