I was craving a sweet treat after shopping nearby. Menchie's was across the parking lot from a store I was just in so I beelined towards it. For a Thursday evening, they were very busy! They have seating inside and out. I sampled a few flavors before deciding on two. Menchie's offers a wide variety of froyo flavors and tons of toppings including candy, fruit, and syrups. Everything was clearly labeled. It's easy to go crazy on the toppings, but I had to keep in mind that everything is weighed. Prices are reasonable and service was friendly. I stop by this shopping center often as it's around the corner from where my kids train twice a week... I've always noticed the Menchie's but it wasn't until last night (a Wednesday around 8pm) that I decided to stop in. I was solo and craving something sweet. I was appreciative that they do provide tasting cups if you ask and I tried a few flavors before deciding on what to put in my cup. There are maybe 8-10 flavors to choose from, and I like that they put ingredients and nutrition information up so those curious can see. The topping station has pretty much everything, but when I was there, it was a bit of a disaster with toppings spilled all over. I'm sure it's hard to keep up with and maybe I was there during a rush and between cleanings, but some additional clean-up between customers would be a nice touch. My fro-yo with light topping and tip ended up costing around $5. I noticed plenty of seating outside although I took mine to-go (and finished it in my car before driving over to nearby PetSmart). If you enjoy a serve yourself fro-yo place and find yourself in the area, Menchie's is a very good option. Enjoy! read more

The place is fantastic, flavors are so good, the place is always clean, but today I have to complain I'm So sorry, Seriously, if you work as a sales assistant, the first thing you need is a good attitude, the girl who charged me for the ice cream was in a bad mood and served me with a bad attitude. I'm a customer of this place, and sometimes I have my app ready, and sometimes I don't use it because I don't want to make people wait in line. Cool little place in the area. When we walked in, no one was at the counter but the lady who's working there came from the back and said hello. I got the vanilla yogurt for my daughter with no toppings. She liked it a lot. The place was pretty clean and so were the bathrooms. They have a lot of options for toppings and the overall price depends on the weight at the end. While we were there, many people poured in and it became pretty busy on Saturday afternoon. I am personally picky on my frozen yogurt. Sometimes yogurt can be too runny or lack in flavor. I love how this frozen yogurt is smooth and clean tasting. Definitely better than most frozen yogurts I've had. I made the regular vanilla yogurt and my partner had the chocolate. I liked how they had the toppings in separate containers so it's more covid safe. Overall pretty good. The price was decent for frozen yogurt, not over $17 but not below $10, just in the middle for both frozen yogurt and sides. Not the greatest in the world, didn't make me wanting more or craving after. That's why the 4 stars, I would give 5 if it was something I was blown away by. No hard feelings at all! When we couldn't find where the cups were located, store clerks were warm and friendly, helping us out. We enjoyed the raspberry and pineapple sorbet twist. Holy yum! If you thought all fro yo places were created equal, think again! What amazing flavor and topping options and for a decent price. Can't really think of many cons(the highchair was really sticky but that is to be expected) but lots of pros: -Fro-yo flavors galore. As of 3/4/16: Milk chocolate, tart, vanilla bean, sugar free strawberry, watermelon, pineapple, salted caramel, peeps, Reese's, cookies and cream, crunch bar -the yogurt was so creamy, more like ice cream than icy fro yo. If you love Yogurtland, Menchie's will blow your friggin' mind! -Love that they have little cups for samples. -some very unique toppings and everything is cut pretty small, which allows you to take a small sampling and it cuts down on cost (most places have halved fruit pieces and big bars of candy, which gets pricey). Three of us with full cups cost $10 and change. -outdoor area with a bowl of water for dogs Great experience and pumped that this is so close to home...although this could be dangerous! read more

This was my first time visiting this Menchie's. It is located in a busy strip mall. They have sample cups if you want to try the flavor before you buy it. The store was very clean. I got the pumpkin and sugar free vanilla yogurt flavors. They have lots of toppings ie candy and fruit. The cashier was friendly and had a nice smile. The pumpkin flavor was superb! The vanilla was good also. It didn't have an after taste like many sugar free items do. I'll definitely be back. read more

Went to this location at 6:45pm on a weekday for some frozen yogurt. When we arrived the workers were closing and asking people to leave and locking the door. Business hours online say they are open until 10pm and I've definitely been here at later hours. They do have the dole whip here which is cool because I haven't seen it anywhere else. By they don't really have very many yogurt options which is why it's a 3 Star, places like yogurt land and zoyo have more options and I would go there unless I was feeling the dole whip. read more

I never have a problem with menchies. It's always been my favorite yogurt place. I have to give it a poor star because I was in there on Wednesday and while I was paying for my yogurt, the worker gave me my change back and while she was handing me the change, a penny fell into my yogurt. All she said was oh I'm sorry. I was so disappointed and grossed out. The dirty penny being in my yogurt and not being able to make a new one is unsanitary. I am disappointed in the management and that I wasn't even offered or given a new yogurt. I went home and scooped out the part where the change fell into it. read more
