The concept is simple-- you order your donuts and then they make it afterwards- you literally are getting the freshest donut possible. Very similar to Krispy Kreme. The donuts have that fresh doughy flavor to it -- just an fyi as these don't taste like normal donuts. I think it's delicious!! And as you can see in the pics they are generous with the toppings, the donut itself is large, and it's refreshing to eat a donut that has frosting on it that doesn't taste funny. I like the confetti, apple, and bacon donuts, again they are amazing. There is a website to look at the different types, and you can pre-order as well. Service was great, staff was friendly as can be. Will definitely go back when I can spare the calories, and you should be on your way over there as well !!!! Thanks.

They are all vanilla cake donuts. The donuts came out super warm. Melt in my mouth gooyeness. We got 2 donuts, I don't think you can order just one, they come in pack sizes. We got the glazed and chocolate glazed. Both very good. And then he gave us a French toast to try. That was good too, very cinnamony.

Very delicious! We also ordered some regular donuts (my favorite was the blueberry fritter) and they were so delicious as well! We also ordered a gluten-free everything bagel sandwich with bacon, egg, and cheddar cheese and a sesame seed regular bagel sandwich with maple, sausage, egg and cheese, and both were amazing! The food was absolutely delicious and the service was fantastic. Da Boss is an amazing friendly woman who helped make our experience at Sesame Donut excellent. 10/10 will visit again when we visit the Tempe area again!

For it being later in the afternoon, I was actually surprised by how many donut options they still had, pretty much the full lineup! The shop itself looked clean and well-kept, which is always a good start. The employee behind the counter was a bit standoffish, not rude or anything, just not super warm. but hey, maybe it was a long day, so I didn't take it personally. I picked up an assorted half dozen to try a little bit of everything. That's where things got a little mixed. About half the donuts were great, soft, fresh, and hit that perfect sweet spot. The other half? Pretty dry and tasted a bit like leftovers from the day before (or maybe even the day before that). So, I'm on the fence. If I come back, I'll probably stick with the classics instead of the "fun" or seasonal ones, and maybe swing by earlier in the morning when everything's freshly made. I wouldn't cross this place off completely. Just might need to catch them at their best time of day.

Glad to see that this place had a drive through, we went ahead and ordered half a dozen donuts, glazed, chocolate some filling and more. The donuts were fresh and tasted great. We love bosa for the very reason, the donuts always fresh and pricing on point. The person who took the order was in a hurry, we had questions on other items but she was impatient to answer so we just stuck to donuts.

Craving donuts!!!…read more We decided to hide out here before boo boo kitty had to be at work. I usually love their donuts but I've learned that, after 4pm that they didn't have a fresh selection of donuts and that, the donuts were stale tasting. Probably won't stop here in the evening anymore!!! I've personally, have had better tasting donuts from Bosa during the daytime when, the case is full of freshness. In any case, although the cashier appeared to be a nice human, I wasn't a fan of the (employee, owner, cashier) rule...as this human must have been the owner, I hope!! If this human wasn't the owner, she definitely had stock in the place because, she wouldn't provide a box for a few donuts "to-go" without charging .75 for a box. The bags are hideous for donuts to be placed in, as they bleed through the bags. Smh I'm not blaming her as an employee ( unless, she's the owner ) for providing Horrible quality bags and having the ordesity to charge for a box! Had the box been .10 maybe it would've made sense, as it was the principal...but .75 for a box to place donuts in... that, we're purchasing from here, is horrible customer service. Here's a thought: switch to boxes for orders of 2 or more donuts like your competitors located across the street! Shame on Bosa for taking advantage of customers! This isn't California where they charge for bags, this is Arizona!!! Come on humans... we're spending money in here, and we can't have a box to put our donuts to go in? Horrible! Clearly, you should at least provide proper packaging for the product that you sell. See photo of one of the donuts being ruined. I ate the others on the way to dindin because, I was too hungry to toss em. In anycase, this was bad juju!! We really love the competition across the street but unfortunately, their hours of operation are not in line with our busy work schedules.

I got a coffee and it was pretty solid! They have lots of different types of donuts (indulgent and creative, or classic) and seem to be able to accommodate a lot of dietary preferences. We always see lots of families coming in and out with plenty of different types of donuts in hand, so obviously they are well-loved by the community. They have a TON of seating indoor and outdoor - my husband and I were doing a grab-and-go for donuts and coffee, but this would be a perfect place for a coffee date or get together. Service was good and prices are reasonable - will be coming back!

The only small thing that made me feel a little unsure was during checkout. The employee was wearing gloves while handling the donuts, which I appreciate. However, she used the same gloves to touch cash and coins when ringing up my order, and then continued to use those gloves to handle donuts for the next customers without changing them. It's just a small detail, but it would make a big difference if gloves were changed after handling money. That way, customers can feel more comfortable and confident. And if the employee can be a little bit more friendly that will be great Overall, the donuts are tasty and family approved With a little more attention to hygiene, this place would be even better.
