The customer service here is one of the worst. The front counter person had no personality and a slight attitude when getting the donuts. I order a dozen...the cinnamon roll and bear claws and large so the donuts didn't all fit in the box like normal so instead of putting the large items or small items that were left in a separate box/bag after the box was full she just pull them on top of the other donuts ( that had icing on them so the icing would be on the bottom of the others ) Ans on top of that the box wouldn't close. So I proceeded to tell her please put those separate which came with an attitude. I asked for coffee she told me " oh we don't have coffee made right now" It was 5pm and they don't close until 8pm. She didn't offer to make coffee if I was willing to wait or get any interest or accommodating my request. Horrible customer service and I will never go back. Service - 0/5 read more

Came here one day to treat my kids for a donut and I saw a donut sign. First off, my daughter had to use the restroom to wash her hands but their restroom signs were all "out of order" signs even the male restrooms. So just went ahead to order and I asked the lady that was helping us about their pumpkin donut. I asked if it had real pumpkin ingredient in it and she replied saying she doesn't know. So I'm like okay? And she that was it and she just stood there? so customer service was eh. While looking at other selections, they didn't have much that wasn't any different from Dunkin' Donuts so didn't really care to try anything really except for what my kids wanted which was the glaze and sprinkle donuts. This place has a huge selection of donuts! I'm a vegan and a few years ago they had a vegan selection. It was discontinued in a few weeks. So this place is fun! The donuts are crazy flavors and you can customize them however you want! It's a kid's dream come true. The iced coffee is awfully watered down, like Dunkin' Donuts-level. But I'd recommend the donuts. They're not going to be bougey, pristine, super-fluffy donuts, but they're warm and loaded, just how I like 'em! I saw a ton of people in my neighborhood posting about this place, so I decided to give it a try! We bought about 8 donuts I believe and they were pretty good. They had fun little toppings that were already pre-made. My son had a blast picking out the different flavors. Apparently they use to be customizable donuts, but then they changed. Not sure if it was an off day, but half of our donuts were extremely dry. Especially the red velvet one and the German chocolate one. We also got there around 10:30 am, I wouldn't expect it to be so dry already. Might give them a try again. read more

This is just a Bosa Donuts with a Drizzle Donut sign. Drove down from Mesa because we wanted something different. Very disappointing.

I thought the name and store front was cute; so I decided to walk in and try them out. Service by Manager Amanda and counter person Macy was outstanding-friendly and very on point. This place is cute and has a large variety of donuts. We tried the pumpkin, caramel apple cheesecake, Maple bacon, peanut butter and jelly and a plain maple donut. The donuts were good but very sweet and heavy. The maple bacon long John I got was my favorite followed by the PB&J. read more

Donuts are fine. The issue we had was my wife came in 3 days before her birthday, asked if they could make her donuts with chocolate chips for her birthday. After much discussion, they said they could do it. Placed the order, gave them her phone number. Showed up this morning at 7:15. No chocolate chip donuts. No phone call. No apology. They "don't have chocolate chips". We could pick some up at aldi in the same parking lot for them. Hey, but they have sprinkles...but that is not what was in her special order or promised. Drizzle has very yummy donuts. I remember visiting their location that was in Mesa a slew of times. This location had a unique experience as it was the "Chipotle" of donuts (where you could customize your donuts at every aspect: icing/toppings/etc) I am quite thankful for this location as it provides the same quality donuts but not as unique of an experience, which is totally alright! I'm unsure if this is still the case (or if they still have that "create your own" process) I highly recommend this place for a weekend trip or a daily donut n coffee! OMG! Amazing. So far I've had the chocolate with cookies, the fruity pebble, and mini donuts in a cup. The donuts in a cup are pretty affordable and a good bang for your buck! I got chocolate milk as well, pretty good. Didn't get a gritty artificial sugar taste which I appreciate. I definitely recommend! read more

Very disappointed with the "new" Drizzle. The offer works. Most people like free stuff. Many new businesses use this tactic to welcome new customers. I also knew that Drizzle was under Bosa's management for some time. However, if you cannot or will not match customers' expectations (Drizzle Donut products and store feel) with customers' perceptions (all Bosa products and store feel), you will lose business. The owner must either spend the money and change its name to Bosa or differentiate the store's offerings. Otherwise, the disappointment will multiply because most consumers do not like feeling deceived. Do Bosa or do Drizzle. You cannot do both. It is Marketing 101. It is either short pain but long gain or short gain but long pain. The owner must decide. Otherwise, expect to disappoint more potential customers. read more

