This is my go to HEB. The grocery game is strong but that wine selection is quite phenomenal. I'm so ready for the wine tastings to be back in full swing. The seafood, while frozen, is always good quality. The meat is fresh. They recently introduced a noodles bar. Pretty impressive. read more

While shopping in HEB Baytown today, there was a girl giving out free samples of pizza and it had meat on it and I don't eat meat so I ask her if the company had a pizza with no meat and she was so, so, so rude! Would not buy the pizza due to her rudeness!!!!!!!!! read more

Poorest H-E-B customer service ever, especially when it comes to the management. The food is mediocre, Prime and Wagyu steak's taste funny. I've been using the same eggs for the past five years, but when the pasteurized eggs from the store, they seem different. With Limited Food Desert options, this store cooks smelly seafood right at the entrance. And, the pricing on the shelf often doesn't match the receipt. The atmosphere is poor, and they allow all Animals/Dogs into the store, and no sign posted. read more

curbside is very slow waited over 30 mins for my order. employees take their time, very unproductive.

Make sure to check the expiration dates on whatever you buy I've now been burnt twice on food that were 6 months to a year past the expiration date Both times were frozen products read more

As a believer in God and a woman i have prayed alot about leaving this review but it must be said. I love heb just as much as any other white woman whos 53 but the prices and overwhelming and the smell of shrimp must be discussed i truly believe in forgivenness as a non prideful woman the events that ensued are way past forgivness i was minding my business walking down the sushi isle about to make my way over to the homeselect 10$ wine when i was stopped by a infalliable odor coming either from the isle or the obsurdly huge woman next to me but a feeling of the squirts came on and had to evactuate from the premisis i truly blame heb for the mess left afterwards and what ensued behind my car please invest in airfresherner my behind was truly triggered. read more

Overpriced and it is difficult to maneuver in the store with all the employees shopping for the curb side drivers or stocking the shelves. Even when they see you patiently waiting they do not get out of the way. The checkers don't even acknowledge the customers. You are better off at Aldi or Foodtown. read more

This grocery store reminds me a lot of Harmons in Utah. It has everything and it is so clean and very well stocked with all your necessary items. I enjoy this place and the staff is very polite and so helpful, there bakery, Pharamcy, and deli food is amazing. This is where you shop in Texas so look for an HEB! read more

Worst H-E-B I've ever been in. Cashiers don't do their jobs. The managers are extremely rude and will not help solve issues. Personally think the leadership of that store needs to be replaced read more

Always a good selection of veggies. Ask for Veronica in the bakery section she will always help you with your baked goods

Just opened this morning, and looks fantastic! I was the 10th person in line, and I actually felt like I was a part of something huuuuuge. The store's layout is a bit different from others, and there doesn't seem to be a food demonstration area; however, I very well could have missed it. The beverage area, near the registers is easily accessible. The fresh meat is plentiful, and service is readily available. I hope this does not fade, and I hope this does not become what the original HEB in Baytown was... The usuals are also here: sushi rolls, prepared meals, bakery, fresh produce, and those dangling yellow coupons! read more

Early bird here so when no checkouts open, I empty cart and wait. Tiana and sacker came within minutes but Tiana couldnt look at or speak. This has not been first and advise Management. Management must not know how to get them to more than grunt. read more

I stopped into to HEB to grab something to eat for lunch at work. I was looking for an item that I couldn't find. I asked 2 associates if they could help me find what I was looking for, they both seemed too busy to really help. Then I asked an associate named Ryane. (I think that was the spelling) anyway, she was super sweet, very professional and wasn't too busy to walk me around looking for my item. Her assistance was unfruitful because HEB didn't carry what I was looking for, but it didn't change the necessity to Yelp how refreshing it was receiving such kind help from such a nice young lady!! read more

I enjoy going to HEB. There are some things they can fix. One major area that needs improvement is their attention to detail. There have been multiple occasions where they are working too fast, or not paying attention, and they forget to bag some of my items into my cart. I get home to realize, I am missing items I paid for. This is very inconvenient because I have drive to back due to employee negligence. I was also getting vibes like the workers did not want to be at work that day. I understand accidents happen, but it would be reassuring if you spoke with your employees about slowing down and their attention to detail. I like shopping here but I will bagging my own groceries if I can. read more

So I tried the grocery pick up. Surprisingly it went well. I was a little skeptical about the produce selection. But I have to say they actually choose nice fresh produce for me. With the arrival of our new baby I will be using this service in the nearby future. read more

Love HEB! I live in MS but worked and shopped here for 5 years so when I come back it's like a homecoming of sorts. read more

So I ask for some help to find a certain vegan wine that HEB carries. The young lady from the deli center was really nice and said I will call someone to help you. I waited and waited and waited 10 min. I finally gave up and left. Poor customer service rating for the Wine personnel today 03/31/2021. read more

Curbside took 1hr till it was brought to me to be loaded. No one ever ask me for my order name the whole wait.

