Dunkin redeemed it selfs today, I stopped coming to this location about 5 years ago because of Atrocious customer service. My boys love the doughnuts so I have recently been coming back on Saturday or Sunday. Rich in the drive-through notice my order and gave me an excellent suggestion that would improve my coffee. Apparently if you ask for a banana iced coffee that's listed on the app, you're met with attitude. I tried ordering it but the worker wasn't too sure what I was talking about. I clarified that I just wanted whatever the banana crème iced coffee on their menu is, and the worker came back with a smart remark: "Just because it's on the Dunkin app doesn't mean it's on my menu." At that point, I'd rather take my business to one of the many other coffee shops nearby. I genuinely don't understand how this Dunkin' location stays in business. They are consistently out of donuts no matter the day or time. Morning, afternoon, doesn't matter. How does a place known for donuts not have donuts? On top of that, the in-store service is terrible. If you go through the drive-thru, you'll get helped right away. But if you walk in, don't expect even basic acknowledgment. I've stood at the counter while multiple employees just stare, say nothing, and make no effort to help. It's honestly uncomfortable. It's clear the focus is only on the drive-thru, and anyone who walks in is an afterthought. Worker who took me and my friends order today was incredibly snarky and unprofessional the whole time. Food was not gently handed to me but slammed on the counter instead, atleast the refreshers tasted good. Employee who took our order was mumbling the whole time and was clearly irritated when I asked her to repeat herself multiple times because I did not hear her. I last visited in February of 2025. My order was incomplete as I received only one of the two items I ordered and paid for with a credit card. After waiting in the drive thru for 10 minutes, I received my coffees with all the ice melted and received two different sandwiches. Last time I will visit this location for a long time. Went there yesterday and ordered two iced lattes which were full from the bottom of the cup to the top of the cup with ice. There was hardly any beverage. The lady working the drive thru was not pleasant at all. Figured she was having a bad day. Went there again today and the same person was working the drive through. She was as unpleasant as yesterday. I ordered an extra hot latte which was cool. Much cooler than a typical latte let alone extra hot. I don't go here often, being from the East Coast I'm used to having a Dunkin' Donuts at every street corner, so it feels just like home to have one nearby me in Queen Creek. I'm a DD perks member so every year for my birthday I get a free beverage that I always redeem within the week. I like that they give you the week to redeem it because Starbucks makes you go on the actual birthday or else you lose it. I'm always traveling on my birthday and can never get to a Starbucks so I miss out on it. This time around I opted for an iced matcha green tea latte. The people there are very kind. Everything is very easy. You can choose the drive-through or to go in. I always find it faster and easier to just go in. There was no line. There's always a line at the drive-through. I was in and out and probably less than two minutes. They keep their baked goods in the back so when you go in you can see a little bit of donuts and a few muffins, but all of their bagels and everything else is in the back. You can order drinks or food but I always just get either an iced coffee or an iced tea. Everything is completely affordable and beyond reasonable. The only thing I would say is if you park in the lot, don't go left to try to get out because you will end up in the drive-through and there's no way to back up if someone's behind you. That happened to me once and I was stuck behind someone getting a million drinks when I already had mine. Super frustrating. Otherwise, nothing like a good old, refreshing Dunkin' Donuts trip. This Dunkin' location is so hit or miss in its service. There have been times where I've had a very polite barista, delicious (and correctly made) drink, and was in and out of the drive-they quickly. More recently though, I've had so many issues with this location that I'd rather just drive the extra couple miles down Rittenhouse or into San Tan Valley to get my drinks. Their mobile app for some reason has issues when doing mobile orders and will always say the store is closed during regular business hours. I actually just tried it again while writing this review and it's still an issue. Photos attached as proof. I fully realize that this is something that is out of the store's control, but rather something the development/engineering side of Dunkin's corporate business would handle. However, I do find it very odd that it's literally only been this ONE location that I've experienced the error. I've tried other ones nearby and have not been able to replicate it. When I recently encountered this error, it was after I had already placed and paid for my mobile coffee order. I headed over to the drive-thru to pick it up and the barista said they didn't have it in the system. I explained