This was my first time coming here. I didn't realize it was a New Orleans themed spot or I would hav ebeen coming for years! It was our first time, so they brought us out some beignets on the house. They were warm and came with orange marmalade but you don't need the sauce. Our waiter actually said he likes to dip them in his coffee= WINNER! I need to ask for a shot of coffee on the side next time! The decor is super chill and cool. The menu items do a good service to NOLA. And the seasonal steak hash I got was phenominally spicy and delicious. If you like spicy, this place got something good for you! read more

I have tried again to love this place. It just falls always falls short of my expectations (not to mention the price point!) Our sever was Kim (don't call her Kimberly which we were adamantly warned about). The menu had changed quite a bit but not for the better I'd have to say. For our appetizer we chose a 1/2 order of the biscuit beignets. It wasn't until I bit inside that I realized they were raw inside. I didn't point it out specifically but I left them wide open on the plate to show. Yet, our server didn't say anything. It wasn't offered to be replaced. For mains we order the new lobster omelette. To my dismay, there was exactly 4 tiny cheese dollops inside the omelets. See the pics. The Lobster comes on top. We weren't checked on at all following our order to see how everything was. Quite some time passed before we saw any employees tbh. I'm not sure where everyone was bc the Restaurant wasn't busy at all. Also, our Drinks & coffees were never refilled. When we were ready to go we just asked for our refill to be in a take home cup. I was finally able to show the inside of omelette to our server & she brought out two plastic cups of cheese. So, my original thought of them being low on supply wasn't a thing. No manager stopped by to check on us either. We paid in full and per usual tipped as if Kim was the best server ever. This place is cute and has a pretty extensive menu. Since it was my first time there, they gave me a half order of biscuit beignets and they were very tasty! For my breakfast I got the southwest scrambler, which was very flavorful and cooked well. The service was very quick and they accommodated substitutions well. The prices are decent for the portion sizes they give. read more

I have wanted to come to this restaurant for a very long time. The hostess was very nice and she placed us in a booth with a ball jar with a flower arrangement to let the server know that it was my first time here. Our server was Kim. She placed the order for the free beignets because I had never eaten at this restaurant before. We both ordered the Colombian coffee, and one Coke. The coffee was very good. However, Kim our server never refilled our cup or topped it off. The beignets came with powdered sugar and some orange marmalade. They looked tasty. However, having bit into them we discovered that they were raw dough inside. As they were free, we did not mention it. One of the male servers brought out our omelettes. They looked gorgeous. They came with grits and an English muffin. Our server Kim was not checking on us. We bit into the omelette and it contained zero cheese. We waited for our server to come back we asked for a to go Coke, and to go coffee and boxes for our uneaten breakfast. I lifted my egg omelette to show her it contained zero cheese and she did not say anything but she just left the table. Kim, our server came back with two small containers with cheese and our boxes. She gave me the bill the first one was 80.00 dollars and was someone else's bill. I gave her my card she gave me the correct bill and I did tip her over 20 percent. I really don't think I will return. I know an off day does happen, but the cook should pay closer attention to the food being sent out to customers. read more

You can join the waitlist online to avoid a longer wait. No tea drinks besides tea bags. We got 2 seasonal items and 3 other entrees to share between 6 people and that was perfect portions. Harvest Hash: worked well together and the over easy eggs were good. Bacon and Butternut Frittata: the Butternut squash flavor comes out well Cinnamon Roll French Toast: we ate this as dessert, in hindsight, should have asked for this last in order to have it warm Lobster brie omelette: perhaps the best dish - decadent and softly cooked. I wonder if the cream cheese filling would have been too much if I only had this Cajun shrimp omelette: the shrimp and crayfish gave it a lot of flavor but the omelette was overcooked. The biscuits (sub for muffin) were really good - crispy exterior and soft interior - while being buttery. The potatoes were okay and the grits were flavorless although I had declined the cheese, I shouldn't have perhaps. read more

This was my first time at this location. Staff was friendly throughout our visit. Staff even accommodated us moving tables to get out of the sun. I absolutely enjoyed my breakfast. I ordered off the fall menu. I had the Apple Pie Pancakes with eggs and fruits. I also ordered the Maker's Mark Pumpkin Pie Cold Brew. We were told that someone said if they closed their eyes and ate the Apple Pie Pancakes they wouldn't be able to tell it wasn't an actual slice of apple pie. That is the best way to describe those pancakes. Yummy! The cold brew was delicious. It had a perfect blend of flavors. I definitely tasted the bourbon. The service here was top notch! Jordan was very patient while my friends were late. When it turns out one got pulled over on the way there, she did what she could to brighten their day. The grits breakfast bowl was delicious and a huge portion. The coffee was fresh and the lemon blueberry pancakes are my favorite item. In search of a good eggs Benedict and this one was really good. Instead of a biscuit they serve it on a hashbrown patty and of course some fresh fruit. Still in search of that one and only one though. But this one was good Sat at the bar and the service was not all that great. She did not seem to want to be there and talked very softly that it was hard to hear her and when I asked for something specific on my Bloody Mary she had turned her back and stopped listening. The inside and outside patio had lots of tables available but was told it would be almost 30 min for a table. So bar it was. Inside was clean and gave a brunch spot vibe. Now on to the Bloody Mary. The customer service here was outstanding. They had plenty of seating both inside and out. We went on a Saturday morning, so it was pretty busy but staff kept up with us. The food was phenomenal. It's a from scratch kitchen and you can actually tell I would definitely come here and get food again or even Uber eats food from here. Everything was delicious filling and my whole group was satisfied. They had some tight parking but if you're willing to walk a little bit, you're good. It's right next to a Starbucks so that kept the car steadily going through the drive-through, but don't let that deter you when you pull in. Definitely find a spot in coming in to enjoy. read more

