We had to look them up on Facebook to even find that information out! I was looking forward to a new place for treats and am sad this place won't be the one to find them!

I really love the decor and space, it's definitely a spot I could see myself eating and working from. The service was also great, though there was a bit of a confusion with my Strawberry Matcha drink. Instead of getting Strawberry Matcha, I ended up with Lavender Matcha. I had thought they were saying it was a Lavender foam that goes on top (I've never had the drinks here before, so I thought this was part of the drink as I had said I wanted the drink as is). I'm also soft spoken, so they might have not heard that part. After I noticed the drink was just green I asked about it, and while they wanted to correct it to Strawberry Matcha, the drink was already made and I really felt bad having them make another drink (plus I love matcha, I'll have it any way!). I did get a strawberry syrup, so I ended up with a Lavender and Strawberry Matcha, which I now call the Hanny Special. :D I will go back again to just try the Strawberry Matcha drink though! Anyways, I did end up getting the egg avocado toast. Looking at the menu, I thought the sandwiches and toast were a bit pricey. I don't think I've ever had avocado toast that was about $11, but after it came out I understood the pricing...the egg avocado toast was big with generous toppings! And it was sooooo good!

We stopped by to see a large red sign on the door that said they were unsafe and to stop operation immediately. I peeked in the window and everything is just as it was left for a short break ... it was eerily like COVID when we all thought it would be over in two weeks and it was NOT. It's wild. Hopefully this place makes a comeback because the Mac and cheese was SO GOOD. And it was a fun place to eat with a lot to look at. I'm crossing my fingers for you Maya!

There is a few sparking spots in the front but plenty of parking in the large lot in the back. There are several patio tables out front and a few inside. The drinks came in cute pink glass where WITH HEART SHAPED STRAWS. What a cute touch. There was lots of options on the menu and I went with the fried chicken burger with all the toppings and a caesar salad. I was WOWED. They food was incredible. My salad was plentiful for a side salad with delicious croutons. The chicken burger was fresh and juicy. The presentation is fantastic. Everyone's food was served on heart wooden trays and the sandwich had a cute heart pick in the top. Service was great and we loved the feel of the place. Good food. Good service. Cutesy vibes. We had a fantastic meal.

The bagels were soft and chewy and the spreads were flavorful and balanced - not too sweet or salty. I also, ordered the Lavender Sweet tea. That is definitely worth a try - so good. I look forward to trying the cold brew with Lavender! Now, personally I'm not a huge fan of the location due to the traffic and overall congestion due to the mall and many other business near. They do have a parking area and there is plenty of parking near. There are other locations around Central Fl so that's great. Customer service was great and the store was clean and tidy. The staff was friendly and attentive. Unfortunately the quality and the way the staff treats customers has slowly gone downhill with every visit. Today my garlic bagel looked like plain that accidentally fell in the garlic bin. The staff said hi when I came in but very blah, Less friendly, very much feels like order your bagel and get out. They kept calling for Nadia (not my name) I was the only person in there and she must have misheard my name. I asked if that was the garlic bagel and he screamed NADIAAAAAA at me lol wow. Probably won't be back personally, but 3 stars because the bagels are good, just overpriced for the service and product I've been receiving lately.

Bright, clean, and dialed in with pastries that actually look as good as they photograph. You walk in thinking you'll make a quick, responsible choice. Two minutes later you're staring at the case like you're drafting a fantasy team. We went with the cream puff and that was the right move. Light, airy, not overly sweet, and gone in about three bites flat. No notes. Tried the crème brûlée pastry too. Points for creativity all day. It's a cool concept and well executed, just didn't hit the same level as the cream puff. Still good, just not the headliner. And the iced tea deserves a mention. Strong. Like, actually strong. Not the watered-down afterthought you get at most spots. This one shows up with purpose. Overall, easy four stars. Fun stop, great vibe, and a menu that keeps things interesting without trying too hard. Just don't kid yourself into thinking you're only ordering one thing. That plan falls apart immediately.
