I love Mochibae! I really enjoy the mochi doughnuts here. They are always super soft and tasty. Now they also have a full menu of food options. I got the beef rice bowl. This food was so fresh and delicious. Mochibae is one of my go to spots in Orlando because they take pride in making sure they serve quality food and pastries. The service is always friendly and helpful. It's just a nice quiet spot to hang out and have some great food and pastries if you are in Orlando UCF area it's definitely worth a try.

Top tier Mochi Donuts! It is a little hard to find at first, when you see Happy Lemon drive to the right hand side down the one way and Mochibae is to your left hand side. When I first walked in I was greeted by the gentleman working at the register. Everything was extremely clean and very well laid out. The menus were displayed above the donuts. When we arrived there were 6 flavor options, Barbie, Oreo, ube with fruity pebbles, cinnamon, churro and s'more. My favorite was the ube fruity pebbles. My friend got the Korean hot dog with everything and he really liked it. He totally recommends it if you've never had a Korean hot dog. The aesthetic is A++ I loved how clean and well laid out the space is. What makes it even better is that you can walk to happily lemon (tea and boba place) and their poke bar (hasn't opened yet). I love the concept of having 3 restaurants connected. Start at happy lemon for appetizers/drinks, walk over to the poke place for your meal and then end with mochibae. Kudos to the owner, this seems like a great concept and I definitely think this is going to be one of the best hangout places in the UCF area and is easily in my top restaurants/cafe's to visit.

Mochibae was the spot for my Korean hot dog craving. I usually get a half hot dog half mozzarella cheese with potato topping, sugar, and sweet Thai chili and spicy mayo on the side. Hits everytime! Located in UCF, it was connected to Happy Lemon which was super aesthetically pleasing. The customer service was friendly and we got our Korean dogs relatively quickly. My only constructive criticism is I wish they had tables there while we were waiting. To pass some time we did go to happy lemon and got a Passion mango green tea which was amazing. I loved the passion fruit seeds!

Japanese and Korean in one amazing unique restaurant! Salty and sweet are a tasty combination! The interior is modern, colorful, clean and trendy. Service is spectacular as every worker including management ensures you have a great experience. Bring friends, this is a fun dining location and the best part is it's connected to other great locations that have boba and additional healthier food options!

The best Korean corn dog in Orlando! They are massive and perfectly crunchy. I ordered 4 half & half's with sweet chili, ranch, spicy mayo, and sugar. They give plenty of sauce and not just a tiny bit of drizzle on top. The cheese half of the corn dog was a huge chunk of cheese and they didn't skimp on the dogs either. The prices are so good compared to competitors as well. Service was quick. Minimal seating inside, few tables outside but I ordered to go and they were still warm when I got home 35 minutes later. Wish Mochibae was closer to me!

We arrived when they first opened for lunch so donuts weren't on display yet, but they were being made in the back, so don't let the emptiness deter you from ordering. Donut was soft and tasty. The hot diggity dog special was delicious. I got the half and half and it was covered in sour cream, cheddar cheese, jalapeños and hot Cheetos. Everything was hot and gooey and amazing. Inside was clean and cute wall art. You can walk through the back to Happy Lemon to get bubble tea, or take the long way and walk down the side walk like me Napkins are behind the counter so just ask if you need some. Service was good.

Mochibae is currently in its soft opening, so I will not dock them stars for not having mochi donuts despite that being their main thing. Just be warned, they make their donuts in the morning only, so once they're out, they are out. Hopefully, through the soft opening process, they can work out the right amount per day to make and not run out early. They aim to sell until 8pm or sold out. That being said, I was able to try their Korean hot dogs, and they are the best I've had so far! They are the right amount of crispy and cheese ratio. The oil isn't overused (some other places you can taste the fry oil). Highly recommend and can't wait to come back to try their donuts!

Another business from the owners of Happy Lemon I was excited to see this had opened on my last time stopping by. Mochi donuts are having a moment and this spot had quite a few different flavors to try. Service was with a smile and the donuts are $3 a pop. There's seating here and a gorgeous wall mural but for some reason it's not as cute as it could be. It feels unfinished? Or rough around the edges? It doesn't feel like a place to sit and stay. Luckily it's connected through the rear to Happy Lemon so you can get one and then the other easily. If you like the texture of these donuts you'll like this place. And now with everything open you have more of a reason to make a stop in this plaza.

Mochibae is a mochi donut and korean hot dog shop. I was so excited for this and finally it's here! The interior decorations are cute! The walls are vibrant and filled with a cute mural of a lucky cat and korean hot dogs! They have a good amount of seats. And its connected to Happy Lemon and Kasai and Koori. It's a great place to visit with friends. Grab a boba while having some korean hot dogs. My idea of a perfect day! Mochi Donut Strawberry and Ube flavor - both were equally good. Has this slight chewiness from the rice flour. I think mochi donuts are the better versions of the regular donut because it doesn't taste as dry and has a better texture. Korean Hot Dog - these were also good. Big portions. I do recommend getting the cheddar cheese sauce! So good. It's not on the menu but you can ask for sugar which goes really well with it too. Just makes it have more depth of flavors. Sweet and salty. They should definitely add it to the menu. I do think it could use more potato. But that's just a personal preference. Overall, I highly recommend the place. The staff and owner are very friendly and nice. Great place to hangout and chill with friends.

They offer a wide variety of unique donuts that all looked really tempting. The prices are a bit on the higher side, even for specialty donuts, but the quality definitely shows. I tried the cinnamon crunch donut, and it was excellent, perfectly flavored, super moist and soft with a slight cakey texture. You can tell everything is made fresh. I'll definitely be back to try some of their drinks next time.

