That was a great decision, on my part. The staff was pleasant, the ambiance was charming, the Eggy Bagel I had was great, but the star of the show was the caramel latte they created for me. I believe the phrase my youngest daughter would use, is "Amazeballs". I'm not exactly sure what metrics are involved in reaching amazeballs status, but I do know it is several rungs above amazing. He looked around and then shrugged and said "Yes, I guess so." He took our order (we asked for 1 entree, a coffee flight, and waters). We waited for another 20 minutes while watching tables that came in way after us receive coffee flights and multiple entrees-- meanwhile we hadn't even gotten our waters. We finally went up to the counter to ask for water and our flight-- they had given it to another table. 15 minutes longer and we finally got our flight, another 10 min and my entree finally arrived. I ordered eggs Benedict and though it was warm (unlike last time), the English muffin was smashed flat. I thought it was on pita bread. It made cutting into everything a real struggle, but it did taste good. All told, we didn't get out of there until a little after 1pm. Perhaps 30 min of that was spent actively consuming what we'd ordered and the rest was just waiting and trying to get a waiter's attention. This place is in desperate need of good management. They were not overly busy, especially for a Saturday, but you could just see that nothing was organized and there was no understood approach. The staff was dressed in regular clothes without name tags or anything discernible to identify them as staff. It made finding help confusing and awkward. For the prices they charge, your customers should never be left waiting for an hour and a half or fending for themselves to get something as simple as water.

My go-to drink is usually the FL Boi (candied orange latte), but I decided to try their seasonal Lemon Cloud latte this last time (brown butter latte with honey lemon cold foam) which was like sunshine in a cup. I'm a sucker for anything lemon flavored and it was just as delicious as I'd hoped. My husband also got the Bear Hug which is a cozy chocolate cinnamon latte. All the other shops do it fine; Deeply, Stemma, Lineage. Framework etc - their average wait time is like 5-8 minutes once you order. Craft has some serious issue with the efficiency of their barista line. And I am aware craft coffee isn't immediate unless you're getting drip - I'm only ordering an Americano, its one of the easiest beverages to make. I will sometimes even people who ordered after me get something fancy and then get their drink before mine! And to that note, its not the best coffee. Its surely good, its quality; but they're not making the best stuff in town. If there's some extra steps or something going on, its not worth making me wait at minimum 15 minutes for a drink when there's literally no line, 5 people sitting down in the shop and 6 employees. It makes me not want to go to this shop ever, its just so unfortunately convenient to where I work that its THE place to go. So thats why I'm writing this - were in the same space and I want to see them improve their wait times. They've been consistently bad for far too long!
