I ordered a large iced strawberry Matcha with almond milk and the overnight oats came with oats, coconut milk, fresh berries, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Both were very flavorful and I would 100% order again! The staff was very kind and the atmosphere was very vibey and welcoming. There were plants everywhere and the service was very quick. It was pretty poppin this morning! Almost every table was filled. I will for sure come back soon to try other menu items!

Sure, the people are nice enough, but I am quite literally ALWAYS waiting 15 minutes for a single coffee. Often times its more, like 20-25 minutes. Like literally every time I patiently wait and it hits me - "hey, I've been waiting a while, wheres my drink?" The food comes out quicker than the coffee usually! I ordered food from a place across the street, walked over to Craft, order a coffee, it took 18 minutes, and then by the time I picked up the food and got back - my food was cold. Crazy work. All the other shops do it fine; Deeply, Stemma, Lineage. Framework etc - their average wait time is like 5-8 minutes once you order. Craft has some serious issue with the efficiency of their barista line. And I am aware craft coffee isn't immediate unless you're getting drip - I'm only ordering an Americano, its one of the easiest beverages to make. I will sometimes even people who ordered after me get something fancy and then get their drink before mine! And to that note, its not the best coffee. Its surely good, its quality; but they're not making the best stuff in town. If there's some extra steps or something going on, its not worth making me wait at minimum 15 minutes for a drink when there's literally no line, 5 people sitting down in the shop and 6 employees. It makes me not want to go to this shop ever, its just so unfortunately convenient to where I work that its THE place to go. So thats why I'm writing this - were in the same space and I want to see them improve their wait times. They've been consistently bad for far too long! EDIT: I forgot I wrote a review in 2023 being more forgiving but still complaining about wait times. Well, clearly that has not been fixed!

Everything we ordered tasted fresh, well-balanced, and thoughtfully made. The drinks were just as impressive. Smooth, flavorful, and clearly made with good ingredients. It's one of those places where even something simple like coffee feels elevated. The atmosphere made it even better. It's a really nice spot to sit, relax, and actually enjoy your time instead of feeling rushed. The whole experience felt easy and enjoyable from start to finish. Definitely a place I'd come back to and recommend if you're looking for consistently good food and drinks.

The view is beautiful and they appear to have some good looking food items but I don't think I would stop here again. The bottom line Would I return? Absolutely. Three reasons (1) the food, although not outstanding, was fresh and good (2) the ambience was super. If you're looking for a place to come down from the stress of the day this is a great place to choose. (3) the cost of my breakfast is outstanding ($16 for my entire breakfast). The baristas were excellent in explaining some of the drinks we had questions on since we had never been there before. We went with one hot espresso and one cold watermelon refresher. Absolutely loved both. The coffee is a smooth delightful blend and the refresher was like an Italian soda with watermelon added. Just what we needed! I enjoy visiting coffee shops and even more if the space creates a cozy and inviting atmosphere for reading a book or catching up on work. That is the vibe San Julian's gave me when I walked in. I ordered an iced lavender latte and ended up staying for nearly 45 minutes. I made myself comfortable in one of the couches with a book and my coffee. I didn't try any of the pastries but they certainly looked good. The place serves Colombian coffee and you can also find pan de bono and empanadas. It was a great find. Definitely coming back.

They have so many goodies to try- cookies and croissants and quesitos and other sweet treats. They have a menu of regular food as well. I stopped in before work one morning and got a breakfast sandwich that was fresh and whole and was a great start to the day. The coffee is strong and smooth, as would be expected from Colombian-made beans. The parking is around back but I'm sure gets a little tough because it's shared with other businesses in the strip, but this quaint shop is a great option in the area!

I was really excited for the guava matcha. While I love their matcha, I was a little underwhelmed by how little guava flavor came through. You can see the tiny layer of guava in the picture, and I would have loved a bit more of it in the drink. I am willing to give it another shot with extra guava! The carrot cake croissant was incredible! I also tried the jalapeño goat cheese scone and was pleasantly surprised by the level of spice. I could eat that every day! And of course, service is always great. The space itself is one of my favorite parts of Lineage. It is bright, airy from all the natural light making it such a great place to hang out!
