The conveyor belt of doughnuts being made and glazed is what I would consider to be the 8th wonder of the world. The display of doughnuts was bountiful. The spread of flavors and seasonal goodies was just a scosche off of perfection. The staff themselves were hard at work but make quick time of getting us our assortment of doughnuts. They even slipped an extra in, what was supposed to be, our box of three. Now when people ask me if I've ever been to Krispy Kreme I say yes. Went through the drive thru last night. It was a spontaneous visit after a doctors appointment nearby. We got our free glazed donut with showing our covid vaccine card! The donut was everything I had remembered and expected- A magical round dessert that disappeared in 5 seconds. The best time to eat the donut is right when you get it. Wow never knew that a Krispy Kreme existed here in Winter Park! And it actually has a good amount of seating inside. We came here on National Coffee Day during the afternoon and it was quite busy. There are 2 entrances to the store. One in the back and one in the front. When we got inside, I was surprised to see a doughnut assembly line right in the middle of the store. You could see thousands of glazed doughnuts being made fresh and glazed with that delicious sugary topping. The people at the counter seemed nice and accommodating after we asked if they were still serving the free coffee and doughnut to everyone. We got our free doughnut and coffee and sat down to enjoy it. The tables seemed a little dirty so we just used some napkins to clean ours off. The doughnut was warm and sweet and left us craving for more. The coffee was good but nothing extraordinary. All in all, a good location for this franchise. Two times I've attempted to get a doughnut from this location. 1st visit: the doughnuts in the glass didn't look appealing whatsoever. the kitchen area looked a bit unkempt, but I understand it may get busy. However, they weren't busy while I was there. Anyway, I drove about 15-20 minutes for this doughnut. I'm greeted by a worker, I tell them what I want. I noticed they weren't wearing any gloves and figured they would put some on. WRONG. I don't know how the doughnut was grabbed but I know it wasn't grabbed with a stick like they usually do at all the locations I've visited. I was disgusted and just walked out of the store with no doughnut. 2nd visit (last week of April): it was filthy. The top of the counter that house the doughnuts were dirty, crumbs galore. There was a customer ahead of me. While waiting I observed a male employee wearing one glove, he was opening boxes and doing other tasks. He goes to the register to help another employee with the customers in front of me which leaves him to service me. Again, the doughnuts in the case looked unappealing and lifeless. I saw the fresh doughnuts rolling on the conveyor belt and felt those were safer to eat. So I asked the worker "what are you going to use to grab my doughnut?" He says "oh, I'm going to use my glove and holds his hand up." Mind you, it's the same glove he had on when he went to the register and performed other tasks not involving food. I said, "you all don't have the stick to grab doughnuts with?" He says "oh yeah, it's right here," he held it up to show me. So I said "ok, can you use that to get me 2 doughnuts off the conveyor belt?" He did it no problems. I thought to myself, wow I'm finally going to get my doughnuts I've been craving. Boy was I wrong. On his way to the register, he was walking and trying to close my box and he nearly dropped them but ended up catching them. Immediately he says "my hand didn't touch them." That was pure bs to me. I know his hands touched them in some way, form or fashion. Disappointed yet again, I just walked out with no doughnuts. I took it as a sign that I didn't need them. I will never attempt to give this location another try. The Millenia location reviews aren't appealing either. I guess I have to drive out of town to get a KK doughnut. read more

It has been a while since I have visited this location. We moved and it's no longer an easy drive for me, however I stopped in after a doctors appointment to treat myself to some donuts Everyone was very nice, there wasn't a very long line and when one of the workers noticed there was more than one person waiting, they asked for another employee to help them. The interior is kept up nice and neat with the tables wiped when I went in. The staff is wonderful, polite and friendly, and the donuts are always the absolute best ever. I saw that the donuts were being freshly made and the smell of them was amazing. One of the employees offered me a free, warm, freshly made donut while I was waiting. It was the most delicious thing I've ever had for breakfast. I mentioned that it was my first time in a Krispy Kreme to the lady next to me in line and she told me about how they have freshly made donuts whenever the sign is on and their app will also show when the sign is on and those are way better than getting ones that aren't freshly made. But when I needed 10 dozen donuts ASAP for an event, I turned to KK. I started in the drive thru, but they said I should go inside. When I went in they were completing another order but the gal at the drive thru window had already let someone know to get started packing up my big order. As they rang me up I was advised to order the day before in the future when ordering large quantities to make sure they're able to have it ready for me right away, but they quickly got my boxes bagged up (thank goodness for big bags!) and it was under $100.
