Already ate some of fritter...so delicious!

THIS BUSINESS HAS BEEN BOUGHT BY BOSA. It is no longer a "mom & pop" donut shop I left a GLOWING REVIEW 9 months ago & it was well deserved. That is no longer the case. The Apple Fritters are puffy, doughy, & flavorless, just like @ BOSA. While the service was pleasant, the product was meh... Donuts are pretty good, just like @ all the other BOSA locations, but there is NO PERSONAL TOUCH. No donut holes thrown in. No pride of ownership. This business is nothing special, just another bland, blah, meh Chain Donut Shop. I

From CA, I was visiting my mom that lives here, and her hubby (a frequent customer ), sent me here to pick up a mango smoothie and donuts. I wasn't aware it used to be a special donut shop but now reading other reviews, realize it's more a basic donut shop now. Tasted fresh and blueberry cake and maple bar were really good!Unfortunately I didn't see a menu for flavors of smoothies, and if they're made with real fruit, i would have purchased one if there was a menu. Mom did come back and buy a blueberry muffin and breakfast croissants with cheese and sausage. Also good. I would come back when i am visiting again, for sure the yummy blueberry donut

The customer service here is one of the worst. The front counter person had no personality and a slight attitude when getting the donuts. I order a dozen...the cinnamon roll and bear claws and large so the donuts didn't all fit in the box like normal so instead of putting the large items or small items that were left in a separate box/bag after the box was full she just pull them on top of the other donuts ( that had icing on them so the icing would be on the bottom of the others ) Ans on top of that the box wouldn't close. So I proceeded to tell her please put those separate which came with an attitude. I asked for coffee she told me " oh we don't have coffee made right now" It was 5pm and they don't close until 8pm. She didn't offer to make coffee if I was willing to wait or get any interest or accommodating my request. Horrible customer service and I will never go back. Service - 0/5

Our new local donut shop is always friendly and has a fresh delicious variety. The prices are very reasonable. All of this makes for a great combination to keep us coming back again and again.

I normally just come for boba but don't forget to grab yourself a donut while you're here. Love everything from the ladies that work here to the outdoor patio. You can tell it's all made with love, and service is always a 10. Will always recommend .

So this place is fun! The donuts are crazy flavors and you can customize them however you want! It's a kid's dream come true. The iced coffee is awfully watered down, like Dunkin' Donuts-level. But I'd recommend the donuts. They're not going to be bougey, pristine, super-fluffy donuts, but they're warm and loaded, just how I like 'em! I wish they offered sampler boxes so you could have a bit of each.

This is a long shot, but do you have any gluten free items?

I got my son a cupcake and it was so dry and hard when I went to break it apart for him... definitely didn't cash in the Mom tax. We've had the wings and pretzel bites and it was so-so... not something to rave about. They sell books, nicknacks, coffee, and even have a photo booth which was cool. It prints out 2 sets of three pictures for $5. The coffee I tried was the banana pudding coffee with banana milk. It sorta tasted like banana, mostly just a milk forward coffee. Just based on personal preference, it was a bit too sugary sweet for me, not as much of that coffee flavor coming through. The cashier was sweet though and even talked about a TV show with me that she noticed on my shirt, which is always nice and welcoming. Worth checking out.

They offer complimentary wifi, a shelf of mission-branded merchandise and a menu of herbal teas and unique coffee drinks. Also a small assortment of pastry items. In addition to the regular entrance, they have a huge garage door access so on nicer days they can open up the seating area for fresh air and more of an outside but inside vibe. Staff were friendly barista hippie types but took a while for them to acknowledge us standing there even though there was no line. Ordered one hot tea and a seasonal coffee drink. Neither were great and their pricing is misleading. For example the seasonal drink was supposed to be $5.89 but was charged $7.65 and the tea was nothing more than a basic tealeaves in hot water. We didn't add any items to justify the upcharge but when I brought it to the cashiers attention she was unsure how to adjust the price or offer a refund unless we wanted loose change. SMH. If a Customer pays by Apple pay, they should be refunded or credited in the same way. Seems like a space intended for Co-working or digital nomad types as there were about 4 people with laptops and headphones sipping on drinks. Because of the ultra cool vibe, I'll definitely give them another chance to change my mind if I'm nearby but I think for what we ordered it wasn't a great price to value.

I normally don't write reviews, but this experience was frustrating enough that I felt compelled to…read moresay something. I stopped in around 6:00 pm to get some work done before a cycling class. The first thing the cashier told me was that the espresso machines were already shut down and that only hot tea was available. I asked what time the shop closed, and he said 7:00 pm. Since I still had time, I decided to stay and purchased tea. After sitting down, I was told--due to construction--that they would be "locking up soon." I assumed this still meant 7:00 pm. I received my tea around 6:10 pm, and by 6:20 pm I was told they would be locking the doors and turning off the lights. At that point, it felt passive-aggressive and misleading. If I had been told upfront that the shop was closing early, I would not have ordered anything. I specifically asked what time you were closing, and that information was not communicated clearly until after I had already paid. Additionally, if the shop is supposedly open until 7:00 pm, it's confusing why the espresso machines were already turned off at 6:00 pm. As for the tea -- 2/10. I didn't even finish it. I'm sure the coffee may be good, but this is the first time I've been to a coffee shop where the espresso machine was shut down an hour before closing. Lastly, as a study space, it's very limited: only two tables with about eight chairs total. There are outlets, but not nearly enough to support people working. Overall, the lack of clear communication and the rushed, uncomfortable atmosphere made this a disappointing experience.
