We followed the directions and waited patiently in our lane, but while we sat there, three other vehicles pulled into the opposite lane after us and were all attended to and served before an employee even acknowledged our car. We ended up sitting there feeling completely overlooked while customers who arrived later were helped first. The system only works if both lines are monitored fairly and consistently. It was disappointing and made the experience feel very disorganized and unfair.

Unfortunately, my most recent visit was disappointing because of the interaction I had with an employee named Adora. I always order the egg white sandwich with over-easy eggs instead, and while I completely understand that mistakes happen, the sandwich had to be remade multiple times before it came out correctly. That part did not bother me at all - what bothered me was the attitude and demeanor I experienced from this employee while trying to get it resolved. A friend of mine mentioned she has had a similar experience with the same employee, which made me feel like this may not have been an isolated situation. That makes me sad because this really is one of our favorite places to visit, and I would hate for other customers to leave feeling uncomfortable or dismissed. I still absolutely recommend this spot, and one bad experience will not keep us away. I just hope this can be addressed so future customers have the same warm, welcoming experience that made us love this place in the first place.

All the other shops do it fine; Deeply, Stemma, Lineage. Framework etc - their average wait time is like 5-8 minutes once you order. Craft has some serious issue with the efficiency of their barista line. And I am aware craft coffee isn't immediate unless you're getting drip - I'm only ordering an Americano, its one of the easiest beverages to make. I will sometimes even people who ordered after me get something fancy and then get their drink before mine! And to that note, its not the best coffee. Its surely good, its quality; but they're not making the best stuff in town. If there's some extra steps or something going on, its not worth making me wait at minimum 15 minutes for a drink when there's literally no line, 5 people sitting down in the shop and 6 employees. It makes me not want to go to this shop ever, its just so unfortunately convenient to where I work that its THE place to go. So thats why I'm writing this - were in the same space and I want to see them improve their wait times. They've been consistently bad for far too long! Ambiance is definitely casual but comfortable. You can seat yourself either indoor or outdoor and the servers will come around with menus. For brunch, I got the quiche platter which was again, generously sized. I ordered the potatoes as my side and found the quiche to be very fresh, eggs super creamy, and crust buttery and flakey. Will order that again but not before sampling around the menu a bit more. My friend enjoyed the avocado toast with a poached egg and had equally high praise.
