My friends and I went to Craft and common this morning to catch up over some coffee and I decided on a Matcha and the overnight oats. I ordered a large iced strawberry Matcha with almond milk and the overnight oats came with oats, coconut milk, fresh berries, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Both were very flavorful and I would 100% order again! The staff was very kind and the atmosphere was very vibey and welcoming. There were plants everywhere and the service was very quick. It was pretty poppin this morning! Almost every table was filled. I will for sure come back soon to try other menu items! read more

There has not been a single time over the last 5 years that I have come here and received good service. Sure, the people are nice enough, but I am quite literally ALWAYS waiting 15 minutes for a single coffee. Often times its more, like 20-25 minutes. Like literally every time I patiently wait and it hits me - "hey, I've been waiting a while, wheres my drink?" The food comes out quicker than the coffee usually! I ordered food from a place across the street, walked over to Craft, order a coffee, it took 18 minutes, and then by the time I picked up the food and got back - my food was cold. Crazy work. All the other shops do it fine; Deeply, Stemma, Lineage. Framework etc - their average wait time is like 5-8 minutes once you order. Craft has some serious issue with the efficiency of their barista line. And I am aware craft coffee isn't immediate unless you're getting drip - I'm only ordering an Americano, its one of the easiest beverages to make. I will sometimes even people who ordered after me get something fancy and then get their drink before mine! And to that note, its not the best coffee. Its surely good, its quality; but they're not making the best stuff in town. If there's some extra steps or something going on, its not worth making me wait at minimum 15 minutes for a drink when there's literally no line, 5 people sitting down in the shop and 6 employees. It makes me not want to go to this shop ever, its just so unfortunately convenient to where I work that its THE place to go. So thats why I'm writing this - were in the same space and I want to see them improve their wait times. They've been consistently bad for far too long! EDIT: I forgot I wrote a review in 2023 being more forgiving but still complaining about wait times. Well, clearly that has not been fixed! read more

Craft & Common is a nice little spot. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The building is narrow inside, but there's also plenty of seating outside I'm not a coffee drinker, so I decided to try one of their seasonal offerings, the Cookies & Cream Latte: espresso + milk of choice + house made cookies & cream syrup + hazelnut syrup + crumb garnish. It came iced, and I only learned recently that I could have ordered it hot (I told you I'm not a coffee drinker), but I think iced was the better way to go. It was really good. Not too sweet, with a nice bite to it. My date chose the Shaken White Pineapple: shaken espresso + milk of choice + fresh pineapple puree + white chocolate sauce + lavender bitters + dried pineapple garnish. She said it was good too. They've got a nice food menu that I'll likely try next time I come here. read more

This is my favorite local coffee shop! The aesthetic is super cute and all the staff is friendly welcoming. Everything on the menu is super tasty and fresh. Today I got the over night oats which were very yummy. Normally I'll do the turkey panini for something a little more savory. I always get the banana latte with an extra shot. So yummy. Craft & Common in Oviedo is a great little coffee spot with a really relaxed vibe. I stopped in mid-morning and it felt like the kind of place you could easily hang out for a while. A lot of people were working on laptops, so it definitely seems like a good spot if you're looking to get some work done or meet up with someone for coffee. I ordered the seasonal cookies and cream latte and it was really good. It had a great balance where it wasn't overly sweet, but still sweet enough to feel like a treat. Sometimes drinks like that can be too sugary, but this one was really well done. Overall it's a nice casual coffee shop with a good atmosphere, and somewhere I'd definitely stop by again. read more

Oviedo continues to grow and add retail. Coffee shops are few. The strategic Craft & Common location provides a welcome change to the currently available coffee choices. Carrying on the flagship's common coffee offerings and creative craft coffees, this location executes on both and also provides similar food options. I've enjoyed mochas and batch brews here while in the area. It's a fun respite to sit inside (seating fills up quickly) or outside in the space between the pizza shop next store. The baristas are good at explaining the coffee drink differences or ingredients and even how the batch brew process works. First time visiting this coffee shop today and I can already tell it might become one of my favorites. They have a ton of different flavor combinations and creative coffee options, which makes it hard to choose just one. I ended up getting the Cookies and Cream latte and it was smooth, flavorful, and just the right amount of sweetness. If that drink is any indication of the rest of their menu, I'm definitely excited to come back. I want to give this place another chance. One day I will because I LOVE what they have done with the space here. The plants and bright colors are so inviting. It was so pretty! However, I did not like either drink I purchased. Seating is available inside and out. The wait was pretty long for just two drinks ordered but I have my phone to play games on so I am pretty patient. But it was a long time. The employee at the register was so nice and I tried drinks from the seasonal menu as I know those are limited time options. I tried the cherry fizz cold brew which sounded unique and didn't have anything in it I didn't like. But it was awful. The flavors together just turned bland. I also tried the Matchango. Another unique drink that just did not work for me. I hate to say this because I really wanted to like these drinks. I gave them to my family when I got home and they didn't like them either. First visit to this business. . . after reading reviews and seeing a picture, I chose to order a Bacon, Egg & Cheese Croissant ($10.17 incl tax). Ordering online uses Door Dash which was fine. I arrived to pick it up and it was ready. Once I got to my office, I was hoping it would be as good as I had hoped. I opened it and it wasn't as large as I had expected (for some reason), but it was formidable size - just pushed into a container that fully contained it. Definitely sufficient in size. First bite was very good, but i didn't taste the Aioli that was mentioned in the description. Second bite I got a lot of Aioli which wasn't bad, just a bit pungent since it was not spread out evenly. Overall, it was very good, Croissant was very nice and fresh, hot, good bacon and cheese content. I would order this again and probably will. Only recommendation would be to ensure that the aioli is spread evenly next time, but definitely a decent breakfast sandwich. read more