This review is specifically for curbside orders at this location. DO NOT order curbside here. It's quicker to just go in & get your groceries yourself. My boyfriend has waited 2 hours TWICE for our groceries even though he went to pick urgent up at our scheduled time. They gave my groceries to someone else & assumed I got them which made me have to wait even longer. Curbside is supposed to be more efficient than going into the store yourself which it is definitely not. read more

I had poor service the managers are rude and the wine Stewardist Elmer was rude to my wife when she asked if they had the pickle beer looked at her and said we don't got it then he was being a smart ass about it I refuse to shop here management or corporate needs to do something about it because my money is no good here read more

I would give it 0 stars if that was possible. Always crowded isles with stockers in the way. I waited 15 minutes today for a stocker to move so I could buy my juices used for cleanse. He would not move himself or his stocking cart for me to get my items. This is a constant for my experience when I come into this store. Poor customer service skills. So I'll go to another grocery store to purchase my items. read more

The cashier got an attitude because I had 17 items in the 15 item express lane and wouldn't bag my groceries. She proceeded to help the employee behind me and left my groceries sitting. She said that I should have helped her bag my groceries since the employee behind me only had 2 items. read more

I always order groceries from HEBs online delivery service. The HEB team is absolutely amazing. HEB is really good about giving updates through out the whole time that they are fulfilling The order. If there is a problem, confusion or mistake made by the customer or a team member HEB management and associates work quickly to correct it without shifting blame. HEB TEAM has great customer service skills and goes the extra mile for the customer read more

I was so excited to finally get an HEB in Baytown. But sadly, this store doesn't live up to my expectations. It's not so much the store, as the managment, curbside superviors and the sackers. I have done curbside several times and I leave explcit instructions on my selection of produce. I am repeatedly given inferior produce. (Bad color, gouges, pitted, bruised, soft and old) My groceries are packed poorly. Things are stuffed in small bags and falling out of the top of the bags. I have talked with the store director on more than one occasion and he is very rude. He was yelling at me, interupting me, talking over me. I was not presented with the friendly, customer service image that they portray on their commercials. As usual, it seems like we cannot get the best in Baytown. Sorry to see the store run at a subpar level. Truly, I don't think they care. read more

Newer HEB. The store is laid out well. Always seems clean. Love their coupons thru out the stores. Does make me buy random stuff, but that can be good and bad. Found a lot of new favorites thru all those coupons. read more

Pharmacy has the worst service. Don't waste your time making an appointment as the walk in guests come fist in line.

Oh my gosh! They're prepared salads blew me away! The presentation, the freshness, the fullness...wow! These are not the skimpy, wilted leaves, 3 pieces of meat sad salads...they are top of the line! Besides that, the employees are extremely nice! I love shopping here! read more

Wow where do I begin...the very last thing I want to experience at the grocery store I love to shop at is the cashier and bagger laughing and joking and making fun of their boss...really?!?! Oh and did I mention that the ONLY words out of her mouth to me, the customer, was "here is your receipt" smh. I had stop shopping at the Baytown HEB because they are so extremely rude!! So I have been shopping in Mount Bellevue because they really seem to care about our shopping experience BUT I was coming home from work and decided to go to Baytown, yeah it hasn't changed. So here I go back to Kroger (when I am getting out of work) where at least I can go to the self checkout (with as many items as I want) and not have to deal with their rude employees and management. read more

Absolute favorite grocery store ever. If they don't have what you need you really don't need it. So many great coupon deals to buy an item and get another item free! I just love everything about this place! read more

I have shopped here for about two years now and I have never experienced the attitude from the cashier like I did today. I have never seen this cashier before but I may not have payed attention before because I've never had a bad experience prior to tonight. If I wanted to deal with this level of customer service I would go to Walmart. Come one people I come to spend money at your establishment and this is what I get from y'all. That's disgusting. May have to go get acclimated with Kroger's across the street instead of going to H-E-B. This sucks because H-E-B was my go to grocery store. read more

I've always been a fan of HEB. I've been to this location and everything was what you expect from this company. Some of the best sushi in town. I have also used their Curbside Service and I found it convenient and quick. read more

The store is new and nice, produce and meats are a bit pricey. They have a huge wine and beer selection.
