One of my coworkers recommended this bakery to me, saying they had the best dulce de leche pastries. There is a bit of a language barrier but the owner was very sweet and helpful when describing her baked goods; they also have dine in options, as well a sandwiches! The empanada dough was perfectly crisp and light, with a slight saltiness to it, which helped to enhance the fillings flavor; my favorite was the beef empanada (i forgot to take a picture ). The flavor wasnt heavy tasting which I loved alot. I wanted to like the spinach one as much as the beef one, but it did lack the savory punch I was looking for. The guava pastry kind of reminded me of the chinese sugar donuts just with lotss of guava filling in it; super delicious and not too sweet! The dulce de leche was the yummiest pastry I had; its not like other dulce de leches where it just tastes heavily of condensed milk. This was so light and fluffy. read more

Holy cow...stopped here on a whim and I ordered half a dozen assorted pastries. Some had guava and cream cheese and the remaining were dulce de leche. I cannot get over how delicious they were -- I will be thinking about them all week lol. Most importantly, the staff could not have been kinder. This little hidden gem is busy! The cashier/server was great at juggling multiple orders and checking in with us. We came for breakfast/brunch and had media lunas, empanadas (one of each), alfajores, and migas all which were delicious! We were in the area needed breakfast on a Sunday morning and stumbled on this place. You could smell the fresh baked goodness from 100 ft away. We asked for empanadas, cream filled croissants and another pastry (don't remember the name) and cafe con leche. Everything was fresh made, delicious and authentic. Tried this place at Sanford's PD back to school community event last week. The empanada were very fresh as we had to wait 10-15 minutes to fry up ours - and you can see the son in the back folding the pockets. I got the beef and cheese empanada. The filling inside was super generous. I wish they had a garlic-mayo sauce to dip it in. What they had was chimichurri which wasn't so bad either. read more

Their sweets - custard and dulce de leche croissants and some of their chocolate and caramel desserts are delicious as well! Finally made it! So glad I made the time to stop by and an hour after they opened. The bakery is at the corner of the plaza, which has been remodeled and the bakery space extended. I was told that they are going to have a seating area and extend their hours soon! I was greeted by a really nice lady (I did not get her name but I think she runs the place). She was nice, friendly, welcoming, attentive and more than happy to answer any questions and make suggestions. She made the experience a better one! I got an assortment of sweet bread (did you know Argentina calls them facturas?) and a baked chicken empanada. The bread was delicious, tasty, fresh, fluffy and not overly sweet. I got some one stuffed with dulce de leche, one custard and peach, one custard and guava, one chocolate dusted and a regular media luna. The chicken empanada was still warm but if you like it hotter, they are happy to warm it up for you. They have an assortment and mine was filled with pulled chicken with a tomato sauce. I'm so, so glad this bakery exists! I come here for the empanadas, which are amazing and each one is a meal in itself. My only complaint is that they often seem to be out of the corn ones. The desserts are also good! The place is clean and set up very well to pick your treats. The staff is helpful and friendly. Service is very good. Definitely stop by if you are in the area! I discovered this bakery on Yelp and after reading some of the excellent reviews we decided to give it a try. Well, it was worth the 30 minutes drive from Orlando. They have the best empanadas I have eaten in my life. All home made, fresh and very flavorful. We had the chicken, spinach with cheese and onion with cheese. We also ordered a chicken Milanese topped with two fried eggs to share. It was served with fries and a small salad. The chicken was seasoned perfectly and not greasy at all. It was so much that we ended up bringing some home. The assortment of pastries is so big that you feel like asking for one of each. We bought an assortment of them to bring home. The service was excellent and the inside is decorated with memorabilia from Argentina. They even have a beautiful mural of Messi. I have already shared my experience with family and friends. There were several people waiting. Everyone was friendly. A baker restocking displays with fresh warm pastries just made it more pleasant. And then he brought out a tray and instead of restocking the shelves, handed them out to waiting customers. Didn't make a big deal, just handed out warm deliciousness for free. This place is in a very empty shopping center, and it has weird hours, Th-Sun 8a-2p. We purchased 4 beef empanadas and some assorted pastries for $21. Everything was very good! The empanadas were filled with a flavorful beef Piccadillo mix, and of course the pastries were wonderful. They also offer croissants, some sandwiches and other items, all available in their large display cases. The sign says Bakery and Cafe, but I did not see any evidence of a seating area. The empanadas are not served hot, although maybe you could ask them to heat it for you if you want to eat them right then and there. read more

I live about 5 mins away from this lovely little bakery. I visited for the first time and got 3 empanadas (spinach, chicken, and beef). All 3 were delicious and they stuff those empanadas to the max!! These empanadas had the most stuffing I ever seen in empanadas. They were seasoned and baked perfectly!