It's a clean, minimalist space that is well lit with natural lighting and seems to be a chill place to sit and do work. When I came around 1-2 PM, they seemed to still have a good number of their donuts still in stock. (Their sign on the door notes they are open per their hours, unless they sell out of everything sooner.) My dad ordered a coffee to go and I ordered a matcha latte without sweetener and almond milk, plus a honey and sea salt cragel to go. Service was quick. Matcha latte was good. I liked the cragel - it had a good texture and wasn't too sweet. My dad wasn't super fond of his coffee, but it was okay. (He said it wasn't the worst, but it wasn't the best coffee he's ever had.) If there isn't an event going on, they have their own parking lot. Otherwise, you are allowed to park in the school lot if school is not in session. (Or street parking if you can find some.)

We sat right next to the kitchen and could see all the yummy food coming out to the tables. I ordered the Prime Brisket Smashburger and it totally hit the spot! I got the Sm'Oreo and he got the Bacon Blast. Both were incredible!

5 Star update for one of my new favorite brunch spots! (Get the brisket-stacked pancakes ASAP)…read more I love S&D for lunch, but recently got to try out their brunch on a Saturday morning with some girlfriends and it was FABULOUS. First off, note that they have added a vinyl DJ area (so fun!) and now offer table service (perfect for ordering more brunch cocktails!). My favorite brunch dishes I got to try were the brisket-stacked pancakes and the brisket egg & cheese sandwich. The pancakes are made with donut batter and have a hint of citrus. I was offered regular maple syrup or a bourbon version and obviously went with the latter. The brisket was perfection and made this dish the best representation of salty-sweet decadence. I can't imagine ordering anything else for brunch now that I've tried this... And yet, I got to try my friend's brisket egg & cheese sandwich and holy cow the caramelized onions took it to another level. if you're looking for something featuring eggs for breakfast- this is a must. In terms of drinks, I liked their peach spritz. It wasn't too sweet and it was a hearty pour! And even better- they made me a great cortado, so don't forget to get a well-made espresso drink while you're there. Previous lunch review: 5 Stars because I am OBSESSED with this family-owned barbeque spot (their food, staff, bar program, etc!)! My sisters had been raving about Smoke & Donuts for a while now because it's super family-friendly and they go with their group of friends (and their kids) often. They talked up the food, of course, but it is the staff that really sells them. It's family-owned and everyone there is an absolute joy whenever I've been. They offer everyone free little donut holes with their orders and they remember you like you're part of the family. I've enjoyed the brisket (WOW) and the pulled chicken- Both are standouts! Something else on the menu that totally surprised me and stayed on my mind was the mac & cheese side. It's so unusual, but I am a big fan! It's got a rich flavor and then an almost sweet aftertaste. Trust me- somehow it works and you'll want more! And for the vegetarians- they have pulled jackfruit available to satisfy their barbeque cravings. Love the inclusivity with that option. In terms of donuts, my fave is The Lou, featuring a maple-bourbon glaze, heath, Hershey's chips, and brisket burnt ends. That salty, sweet combo is unbeatable!

My sons split a sausage breakfast sandwich and I had the spam breakfast sandwich. So ono! The sweet and savory combo works here! But I know for quality of the gourmet donuts, you're not always able to get that. But on Saturdays and Wednesday, they make malasadas which are God's sweet gift to the world. If you're able, make sure to order one. Also with these being gourmet donuts, they're going to be pricier than your Dunkin or Krispy Kreme. Know that going in. For 2 breakfast sandwiches and a dozen donuts was over $60. So just plan ahead and know in advance you're going to drop some money on some amazing, life changing donuts!

The donuts looked super fresh and fancy. I immediately ordered the fritter- it's a favorite. Then we went with the French toast and the pumpkin spice donuts. We looked for the cereal donut that my friend recommended, but it wasn't there this time. I couldn't help but notice the fly that was hovering over the donuts as the employee gently swooshed it away a few times while we were deciding. We took our donuts to go. They were carefully packaged. The fritter was definitely the winner. The French toast and pumpkin spice were very similar- a circular donut with icing and a dollop of flavored goop in the donut hole. Meh. I would not order either of those again. Fancy donuts but not special enough for me to frequent this place. The fly was a real downer. Maybe have the donuts in a covered case.

Plus, you can order house baked donuts and even build your own with toppings of your choice. It's very casual, and they have a pretty stocked bar and serve espresso drinks. After we ordered at the counter, took our number and sat down, we were given a pork rind to nosh while we sat. Now, I don't care for them, but other diners seem to enjoy and it was a nice and amuse-bouche ;) I'm a sucker for brunch so I ordered the Smoked Turkey Breast, egg and cheese sandwich with runny yolk. It was PHENOMENAL! For only $12 (in today's inflated economy) I was presented with a soft, large potato bun housing tender, perfectly seasoned turkey carved - not deli-style and sliced - thick and juicy steak-cut style. Melted on top was a thick Gouda cheese slice, a perfectly cooked "runny" egg topped with fresh cranberry sauce. I can't say enough about my meal, the presentation and service! They are very intentional to let you know you do NOT bus your own table, they take care of everything even though you order at a counter. The after meal treat of a glazed donut was not only tasty and fresh, but a nice and unique touch and ending to a fantastic lunch. They just started a rewards program for birthdays and texts for specials. I will definitely be going back!
