The place is very clean. The staff are patient and attentive. Their menu prices are decent. Airi Ramen doesn't just serve ramen; there's rice dishes, yaki udon, soup, poke bowls, bao buns and a vast variety of sushi. Those of you who love to drink (not me), Airi Ramen offer wine, margaritas, sake, beer and mixed drinks. Yes, parents, there's a kids' menu. Airi Ramen also does catering. I will order them again next time though because they're hard to find. The spicy tonkotsu soup was very flavorful and the pork was tender. I prefer the soba noodles because they don't get mushy from the soup. Overall the soup was a 4 out of 5. The restaurant was clean and welcoming inside. Wasn't what I would call traditional, and there was a lot of sauce dripping out of the sandwich which was unusual for me. I thought it was okay, but not noteworthy.
