This was my first time at this location, and the overall open feel of this location's interior was really nice. They had ample seating. There was also a good amount of parking. The staff was super kind and attentive as well as speedy. Even with a decent amount of traffic inside, I received my order pretty quickly. I won't go on too much about Starbucks because while I do enjoy a good Starbucks drink, tea, or flavored coffee beverage from time to time, it is not a place I frequent often. However, I enjoyed my quick time at this location. It was clean - felt still "NEW" (as if it was a location that recently opened). Once my order was ready, I was out! read more

Great location - been coming here regularly lately as my daughter has a class in the area. The staff are super friendly, my order is always correct and there is a decent amount of varied seating in the space. The long center table has plugs underneath if you want to work. Even when really busy, my mobile order is ready to go in an expected amount of time. My new favorite is the Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Expresso - only 150 calories for a grande. I thought it would be too sweet, but it surprisingly wasn't (I don't add any sweetener - I just take it how it comes). read more

First time at this location. Went through the drive thru so I'm not sure about the inside but they had a staff member outside picking up trash and keeping the drive thru area clean which I've never seen before so that was good! They made a custom drink for me and it's so good! Finally the worker at the window was so sweet and personable as she asked us about our plans for the day and even gave suggestions. read more

The Starbucks employee adorned with bangs exhibited a perplexing amalgamation of inefficiency and indifference. Her demeanor was punctuated by an ostentatious display of languor, which, coupled with a conspicuous lack of alacrity, rendered the entire customer experience markedly suboptimal. Despite the ostensibly mundane nature of her duties, she approached them with an air of dispassionate ennui, which was both palpable and disconcerting. Her proclivity for protracted pauses and an apparent obliviousness to the exigencies of customer service culminated in a palpable diminution of the establishment's otherwise commendable standards. In summation, her performance was an egregious testament to the deleterious impact of inattentiveness in a service-oriented milieu. read more

Friendly employees but size grande the cup was only filled little more than half full. Huge waist of money

Typical Starbucks. Limited parking. Drive through available. Not easy to get in and out of if you're trying to make a left. What I did like though, was the merchandise, the free coffee grounds for your garden and the cold brew on tap! Store is clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. read more

Starbucks - Drive through? Yes - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Altamonte Springs, Florida

The Starbucks nearby on the other side of I4 on 434 is way better. I have decided to only go to that one even though this one is closer to me. Here are a few reasons why. The prices. This Starbucks jacks up the prices often. I always only get one thing so I notice. Often times their nitro machine is broken. It's like the McDonald's McFlurry thing-- why is the equipment for regular menu items breaking so frequently? Drive through service in the weekday mornings is annoying. No I do not want to start out with something to eat. Just let me order. The girl recently at the window on weekday mornings is rude and passive aggressive when I ask for a straw. Maybe bc I don't tip on my already overpriced drink? The other Starbucks on 434 is great! I'll be going there only from now on. Much better management. read more

I visited this store during rush hour on a Friday night. Although it was challenging to get there, the store was relatively quiet, calm and relaxing. Much to my surprise, they didn't need to prepare my dark roast coffee as a "pour-over," so I was in-and-out without delay! The staff was cleaning up, but they seemed relaxed, happy and very friendly. read more

Everyone here is always so friendly and helpful! This is a decent sized location so it's never too crowded, nor is the drive through line too long. The only tough part is that it's at a busy intersection, which makes it hard to get in and out if you're not heading from Montgomery toward i4. Luckily there's a new location just past the highway for folks headed in the other direction! read more

