I was excited and scared to try Duck Donuts in Chandler. Excited because Duck Donuts in Duck, NC is a must stop while we are vacationing in North Carolina's Outer Banks (seriously we eat there every single day on vacay)! Scared because there is no way that it could be as good as the original location. I was wrong! They taste just like the original location. I got my two favorites a donut with a lemon icing, and a donut with chocolate icing and shredded coconut. Delicious! It all starts with a fresh (warm) vanilla cake donut. From there you choose your toppings. Make it as simple or extravagant as you want it. The staff was fun and friendly. Cute decor. I will definitely be back! read more

Honestly save your time and money. We waited 45 min for 3 donuts only to be given a soggy undercooked donut. Honestly I don't know what all the hype is about. $25 for 3 donuts, a breakfast sandwich and 2 coffees. Just go to Bosas and spend half as much. read more

If you like cake donuts you will like this new shop! They are made when ordered donuts. It does take a little long, particularly when there is a line. Overall the doubts where good. A little pricey in my opinion... almost $40 for a dozen and a half donuts. The staff was really friendly, the owner,Daniel, was really nice as well... Duck is much better than the other made to order donuts just not sure if it is that much better for the price than Bosa. I will definitely give Duck another try though read more

The donuts were a hot soggy mess. They broke apart when I tried to get them out of the box.

I don't give five stars easily but this place is cool! All donuts are made to order, and our server said this is the 68th franchise and first in Arizona. We got a donut that was freshly made and dipped in vanilla with chocolate drizzle and rainbow sprinkles. The whole thing was $2.75 and a great dessert for my son. Very interesting concept, great service, and a lot of fun. We will surely be heading back to Duck Donuts in Chandler! read more

The service was good as was the coffee. I ordered an egg and cheese sandwich on a bagel. It had to be one of the smallest bagels ever. It was tough and hard to chew. I wouldn't have wanted to eat it after the first bite but it was almost lunchtime and I hadn't eaten anything so I was hungry. For $6 I could have gotten something at a fast food joint that was better. Very disappointed. read more

I literally searched "donut shops" and this was the best rated donuts that was not a chain. I stopped in and was greeted politely. The customer service is amazing and definitely bring a warm vibe. And like their vibe, their donuts are warm and made to order. Absolutely won the hearts at my office meeting. Will definitely be back! read more

We accidentally bought a Groupon thinking this was a closer chain donut shop. Since it was for our birthday we decided we will take the 14 mile drive out anyway & we were not disappointed. I've never had a donut like this! We bought a dozen ($24) they make the batter fresh & cook to order. I couldn't wait for the party to taste one so I tried the maple bacon donut & thought I would die it was so delicious! Worth the trip I think we found our new birthday tradition read more

Love the warm donuts.. and the amazing toppings and perfectly glazed. Ordered strawberry donuts with sprinkles. The staff is super courteous and patient. My little son wanted to pay for the donut with his allowance. The staff memeber waited patiently while my little one did the math in his mind to calculate the change and complete the transactions. Thank you for wonderful experience. We will be back for sure. read more

I've come here to buy donuts for medical offices I work with, and the donuts are a huge hit. I like that they are made to order, so they are warm and fresh, with a variety of flavors to choose from. My most recent visit was 2 days ago, probably my 4th time. I must say, I was really happy with the service I received from the two women, LINDSEY and KATHY. They were very friendly,  and made the donuts perfect, just like the pictures! I ordered 2 dozen, and each were fully covered with icing and toppings, unlike some of the other times I've come, when too much of the donut was visible. They also were able to package 2 of the donuts in single, separate boxes, without any additional charges. It was a great experience. One of the dozen was their "Box of Chocolates" special, featuring Valentine's Day flavors. The office thought they were so pretty, and enjoyed them. I must say, every experience here so far has been enjoyable, and ALL of the staff have been really nice and friendly, and a pleasure to work with. It's nice when staff are patient, and willing to accommodate requests, or answer any questions, and offer suggestions (I am very indecisive, so I appreciate this). If you're looking for a unique treat, I would highly recommend this place! I enjoy giving them my business since the experience has always been great. read more

These doughnuts are absolutely delicious!! They are made to order, so you do have to wait a small bit. But it's so worth it! There are so many delicious flavors to choose from it's honestly so hard to pick. But the Doughnuts themselves are super light and fluffy. They have a perfect golden brown outside with a soft inside. Plus the toppings are super tasty, some can be sweet but overall they weren't too sugary . read more

Really good hot donuts. To be honest, they looked like drizzle or hurtz. Neither of which are good in my opinion. These were different. These are good. Prefer them to the bland or too sugary tasting dunkin and krispy kreme. But as far as cake donuts go these are far more cake-y than donut-y. Very good if you want something new. Just okay if you're looking for the mom and pop style cake donuts you could fins on every street corner somewhere like LA read more

Freshly made! I love the customizable cake donuts. The young gentleman was very kind in explaining the process since it was my first time.

Made to order donuts, yes please! Randomly found this place and wanted to pick up a treat for coworkers. The donut was a cake-like donut which I typically do not like but these were different and delicious. The glazed was perfect! It was hot and moist and the right amount of punt of sweetness. Definitely try out this spot when you get the chance read more

First time visit. I joined the VIP club and got a BOGO. I really liked the donuts. Maple bacon and pumpkin streusel were very good. My only disappointment was that not only were masks not required of the patrons, none of the employees wore masks. I wore mine and well as my daughter. Might visit again after everything calms down. read more

Was feeling a donut craving and happened to see Duck Donuts. Even at 2:00 in the afternoon, it was pretty busy. I ordered the cherry lime cheesecake donut and a lemon raspberry one, just to try them out. The donuts are cooked fresh, then topped with the different glazes, flavorings, and whatever else you order on them. Very tasty but very sweet -- too sweet for me. However, there are so many varieties to choose from, I'm sure with many more visits I'll find the ones that are just right for my taste. read more

Craveable , creative, fresh donuts. They use one base and then you design your toppings to be unique & fun. Some examples of winning flavors are- Bacon in the Sun, beach, beach ball, midnight madness & pb & jelly. They have lots of different combos to top your warm donuts with- we love the cinnamon sugar one too! It's light and fluffy and has a really good texture. They are cooked fresh when you order so you're guaranteed a hot fresh donut! Best donut in town! Now I'm off to get a donut! read more

Who doesn't love donuts?! I usually prefer raised donuts, so I was a bit hesitant to try these that start with a vanilla cake donut. But they were delicious! We tried several and our favorite have been the cinnamon and sugar with the vanilla glaze. The best part is that they don't try to nickel and dime you - it is ONE PRICE per donut, so add the toppings and glazes that satisfy your sweet tooth! The service is always friendly and done as fast as a fresh, custom made donut can be. Give them a try - you won't be disappointed! read more
