I've gone there multiple times to to be sure. The older lady is abrasive and has no concept of customer service. Tonight (my last time) I asked for extra sauce. It's a small thing that I'm willing to pay for yet choose to argue instead of helping me out. If you want generic food and horrible service, this place is right for you. Just don't ask for anything different from what they want to serve you. read more

The food is really good and the environment inside the only bad thing is how the lady who is the manager treats certain customers through the drive thru, this afternoon when I went we politely asked for sweet sauce and when she came back to the window she threw it into our hands and closed the window without saying your welcome or letting us even finish saying thank you and proceeded to look at her coworker with a nasty attitude and face. read more

The food is great but we sat in the drive thru for an hour waiting , so if you don't have patience go somewhere else

Avoid this place at all costs. food was absolutely terrible and service was even worse. entree Was watery and soggy. When I brought it up to the counter and asked them very politely to exchange it the lady yelled and cursed at me and told me if I didn't like how they cooked the food I could go somewhere else. read more

Fried rice is dryer than sand but the rest of the food isn't bad but CHECK YOUR BANK STATEMENT.....they give you a receipt for 1 price then charge your bank 1$ more like it won't be noticed and probably isn't by most and the rest don't worry about a buck but 100 customers a day adds up quickly for them....bad business owners running this place BEWARE read more

If you have peanut allergies make sure to let them know their menu does not have the indicator. They fixed my order immediately. Food was delicious, now the drink on the other hand has me questioning the purpose of all existence. It really messed me up. I'm hoping it was the drink and not the food. The food was too tasty to be the issue. Friendly yet stern environment good for one on one business or a nice meal with a friend. read more

Food was okay, ordered a hot and sour soup with a beef/fried rice plate. The cost was cheap under 12$ all together and can feed two people. The soup was spicier then other places that sell it. The beef and fried rice plate was also good. Good proportions for the cost. Will definitely come back! read more

Wok D'lite - Hot and sour soup! (Spicy ) - Chinese Near Me - Baytown, Texas

For 13.40$ I fed my husband and I and had lunch for the next day. This location is very close to my house so it's a staple for us on busy or lazy days. The drive-thru can be very long and slow around rush hour so I'd consider calling it and picking it up. We particularly love the dinner portion of the General Tso's chicken which comes with two large scoops of fried rice and a LOT of chicken. It isn't too sweet and it isn't too spicy. It is just right. I was full after eating about half and had lunch the next day! This re-heats very well in the microwave. We also love the lo mein and the pepper steak even if the pepper to steak ratio is way off. I don't exactly feel as if I get my monies worth with the pepper steak. I wouldn't order this again as the "steak" part wasn't plentiful enough. The ladies at the drive-thru are always extremely friendly and we've never been handed the wrong order. They greet us with a smile and it is very nice after a long day. Highly recommended! read more

Surprisingly good food and friendly service in an unassuming little gas station plaza.

My husband and I used to be regular customers up until 5 years ago, and the reason we stopped spending our hard earned cash here was due to having the Asian lady who answers the phone to curse at me for asking a question about a particular dish. Anyway, we decided to give this place a try again, so I ordered the sweet and sour shrimp platter for my husband, it was HORRIBLE! The tempura batter was gooey, the shrimp tasted as though they had been set out in the sun for a week, they stunk and were as dry as a rock, and they tasted like they were fried in old grease, he ended up spitting it out. Needless to say, we wasted 9 bucks or so. My husband said when he walked in to pick our order up the Spanish music was so loud he could barely hear what the worker was saying, and said the place was filthy! Never again will we order food from this restaurant! read more

House fried rice No Shrimp is very easy to get right and very dangerous to get wrong. Thankfully I checked and didn't just eat it. I have always loved this place but playing with my life is a one mistake and I won't ever be back kind. If you have zero allergies this is a wonderful place to eat. Just a place I will no longer be eating at. read more

One of the cheapest and best tasting Chinese food in Baytown hands down! Definitely worth for a meal for two and almost all the combo meals are under $8! More entree than rice and comes with spring roll also!! The general tso chicken was great and the sweet and sour chicken was tasty also and more chicken than breading! read more

Tried to order 3 times, first two i got hung up on the third they didn't answer. One of the worst ordering experiences of my life, cannot described how frustrating and annoying it was to say an entire order then get hung up on. read more

