We attended a dinner seminar tonight and we were very underwhelmed by the service. We arrived about five minutes late and asked for menus. Several employees were there but we felt they were very disengaged and uninterested. I asked for dessert to go and was stared at with no response. Light were flashed I guess to indicate we should leave. Seminar was great and my wrap sandwich was tasty but small. I doubt we will return to this Boston Coffeehouse. read more

This coffee shop was great! The staff was so friendly and helpful going over the menu and customization options. They have a lot of tables to sit down and enjoy your coffee or breakfast/lunch options. They sell their own coffee if you prefer to brew at home. I shouldn't ding them for a one-off experience with a lazy waiter because we've otherwise been happy but we were put off enough to rethink whether or not we want to come back as often as we have. I've been coming here for a while now. The ham and apple sandwich is always my go to! Super yummy! Every time I get any of their lattes I'm always a happy camper. I ordered a simple drip coffee and the coffee here is decent. A touch weaker than what I prefer, but I like a robust dark roast. The menu has myriad sandwich options. Most look quite good. I did I not order food, merely salivated as o reviewed the menu. I was on my way to lunch elsewhere otherwise I would have ordered a sandwich. Will do so when I return which I most certainly will do. Right after Hurricane Ian hit, and still no power after 3days, we came outside and found Boston Coffeehouse open! We sat to eat breakfast and get mom her mandatory coffee. Unfortunately, their drip machine broke during the storm so she had to settle for a Vanilla Latte. She said it was " Delicious," so all is still right with the world. She also ordered an everything bagel, with egg, bacon. I ordered the "Chipotle breakfast ciabatta" with bacon. I added an O.J. that tasted Fresh squeezed and not from concentrate..my fav! Review Today (Thursday) a snobby female ordered a coffee and eventually became enraged because she got her coffee in a to go cup instead of a mug. The snobby female took a few sips before releasing her anger on a very respectful waitress/employee named Nor. Nor continued to address the snobby female's complaints with nothing but respect and a smile on her face apologizing for not having any mugs left in the business. The snobby female then got up from her seat and threw her coffee out, stormed back to her seat to angrily collect her belongings before attempting to leave the business. While at the front door, Nor was met with the snobby female once more to receive a few more disrespectful words. Nor handled this difficult and disrespectful situation with patience, care, sorrow, and respect. Another employee gave me Nor's name and I can't express enough how much calm composure and professionalism Nor was able to display in this situation. Hats off to Nor! I applaud her! P3 Power Protein Plus: I can only think of 1 thing - Based on the way the wrap is stuffed, if you want a bite of EACH of things that it's stuffed with, you have to bite across it. Other than that, it sure was DELICIOUS! Having it with ketchup, even ketchup AND mustard, is also a suggestion of mine. Coco Mocha Joy: It's prepared in a very nice way, comes with a whipped topping & a chocolate drizzle. Prepared very nice, tastes VEEEEEEERY nice. The place is a small, quaint coffee shop. It's a neat coffee shop with various coffee flavors, fancy tea and an assortment of appetizers, soups, salads and sandwiches. One of us had a coffee that smelled fragrantly sweet. The Summer Salad is huge in size, generous with greens, nuts and fruit. The Tuna Melt has a crunch to the bread and clean, fresh flavor to the tuna. I had a bite of the turkey sandwich and thought it was rather good. The desserts are on display and each one looks better and better with the descriptions. I am a chocolate lover, and so I ended up with the Jack Daniel's: a full flavored dark chocolate cake that melts in my mouth. What a charming and cozy coffee shop. This place is perfect for relaxing or just mingling with coworkers or friends. The ambience is laid-back, and staff is extremely polite. We were greeted as soon as we walk through those doors. I ordered a warm cup of orange pineapple tea and a breakfast chiabata. I must admit that the chiabata did not look appetizing at first, but once I took that first bite it was wonderful. They have a case filled with tasty treats. Not sure why staff is still wearing masks, as the science is clear these days. Also, the service was great one day and not so much the next. I feel I have to change my previous rating b/c of the horrific experience I had today with Destiny- the "manager" of this Deltona location. I ordered through Uber, which I have done in the past and was surprised when the driver arrived without my coffee. Even though it was on the receipt she told me she wasn't given one for me. I immediately called and was told destiny and was told the drivers drink the coffees- huh??
