Giving a 2 for the effort and friendliness. The donuts were not what I would consider a DOUGHnut when you think of the dough a classic donut gives. These are definitely cake style donuts but the batter tastes under done, flour like. The choice of frosting - melts right off due to the donuts are made or order. I felt like I was eating a donut that I warmed up in the microwave too long. Not a fan if I'm being honest. The employee there was very friendly.

We stopped by here after Rita's. My husband has a sweet tooth and I'm 9 months pregnant so a donut after burritos sounded great! Staff was so nice and very attentive. We ordered a dozen donuts for two us -ridiculous considering we ordered 17 burritos at Rita's. I got maple a donut my husband ordered 4 lemon, 3 chocolate, 1 maple, 1 blueberry, Girl Scout donut. And I can't remember what else.. The donuts - are so good!!! Nice and warm we loved them all! Great spot!

Here's another favorite dessert spot. Freshly cooked donuts are the absolute best. The warm, soft, sweet donut leaves my taste buds desiring more. I had a Groupon for a $10 purchase and ordered 4 donuts. 1-Chocolate Iced, 2-Cinnamon Sugar, 3-Vanilla Iced with Hot Fudge Drizzle, and 4-Bacon in the Sun. They were all so good. My favorites were the chocolate iced and vanilla icing with hot fudge drizzle. I was greeted immediately as I walked in and my order was taken right away. The four donuts I ordered took less than five minutes to prepare. The store is colorful with cute little duckies on a shelving unit which caught my eye. I couldn't wait to get in my car and gobble down one of the donuts. I had to do eenie meanie miney mo' to choose which one to eat lol. The vanilla icing with hot fudge drizzle was the winner.

Found Duck Donuts on a Sunday afternoon tucked away in the plaza here in Chandler. The concept is made to order and definitely worth the short wait for these delicious warm donuts! This is the perfect post dinner or heck pre dinner spot to enjoy fresh made oooey gooeyiness! We ordered an assortment from maple, bacon, and jelly to the Boardwalk which has Oreo bits and pieces! I love how once your order is ready, the staff shows off your donuts for you to see before enjoying. We sat right down and dug in! I never knew I needed bacon on a donut with jelly....woooowww! I think it's my new favorite donut spot! In addition to donuts, sandwiches, ice cream, and beverages are part of the menu! Definitely worth a try!

This is one of the Father's Day donuts advertised in the store I'm not sure which one it was, but ask for the bacon ones

It never fails, to go here for a sweet treat! I've noticed that these donuts are good for up to 3 days, (in my opinion)so go ahead and get a half dozen or more. They advertised Special Father's Day donuts in which, anything with bacon is a win win for me. I had one that I'd like to name the bacon overload...OMG WAS IT HEAVEN! They are closed today which if I were the business owner I'd open mainly on the holidays but hey who am I! I went on Friday since I was in the area. There's plenty of parking and it's easy to locate. (Next to Panda) Once again, I recommend going here as I'll always try to return, when in the area.

Duck donuts is Locally owned. The store is very cute lots of little duck merchandise Yes you can buy rubber ducks here. All donuts are custom made before you, there's a variety of toppings and drizzles . Most of them are priced at $2.79. My only complaint is that because it's warm and made to order sometimes I find the coatings melting away in the box. Overall great spot to indulge your donut cravings. Did I mention the ice cream and milk shakes, they are absolutely yummy. Cheers!

This place is located on the SW corner of Arizona and Ocotillo, across the street from Hamilton High School. Many shops and stores around including a Lowe's a little more South and LA Fitness/Esporta on the NE corner. These donuts are made to order when you order them but it does not take long to make them. They look pretty much exactly like they look in the pictures (see photo). There is something to be said for being freshly made. I posted a picture of the options. You can call ahead to have them ready when you walk in. They taste great as expected, they are donuts but very creative options.

Donuts where good, a bit pricey considering they are so small. $6 for 2 and I have to say maybe get employees that want to be there, showed up today at 7am, no one there and it took him 5mins to acknowledge i was there and take my order.

** This is not one of your point and choose kind of donut shops. Everything is made fresh to order after you choose your donuts with the staff. Another thing to keep in mind, all the donuts are the same vanilla cake and then you choose your coating, topping and sprinkles. There are also examples of combinations if you're like me and too indecisive to choose individually. If you want stuff like cruellers, jelly stuffed, mochi, long johns, etc...this is not the place. Lols Plenty of parking outside. We walked in and my 4 year old squealed with delight at the rubber duckies and Ollie the duck cutouts. Shop isn't large and I recall a couple tables with chairs but that was fine with me. We were greeted warmly and asked if it was our first time, which it was. So she proceeded to explain the menu, which was a lil overwhelming for me with all the combinations but nothing to complain about. Lols My daughter and I love that there are pictures. I also saw they offer coffee, drinks, breakfast sandwiches and donut platters... My daughter had fun watching them make the donuts and glaze them behind the protective glass. We ordered 4 donuts - raspberry fluff, blueberry pancake, strawberry confetti and forgot what the fourth was. But they all were warm and delish! I recommend letting it cool a bit before you take a bite. Maybe a bit too sweet for me bc I don't have a huge sweet tooth. But my daughter gobbled it up. Lols