Unprofessional and needs better customer service skills. I ordered food to go and when I got home I noticed I was given the incorrect thing. One of the plates was incorrect. When I returned the plate an Asian woman argued with me telling me that was what I ordered. I told her it was not and she kept arguing with me. Finally she made what I originally wanted and said see I made it for you but next time order the right thing. I told her she messed up my order and again she started to argue with me. Then I picked up my food and was walking out and she continued telling a lady at the cash register I ordered something else. Asian lady there is very argumentative. read more

This place is not expensive and very quick and it's got a drive thru!! I came here to pick up my fiancé dinner. He did not care for it. Coming to this establishment it was very busy and I was tired so I was going to go through the drive thru. The guy was super nice and helpful. You get a lot of food especially for the price. He liked the rice but didn't care for the noodles. read more

Ok so it is chinese fast food. We eat there often and the portions are very large and are very cheap. The food is always hot and fresh. The house fried rice(get an order since it is cheaper than a pint and seems to me to actually have more food). They have egg rolls that are actually better than a lot of Chinese food sit down resturants. Just the right ratio of meat to veggies and a nice crisp wrapper. I mostly stick to fried rice and egg rolls but their combos are 4 to 6 bucks and they make some good generals chicken, lemon chicken, and other assorted(typical) chinese meals. Is it healthy? Heck no but i read more

We got a combo with chicken, beef, and shrimp low mein, sweet and sour chicken and egg roll and my husband got Moo Goo Gai Pan, sweet and sour pork and egg roll and a Cajun sushi roll! The only thing I get from here is the house friend rice (no chicken) and egg rolls. Food is very good. But oh my gosh today was ridiculous, my boyfriend bought a QUART of fried rice okay not a plate a QUART and 2 egg rolls. And the lady at the window today had the audacity to tell my boyfriend that he could only have 2 tiny little bitty containers of siracha. When first off he ordered a QUART and then 2 eggs rolls. Mind you we just came the other day and he got at least 5 sirachas. The lady told him "I'm sorry we can only give 2 for every order because we have to pay for our siracha" okay and that is not our (the customers) problem that you have to pay for siracha, you are a company of course you don't get your products for free. If someone has a huge order how can you give them only 2 tiny sauces. Ridiculous. read more

Wasted $32 on food delivered by Waitr. Family pack of Garlic shrimp had lots of veggies but few shrimp. Shrimp overcooked and tough. Only ordered 3 things but they were still able to forget my soup. Not sure why I decided to try this place but most of it went straight in the trash. read more

Quite tasty. Generous helpings; ingredients seem fresh. Good takeout for reasonable prices.

Food if good, but management has a problem. All I asked if he knew how long it'll take and I get an attitude saying it's coming out. Dude all I asked if you knew how long it'll be since I've been sitting here for 15 minutes. read more

I give it one star only because it won't allow me to do zero or lower. The person behind the counter is undoubtedly the rudest, most ignorant person I have met in business. I would say a 5th grade education at most. I asked three questions during the ordering process, of which none of them was she sure of the answer. Being a new hire, I would understand this, but I heard her tell a person in the restaurant she has been there 2 months. SCARY!!!!! The food is sloped into take out boxes that drip every where. The taste is bland and most undesirable. Go to Chinese 888, they are SUPERB!!! read more

After a long day at work, my husband and I visited Wok D'lite for dinner in hopes of being able to relax and get our mind off work. Wok D'lite did the trick! The establishment is very clean and I didn't notice any mess (other than the Babygurl was here writing in the bathroom... guess there are some things you can't control). I ordered sweet and sour chicken which came with sweet and sour chicken, rice, and an eggroll. They dont' put much red sauce on the sweet and sour chicken, which made me sad until I realized there is a bottle of it on the table! My husband had general tso chicken which came with broccoli, rice and an egg roll. I tried a piece of his chicken and it was absolutely perfect, I also got his broccoli in exchange for my egg roll and the broccoli was cooked perfectly. The rice was very good. Not over cooked, not under cooked but just right!! The only thing that came close to a complaint was my husband says the egg rolls are good, but he prefers lighter, smaller egg rolls, but if you like big egg rolls then you will like this. We got a to go box and put both of our extra food in it and it was enough for an entire meal! The price was great. We really enjoyed our trip to Wok D'lite!! I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for excellent chinese food and a laid back atmosphere! read more
