He looked around and then shrugged and said "Yes, I guess so." He took our order (we asked for 1 entree, a coffee flight, and waters). We waited for another 20 minutes while watching tables that came in way after us receive coffee flights and multiple entrees-- meanwhile we hadn't even gotten our waters. We finally went up to the counter to ask for water and our flight-- they had given it to another table. 15 minutes longer and we finally got our flight, another 10 min and my entree finally arrived. I ordered eggs Benedict and though it was warm (unlike last time), the English muffin was smashed flat. I thought it was on pita bread. It made cutting into everything a real struggle, but it did taste good. All told, we didn't get out of there until a little after 1pm. Perhaps 30 min of that was spent actively consuming what we'd ordered and the rest was just waiting and trying to get a waiter's attention. This place is in desperate need of good management. They were not overly busy, especially for a Saturday, but you could just see that nothing was organized and there was no understood approach. The staff was dressed in regular clothes without name tags or anything discernible to identify them as staff. It made finding help confusing and awkward. For the prices they charge, your customers should never be left waiting for an hour and a half or fending for themselves to get something as simple as water.
