The poor young girl behind the counter was hurried up by mama san while i was trying to figure out what i wanted and then on top of that people kept cutting me in line, just so she wouldn't loose a sale for making me wait! The cashier with the red hair is very rude. I thought maybe she was having a bad day but I frequent this location and she's irritated all the time. She never smiles and she has an attitude. She should not be dealing with the public. I have worked in customer service my entire life and I know first hand that both people and the work can be challenging. I had a frustrating experience at this location. I purchased two fountain drinks after being told by the cashier that free refills were allowed since their self-serve station was out of order. However, when I went back for a refill, a different employee told me they didn't offer refills. When I explained that I was told otherwise before purchasing, she turned and yelled at the other worker in another language before simply saying, "Sorry, no refill." I wouldn't have bought the drinks if I had known refills weren't allowed, and the lack of consistency and professionalism was disappointing. I hope management improves communication among employees to avoid misleading customers in the future. On the other hand...donuts were amazing per usual. read more

Went thru the drive thru to grab a treat on my drive to the West side and pulling in I noticed that this location appears outdated as the signs looked old but their donuts are really good so I continued my order. I ordered 2 white frosting creme filled donuts and pulled up to the window in which, the lady was less than polite. She opened the window, took my money and closed it... no greeting at all. As I was pulling off, I took one bite to find that it was the wrong donuts so I did a uturn because I had time today since she already had a bad attitude, and I went back but this time I went inside, (No, not to be a mean. The glass with the donuts inside, needed wiping down and it could use a good old fashion scrubbing inside the entire store. I approach Ms Listen Linda, and nicely told her that she gave me the wrong donuts. She again, with a nasty attitude, asked which ones I wanted. I again, explained and pointed to the correct donuts. She handed me the donuts... no apology or anything with her resting b face and I politely said "THANK YOU MA'AM" .(OK, I WAS LOUD BUT SHEESH), and I walked out! Because I've always gone thru the drive thru and never inside and usually have had a nice experience with nice employees this caught me off guard but going inside, made me realize that, I'll never stop here again to" this location" as it's really gross inside! The staff was friendly and helpful. My Mom ordered a maple bar and it was a day old. The dining on one side was being used as a storage room and the floor was filthy and they also had a mop bucket with black water in it. On a Sunday morning, stopped in for some donuts and breakfast sandwiches. It was not busy with only one person ahead ordering. My friend ordered half dozen donuts and 2 sandwiches. Then on the same order I added another sandwich for myself. We received our donuts and had to wait for the sandwiches to be made. After a while the clerk handed us a bag and we proceeded to leave the store. After returning to the house, we noticed that we were missing one of the sandwiches ordered by my friend. Called the shop and let them know and the clerk said that we left before they gave us the last sandwich. So we had to drive back to pick up ONE sandwich. Why would they give us the sandwiches in separate batches and then watch us leave without the last sandwich made?? How foolish is that? I ordered a ham and cheese croissant. The sandwich looked like it was stepped on. The croissant was so dry! The croissant itself, instead being fluffy, flaky, moist and buttery, it was thin and flat, crunchy and crumby as if it were sitting out like day-old bread. The meat and cheese were like cheap quality like the lowest quality you would find at the store in the value packs. The sandwich desperately needed some mayonaise! Bosa has the best donuts hands down! They're always so fresh, consistent, accessible and delicious. This is my absolute favorite location because of how nice everyone is who works here. Although this is not the closest or even second closest location to my house, this is the only location I'll go to. Grace helped us tonight and was so patient while we picked out 2 dozen! When we pulled up to the window to pay, we noticed a delicious looking drink!
