We ordered 15 dozen crabs and spent over $1,000, and to say we were disappointed is an understatement. Most of the crabs we received were small females and extremely light. When you're spending that kind of money, you expect to receive a quality product. What made the situation even worse was the customer service. I contacted the owner personally and expressed how unhappy we were with the crabs. Instead of trying to make things right, offering replacements, a partial refund, or even showing some concern, his response was basically, "Sorry, they're yours now." That is unacceptable customer service, especially after a customer has spent OVER $1,000 with your business. If you're selling seafood to the public, especially in quantities like this, why aren't you checking the quality of the crabs you're receiving from the fishermen before selling them to your customers? And when there is clearly a problem, WHY NOT STAND BEHIND WHAT YOU SELL? We weren't asking for anything unreasonable. We simply expected to receive what we paid for and for the business to make an effort to correct the situation when we brought it to their attention. Poor quality, poor customer service, and absolutely no effort to make things right.

They use to be closer to the river and some maps still put them there but they are actually on 90 closer to 146. They usually have huge shrimps, head on and off, sometimes have crabs and oysters and crawfish when in season. I love going to their little shack and buying from local, hard working business owners.
