The carrot cake croissant was incredible! I also tried the jalapeño goat cheese scone and was pleasantly surprised by the level of spice. I could eat that every day! I'm not someone who typically asks for a drink to be remade or changed, and I really tried to drink it, but it was so bitter that it was making me nauseous. I politely asked if there was anything they could do, and I was simply told that there was nothing they could do and that I could just add more sugar. I understand that everyone has different preferences, but I do think there's an opportunity here to provide better customer service. Sometimes something as simple as offering to remake the drink or offering a replacement can make a huge difference in a customer's experience and whether they want to come back. If I return, it would probably be for one of their pastries and maybe a coffee rather than the matcha.