Decided to come here after dinner to see what was all the fuss for. Once again, when something new opens up in the area. People come us like sheep's and will wait for an extended time just for a donut. We ordered a few, just to see how they are. But you need to be patient! This is like going to a Stone Cold. You order a donut in sections. What kind of cake, what kind of frosting, and what kind of topping. Or you can order from one of the pictures they have displayed. Now, I'm saying this is not a good idea. Who doesn't what to create their own donuts. Here you have that opportunity. However, like I said before. You need to be patient. They brag about how their donuts are warm. Tell you the truth. Krispy Creme donuts are a lot better warm/hot. I was not impressed with their regular glazed donut. Nothing special at all. BTook my son here spur ofthe moment, about 4 pm on Saturday night. The line was to the door,but maybe 5 groups of guests. IT WAS SO SLOW!!!! The 3 young girls working the front were so friendly, but extremely slow. It took about 45 min to get to us. The process of picking adonut, all the add ons, then having someone mske it, then box it, then send it to the cashier is way time consuming, and awkward!! Maybe it needs to be like every other custom joint, where one person does something, then sends the product to the next employee, who adds this or that, then sends it to boxing, then check out.....? My son liked his creation of a Boston Cream base( which he swears has coconut in it) with chocolate frosting, butterfingers, and marshmallow drizzle. Prob wont be back, it was a neat concept, but i love my donuts simple. read more

This place recently opened by my parents' house and I'm loving it! I've been twice now and am already thinking about what I want for my next order. I was overwhelmed by the sheer number of choices for customization, so I picked half a dozen from the menu. I tried the German choco, PB&J, cinnamon caramel, maple bacon, dulce graham, and cookie. I ordered online and they had them ready for pickup about 15 minutes later. They were even still warm! I loved all of them. They are large, fluffy and taste extremely fresh. Definitely worth the price! Staff is very friendly and I was served quickly the second time when I went in person. I went mid-day and there was no one in the store so I didn't have to wait. It seems the other reviews about longer wait times might have been when they first opened and working out the kinks. Each donut is made to order, and there are a lot of options, so I can see how it might take longer during busy times. I would definitely recommend ordering for pickup for the fastest transaction. Especially since they are still warm that way. Overall I highly recommend this spot. Even if you're not in the area, I think it's worth the drive for a special treat. They also offer delivery so I think this would be a great thing to send to someone as a gift for a birthday, thank you, etc. read more

Had to try this new donut place and while my 4yr old daughter loved it, my wife and I think it's just ok. Feels pretty gimmicky with the cereal donuts and bizarre combos. The plain glazed and maple bacon were the best as they were the two that didn't have a ton of toppings. If you want something fun, and a sweet bomb, for sure try them out- I'm sure they'd be great for a kids birthday. I do wish you could change the donut type when picking the 1/2 dozen as we wanted to try the cake donut but it didn't give the option. Edit: the butterfinger donut has a cake base and that is actually pretty good and the chocolate covered strawberry was good as well. We'll avoid the cookie and cereal ones but the others are good. Tip: for those complaining about speed of service, you can order online and it will be ready when you get there so you don't have to wait in line. Cold stone isn't fast either as everything is made to order- give it some patience! read more

Honestly, was going to just give 3 stars to the new iteration of this, but seeing that the old website is still up with new ownership is quite frankly dishonest and they really should have changed the name. This is just another hole in the wall Asian style donut shop now with some boba tree drinks, etc. Felt like I was in Bosa. To me it's dishonest and kind of sketchy that the new owners kept the Drizzle Donut name as there is nothing resembling the older business left in this place. Selection is just boring glazed, sprinkles, coconut, chocolate, etc. Nothing unique whatsoever anymore. The donuts are just okay; nothing special. I used to drive a little bit to get these and found it was the only shop in the east valley I knew of that compared to Hurts in Tempe. Hint to the new business owners, if you are going to continue to act like you're the previous establishment, you're going to rapidly lose every customer Drizzle used to have who enjoyed their specialty stuff. read more