I've not been a passenger on the SB band wagon to any great extent - more like an occasional occupant. This is one of the closest to where I live, and I've been here south of 10 times. Who needs to pretty much ALWAYS wait in line, and pay a price 50 times more than a mug of joe you make at home: it's "How to save money" under Dave Ramsey et al 101. On this recent visit, I'd placed an order and then noticed the storm clouds rolling in from the north. So I decided to use the drive-through instead. Still I had to fill down the Winfield partially to tell them I had a mobile pick-up, and in that short time, I got the inside all wet with rain. All to say: since it rains heavy, you know, kind of "from time to time" here in Central Florida, and since you offer shelter from the elements at the pick-up window (thankfully), wouldn't it also make sense to do the same at the order kiosk? Come to think of it, SB, to be fair, is not the only culprit! Oh BTW, the muffin I ordered was fine, but a little pricey at $2.50 for that little thing. What was I expecting any way? read more

Yes, I am reviewing a Starbucks. Why? Because this is an awesome Starbucks. Recently built, I believe in 2008, this Starbucks offers a few benefits over the other Starbucks in the Altamonte area. Like all Starbucks, this one also boosts an exceptionally personable and pleasant staff who are more than accommodating to your coffee needs. The advantage of this Starbucks over others in the area - very close proximity to I-4, drive-thru (only 1 in Altamonte) and plenty of electrical outlets for those carting around battery draining computers. Definitely a great place to spend an afternoon surfing the net or conducting a business meeting. Oh, and this Starbucks also stocks the yummy breakfast sandwiches. The only con - 434 traffic can be a nightmare, especially right now since they are expanding the road. read more

Located just a few blocks off of I-4 this is a great Starbucks location and the locals all seem to agree by the massive traffic jam at the entrance to the drive through, there were cars literally approaching the drive through from every angle possible. As I inched my way into position I notice an employee out in the parking lot with a head set on walking up and down the line of cars taking orders and directing traffic to keep the line moving efficiently. Apparently this wasn't the first time he's been assigned this task he seen to know a lot of the regulars, but greeted everyone with a smile and a good morning I thought this was a pretty creative way to deal with the masses that were determined to get their caffeine fix me included. Surprisingly this method seem to work out well the line moved at a acceptable pace and most importantly my order was correct and ready when I approached the window to pay. What first seemed to be a cluster of confusion actually was very organized chaos. read more

I came during the buy one get one deal this November. 1st- I ordered 2 talls and was charged for Grande. I purchased a Christmas ornament and 2 donuts. The sign in the pastry display clearly stated that between 2-5 donuts were buy one get one. The cashier told me they weren't, I posted to the sign and she repeated herself in a Louder tone, I told her the sign was right there and to look at it. She went and got a manager who then walked around to where I was standing and read the sign, they finally honored their advertisement. Since I had 2 drinks, 2 pastries, and a Christmas ornament I asked for a bag. They asked me why did I need one besides my pastrie bags. I was finally given a recycled bag with an attitude... I come to this Starbucks at least 3/4 times a week. I order the same coffee 90% of the time; Trente Iced Coffee with one cream and one splenda. If you didn't know, the Trente is pretty much the largest size you can get anywhere....Score! I pick up a breakfast sandwich now and again and on days I forget to pack a lunch their protein boxes are decent sized and give you some protein to make it through those long, back to back meeting type of days. They constantly deliver with a smile and rarely make any mistakes on my order. If they do, the fix it immediately, no questions asked and with a smile. I always enjoy a Starbucks coffee. This one is located in a shopping area just off of 434 in Altamonte Springs. We were able to pull up right in front of the store. Upon entering the store we were cheerfully greeted. We ordered our coffees, and as always they make them just right. All the employees we saw that evening were in a good mood. We got our two coffees and left. This establishment was very clean, employees were very friendly, and you cannot go wrong with Starbucks coffee. read more

Starbucks - I visit you about 5 times a week (now not this location) so I understand customer service and I know what you typically have cash do not have on a normal basis. While ordering $20 plus of coffee before our softball games this morning and asking for shots of flavoring in each and pulling away to head to the fields it was no surprise that we had no flavoring in any venti drink. I don't have time to turn around I did want to drink my coffee that I usually love so much. Starbucks - please work in getting the orders right. read more