Craft & Common recently opened up near the university. I finally got to stop by, hoping to get a little work in. Unfortunately there was not enough seating inside, and the outdoor seating was simply too hot to do work. The interior is stylish and contemporary. The service was awesome. The salmon lox's was delicious, The coffee was wonderful. However, I didn't get to stay due to the lack of inside seating which was a turn off. I didn't even know where it was convenient to stand to wait for my order. Now I know to just stop in to pick up a coffee to go in the future! There is a small parking lot. I'm am ALWAYS up for trying a new coffee location! This one is in Oviedo which I LOVE! I was not disappointed here. We stopped here after dinner and I ordered a Latte - it was tasty & clearly brewed well. The staff was friendly and the environment is clean and bright. Was looking up coffee shops near my doctor's office to visit after my appointment, and was so excited to see that Craft and Common's new location was only 5 mins away! When I got there, I was immediately greeted by the cashier although she was helping another customer, which was super nice. I ordered the vegan breakfast sandwich and an iced banana bread matcha (tip for the lactose intolerant people like me: swap the white chocolate for vanilla!), and both were delicious. The vegan breakfast sandwich tastes just like the real thing, and the matcha surprisingly was good - I was unsure of that combo, but it works beautifully! Very banana forward. The drinks need to be picked up inside, but food will be brought to your table. The ambiance was that of a local coffee shop - plenty of people, indoor/outdoor seating, and some plant decor. Love love love! This location just opened maybe 7 months ago in my neighborhood. I already trusted the Craft & Common brand, as I have visited their downtown location a few times and enjoyed the coffee and atmosphere. The Oviedo location is a quieter spot, but every bit as charming. There's a beautiful little courtyard area as well as plentiful seating inside. They have a good variety of snacks and drinks, I highly recommend the melon prosciutto toast! What stands out the most for me about this location are the baristas. They're engaging, warm, and kind. There's a positive and relaxed energy in the shop that is so welcoming. This is a business I feel good supporting, for so many reasons. I hope they stick around! read more

I was excited to see a Craft & Common open nearby and decided to swing by. The interior is super cute and welcoming--lots of light, some plants, and a fun, modern vibe. There's even a cool mural and neon sign perfect for IG pics. Everything I've gotten so far from craft and common has been AMAZING!! The first time I went I got the vanilla iced chai and the taste reminded me a lot like rice pudding with cinnamon! I also got the Italian sandwich which was super good and filling. The second time I went my friend got the cheesecake iced coffee (the ice coffee of the month of February) which was super sweet & more of a dessert coffee! I got the strawberry matcha which was more strawberry milk tasting with a dash a matcha, so if you want more of the matcha taste, I would get the regular matcha. Overall the atmosphere is super great for studying but make sure you go a little earlier to get a spot. It gets packed FAST! read more

I was so excited when I found out they were opening a location near me as I used to go to the one downtown all the time. They have the same great seasonal drinks and original. The new location is clean and beautiful. I got the Coquito latte and it tastes just like coquito. The coffee always has the some strong flavors and never disappoints. i LOVE craft and common. it has been a go to for a while now. the staff is amazing and 95% the drinks have been awesome. THE ONLY ISSUE!! recently they have started charging $1.25 to fill the nitro cold brew to the top if you ask for no ice. the drink is already around $5-$6, so you can pay $6 for a SMALL just to get it filled to the top. it is absolutely absurd. on the menu it says it is served chilled, not iced, which SHOULD mean YOU choose whether or not you want ice. starbucks' nitro cold brew does not come with ice unless you choose to add it. it is ridiculous to charge $1.25 for something someone literally already is paying $5+ for. super unfortunate. i really do love the place but this has affected the frequency of my visits because i do not feel as though the value is there. it just seems egregious and greedy. maybe a .25 cent up charge at the most but $1.25 is just crazy read more

Delicious food with patient, friendly, and informative staff. The coffee is made with heart and is served in a proper aesthetic cup when you order for "here." There are lots of plants and some lowkey music plays so the vibes are correct for chilling. It gets pretty busy, so I have had to sit with kind strangers on the long tall barstool table. I am obsessed with craft and common and I am so happy they opened a location in Oviedo. I crave that brie panini, to a ridiculous degree that is so not healthy. They used to have a turkey brie panini with raspberry preserves and apple slices, and it was so delicious that I actually had to recreate it at home. I love going there on an early morning to get ahead on school work before the breakfast rush. They have a cute outside seating area as well, so definitely be sure to come early if you are thinking of dropping in on a Sunday. I actually had the opportunity to be the first to try the current Brie panini. I ordered it, sad the old one was out of season, and one of the workers told me that it was the first time someone ordered the new one. They actually came back around once I tried it to ask how I liked it, and ofc I gave it a 10/10 (but the turkey was still my favorite lol bring it back please lol and the cinnamon roll latte, I miss it ).