Who doesn't love donuts?! I usually prefer raised donuts, so I was a bit hesitant to try these that start with a vanilla cake donut. But they were delicious! We tried several and our favorite have been the cinnamon and sugar with the vanilla glaze. The best part is that they don't try to nickel and dime you - it is ONE PRICE per donut, so add the toppings and glazes that satisfy your sweet tooth! WOW! My neighbors and family have been telling me about Duck Donuts so I gave them a try. First I was greeted by Kade who walked me through the making and selection choices So many I wanted to try them all. I asked him what his favorite was his reply Maple Bacon OMG major yum! Went in to try it out bc of fellow Yelpers and I have to say, it is over priced. I donut costs over $2. Granted you choose what topping you want but it wasn't as gourmet as I thought it would be. I had tried the key lime donut w coconut and it was just ok. My son had chocolate w sprinkles which he could pretty much get anywhere. The donut base which is a plain cake fried donut was ok but ends up greasy if you don't eat it right away. read more

Hot, fresh and heavenly !!! What a great birthday treat to wake up to. The doughnuts are made fresh to order. You can order off the menu or create your own adventure. The coffee was fantastic, a plentiful area of creamers and a sugar are provided . The shop is small but situated nicely with just enough space for a few patrons to enjoy their treats. Sunday mornings means donuts for breakfast with the family. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the owner and staff. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Since it was our first time, the staff and owner explained how the process worked. Each donut is made to order and it all starts with a vanilla cake donut. 1. pick your glaze (Bare, cinnamon sugar, powdered sugar, glazed, icing: chocolate, vanilla , strawberry, peanut butter, maple, lemon and blueberry. 2. Toppings - sprinkles (rainbow and chocolate) gram cracker, chopped peanuts, chopped bacon, shredded coconut and Oreos. 3. Drizzle- hot fudge, marshmallow, salted Carmel & raspberry. The combinations are endless and it's really how you want to create your donut. However if you feel overwhelmed, they do have some pre made combinations you can pick from. Besides donuts, they offer breakfast sandwiches, desserts and coffee. We got half a dozen of blueberry pancake, s'mores vanilla icing with Oreos, strawberry with rainbow sprinkles, peanut butter icing, and the maple bacon. The donuts were moist, soft and delicious! Stopped in today and picked up 6 donuts. Owner was working and he was a delight. My daughter had gone there with a friend and told us how great the donuts were AND SHE WAS NOT WRONG. I got the blueberry pancake and it was AMAZING. Owner swears their coffee is great after seeing my Sbux cup and so I'll give it a whirl next time we go because we will be back. This place doesn't look like a lot from the outside but once you order from this tiny doughnut shop I promise you won't be disappointed! The doughnuts are all made in front of you with so many options to choose from! The girls working there were so nice and the doughnuts came out pretty quick. My employer had these doughnuts as a treat for us. I didn't get a chance to try them so I decided to go after work to see what all the fuss was about. The woman behind the counter was extremely informative and explained the process of how the doughnuts are made to order. She dropped the four doughnuts that I had ordered into the fryer. When they came out, she put the accoutrements that made each type of doughnut special. When I got them home, they were still warm. I gobbled one up and was tempted not to share the others. I took my daughter tonight for an after dinner treat. I am so excited my 5 year old suggested to try this place out! She did a "create your own" donut and I opted for the bacon in the sun donut. Bought a dozen donuts from here and man did they blow away my expectations! They came out picture perfect just like the photos on Instagram and they were fresh! I thought maybe they would make a huge mess because of them all being in a warm box but surprisingly they held up perfect and didn't make a mess. Always wanted to try a maple bacon donut and I'm glad I came here to try my first one, the maple tasted so pure and the bacon topped it off just right The donuts are a little expensive and the wait could be quite some time if ordering more then a half a dozen but in my opinion it's all worth it!! Wow! I had the maple bacon with caramel drizzle and it was beyond my expectations. I love they make it fresh in front of you and that they are cake doughnuts. Not too expensive and worth the short wait, I just wish they were bigger lol. It will definitely be added to the places that I take my out of town guests to treat and wow them. I actually love this place & there breakfast sandwiches but they advertise that they sell the sandwiches all day. I just went at 5 o'clock and the person working said the manager turned off the oven so they could not make me one they close in two hours. Why is the oven turned off two hours before they close at and why do you guys advertise that you sell them all day and then I can't get one. It's a 30 minute trip to the nearest Duck' Donuts and then I had to turn around and leave extremely disappointing read more

Donuts are very expensive but not extraordinary to justify the cost. Staff not knowledgeable about ingredients but they are courteous. Dunkin' Donuts or even Bossa local chain is more tasty with better pricing. Just my Honest opinion. read more

Two weeks ago, I attempted to go to another donut shop. It was unexpectedly closed. I ended up at Duck Donuts -- late to visitation with my kids, frustrated, angry at the mobile app I used to place the order with and additional delays... I wasn't having a very good morning. The owner/manager? Went over the top to make me have a good better. I don't think he knew how much it meant. My kids loved the donuts. read more

I don't think they have gluten free bc they use a standard vanilla cake batter for all the donuts. They definitely don't have vegan. So it's just one option for the cake donut and then everything goes on top... they are quite delicious

If I come back, I'll probably stick with the classics instead of the "fun" or seasonal ones, and maybe swing by earlier in the morning when everything's freshly made. Well I have a Sweet Tooth, and on the way home I was debating what I wanted. I went to Yelp really quick and Duck Donuts popped up. I'm usually a person that prefers donuts in the morning but I was like let me check it out because the pictures were advertising. Little did I know they don't have donuts waiting on you, they it when you order it and on the spot when I tell you my experience was Great!!! What really topped it off was the Excellent customer service I received from Amelia and Keira they both were happy to serve me and help me get a better understanding of this hidden gem. read more
