Yogurtland - Plain Tart and Strawberries - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Mesa, Arizona

Delicious, wide array of flavors, priced in the higher side for dessert but it's self serve- what do you expect? My friend and I went Saturday night about an hour and a half before closing. She has lots of allergies (dairy included) but found flavors on the menu that she could eat (their fruity sorbets) I got the Citrus sorbet and it was delicious!! Tangy! 69¢ per ounce so our cups here amounted to about $7.50 each!!! Obviously a higher priced dessert in comparison to a McFlurry or blizzard but the experience of creating your own is fun!! Shout out to ALEXIS!!!!! My friend asked if there was any strawberries in the back (that were free the possibility of cross contamination from any of the other dairy/egg topping) and she was so happy to get it for us! Asked if we needed any other toppings from back there and rang us up with a smile! Thank you, Alexis!!!! Would come back here for sure, a fun experience and I love froyo shops. Sad they're starting to disappear, but I get it with how pricey they can get and no drive-thru options expediting convenience for those who wanna enjoy at home. read more

Not sure who owns this location but you need to check your cameras. You have a major problem of theft of your business. I was there just now and watched customer after customer eat your yogurt through samples , one had at least 10 sample cups ate them all then finally got a cup and then ate more from the cup before it was weighed. Also saw an older gentleman and his friend come in eat an insane amount of yogurt from sample cups he and his friend and then they just walked out and bought nothing. I believe this is theft of your business and your employees didn't seem to care what was occurring. read more

Great yogurt but the prices have really spiked up lately. Often times the staff is in the back so it hard to get great service but overall good frozen yogurt. The place appeared pretty clean both times I've been. read more

This is my go-to place for froyo! The shop is always clean, the staff is friendly, and there's a good variety of flavors to choose from. I love getting a bunch of fun toppings!! We need more froyo shops! Maybe I'm living in the 2010s but I just miss the days when there was a froyo shop on every corner. Now, they are few and far between. Yogurtland is an OG and I appreciated how clean and well stocked this one was! We had a great visit filling up our cups. Even though costs have gone up a lot since the good old days, they are still worthy of a sweet treat. The Yogurtland plain tart is one of my favorites but I always love to mix and match with everything and anything. Cheesecake bites, another must for my toppings. Easy parking and easy access to get a great treat! read more

We have been here many times over the years. My kids love picking everything themselves and making their own idea. I wish the yogurt wasn't as watery as it always is but it is not a big deal. Staff has always been friendly. read more

I hadn't been to this location in years and just recently made it in. The flavors were pretty plain so we opted for some plain tart, mango, and a bit of strawberry. The strawberry one seemed to not be working too well so we couldn't get anything out of the machine. The topping area was pretty messy and a lot of the toppings had mixed together. The cashier was friendly though and she checked us out quickly. Every table was dirty. We picked the one that looked to be less dirty but even this one was very sticky and had a lot of crumbs.... The yogurt was ok, nothing special. It was about $9 each cup. read more

First time going back to yogurtland since covid, it use to be one of it favorite places to go for a treat but everything was so weird! I'm glad we went back to try it again because the yogurt is amazing!! The thing lady was kind and friendly, and it was nice and clean inside! We ended up going back two days in a row!! Wish we're lived closer so we could go more often! read more

Just like I remembered. 1st frozen yogurt in years. Good flavor choices. And plenty of toppings

I thought this was worth a follow up. After my review a message was left by a business manager to contact them so that they can get in touch with me directly. I did as requested thinking that they may want some further insight in regards to improvements needed. I sent an email so they could do so, the response I received was generic as if they had no idea as to why I was reaching out to them. Obviously we now see there is a big disconnect and the customer service being as poor as it is goes beyond the location itself. Hopefully they get serious about their business and they are able to turn things around. read more

Yogurtland yogurt tastes good to me. They have so many flavors and toppings I can't even tell you what they all were. There was vanilla, chocolate, another type of vanilla, pistachio, churro, oreo, mango and more. I was not a fan of the oreo. The rest of them were great! There was a blue colored one that I liked. I think it might have been the churro. The place was small but clean despite the many people there. I can't even tell you all the toppings. There were cookie sticks, mochi, caramel cups, and other toppings. Then they also had sauces. So many sauces. I think marshmallow, chocolate and caramel. The employees were friendly and nice. I enjoyed chatting with them. read more

Still lots of great flavors to choose from! The section with the toppings are completely covered so no one touches, breathes or is close. Only the worker has access and they have on a mask gloves and sanitized there hands and utensils! Awesome very friendly helpful and always professional! I highly recommend this location! We used to love this location and always went! We visited tonight and it was pretty messy. Some of the machines were broken, they didn't have any chocolate or peanut butter yogurt, only the ice cream chocolate. The area was overall messy looking and they don't always have the best flavors in stock. Used to love going here and hopefully it gets better Update August 2019: visited and they still didn't have a good variety of flavors, no chocolate yogurt. Area was cleaner but their yogurt choices are never great so we drive 15 mins to Yogurt Jungle ins Update: May 2020 visited during COVID and we wore gloves and the employee scooped our toppings for us. More flavors this time and a good experience. read more