what happened with the app and got an extremely rude response of "well that's not our issue or responsibility, so I don't know what to tell you". Keep in mind I had been nice about it the entire conversation, I was more confused at how it occurred than anything. After that I paid for my drink and was on my way. I feel like any other coffee chain competitor (i.e. Starbucks, Dutch Bro's., Black Rock) would not have acted this way and comped the drink just for the inconvenience. Not Dunkin' though. Apparently they think they are too good for that when actually it's sub par verging on garbage. ‍ I have since been back only one time to try their iced tea, as one of my good friends recommended it. When I got the iced tea it was extremely bland despite my modifications to it and so light for black tea that I was sure they made it with green tea instead. I went inside and asked what looked like the shift lead/manager (not sure?) at the register to remake the drink since it didn't taste right. He then proceeded to admit that the tea was watered down and I'd have to wait an additional 15 minutes for a new batch. Like...they don't give a fuck. I can't put it any other way. I'm really not that critical about service as long as the food I get is decent. Today I ordered hashbrowns and half a dozen donuts. The hashbrowns were cold and soggy I had one and threw the rest away. The donuts didn't look very good. I thought I would try one anyway and much to my surprise it was mostly hollow. Worst customer service. I thought this was a donut shop. I pull up to drive through to grab 3 dozen donuts and the woman was so appalled I was asking for 3 dozen donuts. She said you are the second car like it wasn't ok to do so. I made it easy three flavors in the three different boxes. It's not what I received and I asked for donuts to be brought out in bag with napkins no bag or napkins. Ashley was the woman I was speaking with that I later found out is the manager. She told me for the future to make an order a day in advance if I need an order this big again. (3 dozen donuts ) she acted like they didn't have enough. I had to go back in and get a bag and napkins when donuts were brought out to car. Inside showed an abundance of donuts. Mind you 8 am not noon. This is the best DD around. I actually pass by the DD by my house to go another 8 minutes further to this location. The staff is friendly and always makes my coffee perfect. Other DD locations I have had gross burnt tasting coffee and not enough cream. This location is the only one that makes a perfect cup of coffee every time. I've been coming to this Dunkin' Donuts in Queen Creek for several years. Sometimes it's good sometimes it's not so good but I failed to understand is why they cannot toast an English muffin. I've been coming to this Dunkin for 5+ years and have always had amazing experiences till recently. Whenever the new GM took over I could tell right away. Lines were longer, food isn't consistent, items not available more than normal, all new employees. It's been a few months now and I would hope that the kinks would work out but I feel like it's getting worse. The new GM personally asked me to pull my car to the front to wait for my iced coffee and bagel. Which I normally don't mind but anyone who knows that parking lot knows it's a very small and congested parking lot. I ended up blocking the front handicap parking because there was no where else to be. When I brought my concerns to her when she came out she just told me "well here's the thing honey, there are other people behind you". Came back later in the day for a new order. Advised I was charged, manager said what do you want me to do. I said charge me correctly and be a little more customer focused. We ordered 6 bacon egg & cheese croissants & 2 bacon, chicken & cheese croissant snackers this morning. If I was told their toaster oven was broken I would've chose to head to another location. Unfortunately the store chose to make the sandwiches in a substitute way without making me aware. Thanks for the attempt however that resulted in a return to the store. The quality doesn't compare to what we've always loved. Dunkin's flaky crispy croissants is my family's favorite. Luckily the store on Power & Rittenhouse has a working toaster oven. read more

This is the worst Dunkin donuts i have ever been to. The manager is horrible at taking orders, making drinks, and communication. Everytime he makes my drink it is wrong, or if he manages to get it right...it is served to me with coffee or syrup all over the outside of the cup. Its always a disaster. He also tends to wait until you pay at the drive through window before making your drink, which ends up making the line move really slow. He makes this location get 1 star from me. The best thing about this location is the sweet lady who works early morning mon-fri. When she works, my drink is correct, and actually ready at the window when i get there. Pumpkin iced coffee was fantastic this morning. The pumpkin donut I had was pretty good as well. Good sense of clove in the taste. The donuts I've had have been delicious and the service as quick as it needs to be. Medium ice coffees are also $1.50 all day which is cheaper than a small. Love this place. read more
