Starbucks is definitely Starbucks to me. They're pretty much all the same, which they should be right? I mean, it's a franchise after all. We popped into Starbucks for an afternoon pick me up. I ordered an iced caramel latte and my coworker ordered a coffee. The barista who took our order was kind and quick. It took a lot a while for our order to come out, but we assumed that it was because they were completing pick up orders before ours. We thought that was a little strange, considering we were standing there, but nonetheless, we waited. The energy in the facility was definitely more business casual being that people were there working on their laptops. We grabbed our coffee and headed out the door onto our next stop. I like this location and I work nearby, so I come in fairly often. They recently remodeling, so it's pretty and modern. The staff are nice and work fast. They implemented a code on the bathroom to make sure only paying customers use it, which is a new company wide policy. I had to ask for the code, but it wasn't a hassle. I'm a Starbucks 6 days a week on average person and this location is on my commute and easy access from my home on the weekends. Over the last few months they consistently get my orders wrong. Not just one order, all of them. Do they offer to re-make it, yes but it's still not correct. This week I had an associate correct me that half & half is half cream half water (it's not) then proceeded to type my drink up as extra cream extra water- no half & half. I ordered a pink drink with strawberry purée, was charged for it but it wasn't included. I watched them make it and when I asked about it when it was handed to me the gentleman asked if it was a big deal he would re-make it! You rang it up, charged me and it's in the sticker but you decided not to give it to me just because? Let's go to the regular offered drinks-no subs, even those taste off. They have a few great employees that have been there about a year and if they aren't in there I just go to the next location. I've also had to ask to have the tables wiped down on more than one occasion on the weekend. I could understand when it's busy, but a Saturday at 2 with 3 other people should not warrant sticky tables and crumbs on the seats. If you're at this crossroad and need coffee go across the street to McDonald's, drive a little bit down the road to Dunkin or drive to Howell Branch or the Lee road location. read more

WOW amazing service and completely unexpected and appreciated! I went through the drive thru and placed my order. They asked how my day was. I said it could be better but now that I found this Starbucks it would be ok. When I drove around to the window they handed me my order and I could see their smiles through their masks. They GAVE me the entire order "on the house" JUST BECAUSE! I returned this random act of PURE KINDNESS and tipped them the entire cost of the order PLUS some! Wow is all Incan say. What can I say about Starbucks but has not been sent already. This location is located at the Winter Park Village. One evening my wife and I had gone out to dinner, and afterwards we always look forward to a cup of coffee and maybe a sweet treat. This Starbucks was the closest one to us after we were done with dinner. First thing I noticed upon arrival was how cold inside of the store was, I don't understand why. Needless to say, we ordered a coffee and a latte, got ourselves some shortbread cookies and enjoyed our beverages outside on the patio. As is usually the case, you wind up striking up a conversation with somebody nearby. In this case the lady came near our table looking for an outlet to plug in her phone. I Aster if I could help her, and the conversation starter from that point on. We chatted with them for a little while longer, and then we left the Starbucks location. The coffee is always good, the cookies are always delicious. One of the things I noticed was that since this store is much larger than some of the others, they have a lot of food available for purchase. Starbucks never disappoints. read more

This newer location is a good addition to the Winter Park Villages. They are modeled after the new, more modern aesthetic the chain has been moving to. They also offer a drive thru. Some downers include that it's always busy so finding any seating is rare. The drive they also backs up and some times blocks regular traffic driving through. Staff is quick with orders here. They have all the latest merchandise and are good with seasonal drink offerings. Overall: A- Needs more seating. Quick and efficient! read more

Nice store. Great location to grab a drink while you're shopping. Open as late as most of the shoppes. Limited seating inside but there are a few tables outside and the weathers usually nice enough. Drive through is fast which is nice since there isn't much space off the road in the shopping center. Staff are friendly and helpful. There was a mixup of the orders since someone ahead of me bailed between ordering and the window. The girl at the window was super apologetic and comped my tea. (It wasn't a big deal! I remember trying Starbuck's coffee for the first time at a little Starbuck's coffee shop down the street from the hotel I was staying at in Tacoma, Washington. This is going back to the early 1990s'. I was there for a friend's wedding. And we took a afternoon to go to downtown Seattle for some sightseeing. Especially the Needle and the Pike's/Public Market where it all began. And before I flew back to Orlando, I packed some Yukon Blend to take home with me. Now there are several Starbuck's around towns across America. Just like any other chain. I have no problem with that. Starbuck's makes a good cup of coffee. And I can buy some Yukon Blend. Like at this location at 600 North Orlando Avenue in the Winter Park Village. Being nearby, I stopped in the drive thru to order a pound of Yukon Blend whole bean. That blend seemed to be a favorite of the young man who took my order. And as I pulled around the corner to the window, a young lady rang up my order. Both were really friendly. I will give them both two thumbs up. And if I am in the area, I will most likely stop in again. I can also go for some Pike's Market whole bean. And a latte. This Starbuck's is ideal for a coffee break from shopping in the village. Or having a coffee with a pastry after a movie. I miss going to the cinema. Nice to be able to get good coffee and not have to fly to Seattle for it. Not that there is anything wrong with that. I would love to see that the mountain is out on a sunny day. So I've been spending a lot more time in Winter Park lately, because of the Florida Film Festival, but I've also had to keep studying for final exams coming up. Sooo, we found this Starbucks, and we've been frequenting it quite a bit lately. It's a super great place with a ton of seating. We've been here at all hours of the day and we've never not found a seat. The seat of choice for us has been a wicked awesome multi-person bar in the middle of the place with a strip of electrical outlets right on the sides of it all the way down on both sides. There's not a bad seat there, if you have a laptop to charge. Other than that, it's kind of the same. They have the $8 Power Lunch, they have the refills on basic drinks with a Starbucks rewards membership, and they have a drive through that is never not busy. This Starbucks also has a more dedicated display for it's Reserve coffee products. That's the super fancy coffee they offer from all around the world and is literally $4.00 for a small. I mean, I'm sure it's good. I'm just not a black coffee guy. But it's all kool, regardless. Sometimes, the staff might be a little too busy, though. Make sure that they ring everything up correctly. My girlfriend tried to use her free drink today, and they didn't ring it up as free, so we paid for an extravagant drink that should have been free. Overall, yes, come here. read more

This Starbucks is one of the few in Orlando to offer the clover (reserve coffee) option for coffee. It's the better version of your typical pour over. This is my FAVORITE Starbucks in the whole world! There are lots of locations and the coffee is consistently awesome... BUT what is best about this particular location is the service! The team here is FULL of rockstars who are friendly, efficient, hard workers who are full of awesome new drink suggestions. I'm ever so thankful for Julie, Hannah, Hugo, Leonel, and Cesar! They've always made it a joy to be there. I've spent SO many hours at this location - frequently until close! I was a teacher last year and would stay there for hours and hours prepping for classes, grading etc. Now I'm an preparing for a licensure exam and I'm back to spending my time there to study and prep.