I used to enjoy lunches here. Today, my family was there. Long wait. 1:25 minutes till food arrived. Took 8 minutes to find silverware for them. Food was cold and very poor. No one tried to fix anything. They paid cash and left. Sucks. Must have changed owners or managers. They ate about 4 bites and quit. $75 worthless. We had a great experience with the family for a birthday brunch We ordered the Country Power Bowl, Apple Fritter French Toast, Strawberry Pound Cake French Toast, Cinnamon Roll French toast & Beignets The strawberry pound cake was sweet as expected but great to share. We also had the savory from the power bowl with the sausage , biscuit and grits. The grits were not salty which is preferred because we had the bacon and sausage to go with it. Also the pepper sauce paired perfectly with the bowl !! It was kind of sweet but had a good tang to it. It was a great blend of flavors. I used to love this place. Now it's awful and super expensive. $4 for a cup of coffee and was never offered a refill. Any change in side is an up charge of $4. Got a bacon blt and the bread was way over toasted. Lettuce was wilted. The quality has certainly gone down and they nickel and dime you for everything. I met a friend here for breakfast this morning. This location is sorta tucked back and a good little drive from I-4. It sits in a newer looking plaza on the end. It has indoor and outdoor seating with a bar that opens up to the outside. We arrived at 9am on Saturday, and were able to get seated right away in a booth. The interior of the restaurant was very cute and clean. There was a main menu, drink menu, and a seasonal "fall" menu. I ordered the pumpkin waffle from the seasonal menu. The waffle is also served with 2 eggs and either bacon or sausage. I opted for the sausage. Everything was very good. I liked that the waffle was pumpkin flavored but also came with pumpkin butter on top and chopped pecans. The eggs were scrambled nicely, and the sausage seemed homemade and very tasty. read more

Our last trip to Another Broken Egg is yet "another" instance where we come out full, satisfied, and delighted with our brunching decisions! First off: location, location, location! This restaurant is next to a beautiful park that always has me considering whether to dine on their outside patio or not. One day, actually, we didn't want to leave our little shih tzu dog home alone and were trying to decide if we should order take out somewhere despite the weather being gorgeous that day...but then we remembered that Another Broken Egg had outdoor dining that was pet friendly! We were beyond ecstatic that we could go grab some delicious food on a beautiful day with our furry family member! During this last visit, we decided to dine inside with a bunch of friends and it was a great time! Service was great, the people were friendly, and the food was absolutely amazing (as it usually is)! I ordered their Southern Chicken sandwich and every bite was so flavorful; the chicken was juicy, the bacon was crispy, and the pickled onions paired with the fresh slices of avocado were exactly what this sandwich needed to elevate the dish and bring everything together! The only "negative" thing I have to say about this last visit was that our entrees came out so fast that we actually never got the beignet appetizer we ordered. Not sure if it was just bad timing by the kitchen staff or if our server forgot to put it in, but we had to begrudgingly cancel the order altogether since we already had our main course there. I will say I was a bit disappointed that I couldn't have the beignets as an appetizer this go-around, because they really are that good and I highly recommend them! I didn't wear a coat since I got in my car and was going to walk a few steps to your place....but sat there genuinely uncomfortable. Chilly I get, cold is nuts. Not your fault but: The line for S'bux being right in front of your place is DANGEROUS. I was almost hit by someone in line, using their phone and not paying attention. Service sucks on the waitlist for a quote of an hour and a half. We wait that long arrive at the restaurant get told 30 minutes left and then 3 hours later with about an hour wait for food we finally got out. If it's the host fault he sucks so bad. It's cute and the food isn't bad but not worth the wait AT ALL. It's a beautiful breakfast restaurant with a great service and interesting dishes. I forgot to mention I don't eat cilantro, so the kindler offered to redo my dish I've ordered -- Lobster Benedict. I was really excited about the dish, but sauce appeared to be with too much salt, so I couldn't really finish it. Breakfast potatoes were overcooked. Service is always wonderful at this location. I decided to have brunch in between a work meeting and my co worker is now hooked . First time trying a cold brew and I was very impressed. May have to try a few more flavors next time as the salted caramel was so good! I had the cinnamon roll French toast and my co worker ordered my fall favorite , the apple fritter French toast. Just, wow! My kids invited me to an early Father's Day breakfast, and we picked Another Broken Egg Cafe, because I've never been there. The service was excellent, despite the staff having to deal with a fairly large party, and the food was even better! Not only did I love my breakfast, I was left drooling over all the various foods my kids ordered. I asked for a To-Go meal, for my wife, and she absolutely loved it! I ordered 1/2 chicken salad sandwich and a salad for lunch, when the food was brought out I had a 1/2 sandwich of tomato and celery in a pool of mess when I opened the sandwich not one piece of chicken could I find,I told the server (Jennifer) this was unacceptable. My grandson had the chicken and waffles plate and was informed upon delivery of the meal there was no spicy honey syrup for the chicken which was chewy and tough. As a server myself, I would have never taken the plates off the window. Terrible food, don't waste your money. read more

Coming here midweek at a little after 8:00 AM it was easy to get a table. I saw they have outdoor seating as well, which is great. Service was quick and efficient. The menu has a wide variety of selections to keep you happy. The SMOKED SALMON BENEDICT - Toasted bagel, cream cheese, smoked salmon and poached eggs, topped with red onions, capers and green onions was pretty awesome though the whites of the eggs were a little runny in some places. They seem to have an interesting selection of cocktails themed for breakfast / brunch, but I passed on giving anything a go that early! The place itself is super nice and inviting, however, with the sun coming in the way it does in the morning shows every smudge mark on the front window panes.