How to free yourself from Starbucks. 1. Visit this Starbucks. 2. Spend 2 years vainly trying to get the staff to produce a consistent cup of coffee in any way similar to the hundreds of other Starbucks. Let me begin by saying Sara(h) is the best employee this store has. The remaining staff, specifically Genevieve, need serious and immediate retraining. The reason you should be willing to pay 2-5 dollars for a cup of coffee is because the temperature, additives, and quality of the coffee are spot on. In one month, ordering the same beverage every day at the same time, I have received: skim milk instead of cream half and half instead of cream whole milk instead of cream 5 liquid ounces (that's three shotglasses worth) of cream in a 20 oz cup no sugar when I asked for sugar an entire pound of sugar when I asked for sugar no heat-sleeve (cause we're out) wrong sized cups (cause we're out) 10 minute wait (gotta brew more, who knew we'd be needing coffee at 6:30 AM?!?!?) Burnt coffee, what i think was Verona coffee instead of Pike, Cafe Americano instead of coffee (They are very similar, sir!) A cup of coffee and a cup of cream And the price has ranged from 1.96 to 2.24 to 2.74, all when ordering THE SAME DRINK. Double cupped coffee, with a heat-sleeve?? Cups ranging in fullness to a full two inches low, to overbrimming, so that when it comes out the window to your car you can grimace while scalding hot coffee streams over your knuckles. For some reason, again, unless Sara(h) makes the coffee, the sugar is never stirred. Ever. Period. It's just left on the bottom of the cup, a reward for anyone manly enough to brave the 19 bitter ounces of overly creamed yak, the last ounce will make your heart explode in a single sip. In all of this, I have to argue, and argue, and argue about facts. Fact: Cream is cream, heavy whipping or otherwise half and half is a creamer. It is not cream milk is not cream. You DO have cream, in a jug, under the desk, in the fridge. Yes you do. Just look. Seriously. I do not care, honestly, if you charge me for cream. You are doing me no favors by stripping 24 cents off my bill, and if you really should be charging me for it, then you are ripping off the owner of your store for no reason. I have never had a place make it so easy to not tip. In my travels, I visit on average a dozen different Starbucks in a month's time. I am incredibly sad that the one RIGHT NEXT to my house is dead to me. If a manager ever reads this, and retrains/fires the worthless, rude, and helpless employees of Spring Centre, do let me know. Til then, I will be at one of the other locations. Or even making my own. I mean, why is ANYONE paying for this "service"? read more

We needed a pit stop on our way to Tampa, so with my Starbucks Card app I found this location. Key need: not too far off the interstate. This was quite a large stand alone model with plenty of outdoor seating. The drive thru seemed to move at a nice pace, but we actually took the time to go inside. Service was prompt and courteous & the drink was made to my liking. Even though they appeared to be training a new barista at the time we were there, it didn't get in the way of getting what I needed. The barista made me giggle after my ordered my Dirty Chai. She said she called it Chai with a Shot because it sounded more polite. While I was worried I wouldn't be able to get in/out of this location easily (I've had to exit on Longwood before) it was actually quite simple and I got the benefit of the protected turn. Starbucks is Starbucks, and you can ALWAYS count on a reliable cup of coffee. BUT, what makes this Starbucks stand out from the rest is the super friendly, and upbeat service. This quickly became my favorite Starbucks but you have to actually go inside. Facing the always crowded drive-thru will leave you with frustration. I'm a creature of habit. I always order an Iced Caramel Macchiato and a Bacon and Gouda breakfast sandwich. Reading through some of the earlier reviews, I was surprised to see complaints about consistency. My drink always comes out right and tastes the same as the last time I had one. Being a repeat morning customer, I'm starting to enjoy that Danielle and "M" (the barista who everyone calls "M" but I still haven't really learned her real name) recognize and talk to me by name these days. I like that the management is quick to notice mistakes or delayed orders and compensate with small gift cards at times that are necessary. The WiFi also works at this location and never seems to lag or experience an outage like some of the other locations around. One of these days, I'll have to try something different but I like my old standard. read more