Great yogurt when they have options. Area for add ons messy and items not stocked. Staff expecting tip at register. I served myself w/o help. No tipping for that. read more

Yogurtland is cool - pun intended. There are fun, rotating, and often new flavors throughout the year. The new flavors usually coincide with a theme which is sometimes linked to awesome collector spoons! If you get a chance, try looking up all the different spoons that they've featured in the past. They are nifty and worth checking out if you've got the free time. I remember the Tokidoki ones -- ridiculously adorbs! They've previously had Looney Tunes spoons and I believe they currently have Candy Crush inspired ones this summer. There is water infused with fruit available in case you might be a little thirsty from all the lever pulling and topping scooping that you did filling your cup up. The Yogurtland App is rather helpful. You can use it to checkout what flavors are part of today's lineup, earn points, and get discounts. This location is on the smaller side and therefore bit awkwardly shaped. When it get's busy, the store can get a little claustrophobic up in there. It lacks a good crowd control flow that some of the other Yogurtland locations seem to have to manage larger groups of customers. All the employees I've encountered at this location are friendly, minus the person I assume was the manager a few years ago - I shall call him Mr. Grump-O. However, one time I received an extra collector spoon at this location! Shhh, don't tell! I'm not sure if they are allowed to do that but it was AWESOME! read more

We came here as a big group after eating Greek food. I was still stuffed from an earlier meal in the day and ate a very small plate at the other restaurant. But, it was my last night in Phoenix and my family wanted yogurt. So we went. The best part of going with my family is that my parents and grandparents have never been to a frozen yogurt joint. I wish I took a picture of it, but my dad kinda went crazy, and piled his cup high with different flavors and toppings. He's like a kid in a candy store. I had the red velvet and peanut butter. I also had something else but I can't remember it at the moment. I didn't have a lot either since I was still so full. However, I did top it with cookie dough and Ghiradelli fudge. Mmmm There's two things I wish that would make this even better, a smaller cup option, and a menu that tells you the flavors before you get online, just so I could plan out better what I wanted read more

Love this place! They have lots of fresh flavors to choose from including vanilla bean, strawberry banana taffy, cheesecake, and many more. The newest addition is the rich chocolate flavor. Very chocolatey indeed!. They also have some dairy free options although not that many. Lots of mix ins as well! read more

This store does not keep up the cleanliness of the topping bar and it looks unappetizing and just a big mess. The machines have't been wiped down and the floors were dirty. I chose the plain chocolate yogurt and no topping. I like yogurtland and I hope they correct the situation and they start to keep everything neat and tidy. Return factor is low. read more

Absolutely amazing, great flavors, great toppings, great ambiance. Usually great staff, and service. Wish they had vegan options

I LOVE YOGURTLAND! I only wish I didn't have to travel so far to enjoy their delicious choices in flavors. I live in Casa Grande, Az. And the nearest Yogurtland is in Chandler, Az. It would be awesome if Yogurtland were to come to Casa Grande, as there are no yogurt stores at all in C. G. Mary B. read more

The absolute best frozen yogurt shop. There are always many flavors to choose from at here and I love that they have sample cups so you can try flavors before you buy them. Tons of toppings to choose from as well. The best flavor is the coconut caramel - we keep hoping they'll bring it back but they haven't as of yet. Hopefully soon! read more

Haven't been to yogurtland in years but it sounded good. Came in around 8:20 the other night l, the toppings were absolutely picked over. Don't ever go to this racist place or use ezcater online because they are very racist as well. I had placer an order online 4 days in advance and was supposed to pick up my order today but in just 30 mins from picking up my order i got a call from some weird girl at ezcater telling me that "they don't know what's wrong but they my order hasn't bern fulfilled" without offering any apologies. This is UNACCEPTABLE and such SHADY AND BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE! They charged and took my money but then never delivered! These lowlives motives is to deter me from doing business with them aka discriminate against me which is so obvious! Don't ever go to this racist place or order from ezcater! They are a bunch of lowlife racists!!!! read more

Arrived at this location at 8:30PM, and was told they are closed, when the posted hours show closing at 9PM. That's not right!

Pleasantly surprised. I was here a few months ago and agreed with the recent reviews of this place going down hill. But I took a chance today and things were cleaned, all machines seemed to be working, toppings were well stocked, and we were greeted when we entered. The worker with the black curly hair was very nice and polite. Hopefully it stays this way! read more

This place could be better easily...coming from someone who has frequented many froyo spots across six states already, and whose standards aren't that high. Maybe change out the toppings (especially the fruits) more frequently than every 4-5 days...topping out your bins when they're running low is not the same as changing them out. Makes me wary of the business's adherence to food safety regulations. read more
