Aldi is a small grocery store that has amazing deals on items with brands you have never heard of. You won't find any Hunt, Nabisco or Nestle products here. So if you're looking for a specific item, this is not the place for you. If you're looking for great discounts on fruit, meat, frozen foods, meat, snacks and some off-the-wall paper and home products, you'll be happy. They also have unique beer! We picked up two six packs for 7$ a piece and my husband said they were great. Don't steer away from the beer and wine aisle just because it's cheap. What I love MOST about Aldi is the fact that I pay 1/2 the prices of Kroger, Walmart, even Target for fruit, vegetables, and meat (I got 5lbs of ground beef for 9$ at 1.73$ a pound when it's been over 3$ a pound for months at other stores). They have amazing deals on nuts, milk and eggs which have been outrageous everywhere else. 1.99$ for a gallon of milk and .99$ for 12 eggs, wowza! I've also bought paper towels, laundry detergent, shelving units, toys, rugs and other random items here for a fraction of the cost elsewhere. Look up near the register for discounted plants, chocolate and wine too! Bring .25$ for a cart, bring your own bags or pay .10$ a piece for your own and remember that you have to pack your own bags. I know the .25$ thing is annoying but after having my car dented at Walmart from a runaway cart, I know how important this is.

When he called, he stated he had to hear the story from the customer (me) to determine if Kroger should apologize. It was such a strange response the call did not continue. I am also really questioning if this was a Kroger manager because he was so rude. Horrible customer service.
