On Thursday morning October 17 2024, I received a hot coffee cafe mocha drive through service. Just minutes later to have the cup collapse and entire contents spill on my leg while driving. Luckily there wasn't a car next to me as this could have been a very serious issue. We went back to Starbucks to find that there was no manager on premise and provided our contact info to have management reach out and make it right to a customer. Sadly, no one has followed up being today Saturday 19 October. As a loyal customer, I'm pissed off and like to see the manager Krystia Weagly fired for her incompetence as leader while demonstrating poor judgment and accountability resulting to blemishing company reputation and superior customer service. There is no excuse, as I don't enjoy writing this review though I believe should be told. To add to insult, Starbucks never offered to replace the coffee or to come to the car to see what happened asking if everything is okay. I did get a mild burn on my leg having a picture but will not post due to respect to yelp followers. read more

Legitimately the best Starbucks in Orlando. Maybe anywhere. The food is always way better than at other locations and the drinks...i can actually taste the love and the craft with it. Seriously some of the nicest employees ever, that are always so kind!! My favorite is the blonde, Kaitlin, who is usually behind my amazing drinks. Not sure what happened to the store on Tuskawilla and Red Bug but once they remodeled the store went down. Other stores are great. It's only this one. I ordered my coffe online and went to the drive thru at the Starbucks located in Merritt Island Florida, location at Courtenay rd and Pioneer rd. When I got to the window, the ladies in the store just looked at me through the drive thru window but chose not to help me. I even honked my horn to let them know I was there, but they still ignored me because I did not stop at the drive thru speajer to ket them know I was there. I am not happy at all. On 12/9/24 I uber ordered a dragonfruit mango lemonade, my usual that isnt usually hard to make. I instead got cranberries instead of dragonfruit. Everytime I come here, everyone is quick, has a smile, and does everything right. Ive been to many locations and despite this one being 15 min from my house i will continually return for the service. Kaitlin, the blond girl, the last time i was there was so nice to me. I had been having a terrible day but her kindness truly made my day. Everyone there though takes care of you. This is probably my favorite Starbucks in my immediate area, which is why I want to give this place five stars. If you're in the UCF community, prioritize this Starbucks if you need a place to lounge. The seating is plentiful, including four plushy seats in the corner. There is even more outdoor seating than there is indoor seating at this location. It's all good stuff. We got a coffee and an iced green tea that we got refilled several times over the course of our study session, thanks to the being a Starbucks rewards member. We also got the $8 Power Lunch, which is a fantastic deal in terms of Starbucks consumables. We got a Ancho Chipotle Chicken Panini (We slow cook shredded chicken breast in warm spices, then add a thick ancho-chipotle sauce, fire-roasted poblano peppers, red onion and three-chili gouda cheese. Top this off with spicy cilantro pesto and serve it on an artisan-style ciabatta bread, and you're ready to savor a taste of the southwest), some sweet BBQ Starbucks kettle chips, a That's It bar where the only ingredients are blueberries and apples, and an Ethos water bottle, all for $8. First I would like to say that I don't normally go to Starbucks unless I have a gift card. Cheap I know! But lately I've been finding myself at this Starbucks even without a gift card. I LOVE this location! They have a drive thru and are always so fast with my order. The amount of times I've been to this location, they have never messed up my drink. They are always telling you what's new to the menu and if you have questions they answer without any problem. Compared to other locations I've been to where they are very snotty. There is plenty of seating inside and outside which is not the case at the Starbucks down the road (corner of Tuskawilla and Red Bug). The drive thru is efficient and doesn't seem to be quite as busy in the mornings as some others (I usually go around 7:45). Inside is clean and bright with lots of windows. As for the coffee, it's what you expect from Starbucks... great flavors and consistent. I don't like sweet drinks so my new go to is the Starbucks Double Shot on ice. It comes with two shots of espresso poured over ice with two pumps of simple syrup and a splash of milk. read more

What's not to love about this location?! It opened in April of 2015 and before that I had to drive out of my way to get to a Starbucks. I count us folks close to this one as lucky because this location has a drive through window! The only thing I wish they had thought about was maybe having a parking space for people who make mobile orders. The whole point of mobile ordering is to get your "joe and go". I ordered at around 8:27pm last night 30 minutes before closing. I use to live in that area but moved about an hour and 15 minutes away. I was on my way home but had a very long day and needed coffee to keep myself awake, mind you the area I live in BARELY has any Starbucks location (probably like 2 locations) so I was very excited in getting Starbucks! As I'm ordering the girl already seemed annoyed and agitated but proceeds to take my order, at this point I'm feeling a little anxious and felt bad for ordering because I know they are closing in 30 minutes but I really needed coffee for this long drive I have a head of me. I ordered a grande apple crisp and a warmed up pumpkin bread. When I received my order not only was my pumpkin bread cold, but the coffee was burnt as well. I use to never have that much problems with that specific Starbucks but I can say it's not the first. I use to work in the food industry for 4 years so I understand the feeling of someone coming in 30 minutes before closing but learned to never take anything too personal. The girl taking my order probably had a bad day/night and I feel for her but messing with peoples food is not right. Just do better next time that's all. read more

To start off, I know that this is more of an employee based problem, but nonetheless provided me with a less than pleasant coffee run. The person running the counter was also helping with orders, which can be a good trait when done correctly. The first error was after i ordered he did not give me the option to pay cash. I had every intention of slapping almost 6 bucks on his counter but instead he tells me to insert my card when I'm ready. I waited a minute or so to tell him I wanted to pay cash but he never returned to the counter while I was there, he just continued to make orders. I typically want a reciept but when I stood there waiting for it he just looked at me and said I was good. If I were less socially inept I realize I could have shaped the situation better by being patient, but typically businesses are supposed to make you feel welcome and not some burden on their day. EDIT: The coffee was also subpar to the standard I've come to expect from starbucks. read more

Located on Aloma ave, in between Tuskawilla and the 417, this Starbucks can crank people through the drive thu. Which, is located behind the plaza building, just aim for the self storage and you'll see the drive thru sign set up. Friendly staff manning the window is great with customized orders, they are super quick with scanning SBux app payments on your phone. Time intensive frapps and food items do not slow this team down. The order screen is huge (it works) and easy to double check for ordering accuracy. I'd also like to give a shout out to all of the rush hour AM commuters for knowing your orders, having your phones ready and cranking through the line. read more

I'm a Starbucks regular and by now know which stores to frequent and which to avoid. The new Oviedo store will definitely be added to the list of spots for a reliably awesome iced coffee. My wife and I stopped in on a busy Sunday afternoon and was immediately greeted by the store manager. She chatted with us at the register and offered some great suggestions for summer drink/snack combinations which we took her up on. We usually grab our drinks and run but we decided to stay and hang out in the comfy cafe area. As nice as the indoor cafe space is we will definitely be hanging out on the patio next time, it was spacious and best of all pup friendly! TLDR: This is a great new place to pick up a drink and a bite to eat. Bring the pups on the patio or your laptop for work/studying in the comfortable cafe area. read more

I was here today through the drive through and was placing an order when the girl that took my order said to put my cigarette out before I come to the window to pay,. This Starbucks is fast! There is usually a line wrapped around the building when I use the drive-thru in the mornings. They get me through the line and on my way in minutes. Nice, new Starbucks. Good internet, also a decent amount of places to study. They offer the new clover system which allows them to brew any of their reserve blends in a minute or two. The hours here are excellent for a late night study or coffee session. They are open til 11pm mon-sat and until 10pm on sunday. The staff is friendly and helpful. read more
