Tried Culver's for the first time the other day. I ordered their fried pickle pub burger. It includes 2 beef patties topped with crispy fried pickle chips, Wisconsin cheddar cheese, and a tangy Brewpub Sauce made with beer mustard and mayonnaise, served on a soft pretzel bun. I did very much enjoyed it. The crispy fries were also so good. We ordered online so we got 25% off on our first order which was very nice. We then picked up through the drive thru. I arrived to the store at 4:09pm for a 4:15pm carry out online pickup. I told them my name upon arrival and said I might be a little early, so I don't mind waiting. Then an employee said, "oh we just put the order in so it will be a while." I was confused because it said 4:15pm pickup but I'm very patient so I waited. About 15 mins after I arrived, another employee asked what order I was waiting for, even though the other employee I told was right next to him, so I told him my name, Daniel. Then he asked for my last name, then looks for the order, which had been sitting on the counter for about 5 mins. I know what to look for when I'm picking up orders, because I've delivered over 12,300 orders for DoorDash. So I was very upset at the lack of awareness from the employees here at Culver's. My mom loves this restaurant but I WILL NEVER BE BACK. Please do better in the future for other people that visit your establishment. read more

This wasn't the best experience to start the lack of customer service here was 0 the cashiers weren't personable or friendly at all in fact I was ready to just find a table and eat. But the young man that brought our tray to the table just tossed it down in our table and walked away like it was an inconvenience to have to deliver the tray to our table I could've done it myself without the attitude. The restaurant itself was clean but the $8 Mushroom burger had 4 pieces of Mushroom on it, the patty lacked flavor and since when is there an extra charge for tomato on a hamburger lol? Between the terrible customer service, tasteless hamburger and an extra charge for something that normally comes on a hamburger left a bad taste in my mouth to where I really don't plan on a return trip. read more

I used to work at this Culver's way back in the day, and I'm still as much a fan now as I was back then! I got a kids meal which I believe is around $7. It comes with a regular sized patty, small fries, milk (you can substitute the milk for a small soda for no extra charge!), and a kids custard! I asked for "everything" on my cheeseburger which is deluxe condiments, a 30¢ charge (I believe for the tomatoes!), and upgraded my fries to a soup which was about a $2.50 upcharge. My burgers presentation was superb. I didn't take a photo, I should have, it was so neat and well made! The soup was so good, I got the stuffed green pepper and OOOOh is it one of my favorites! They give you Zesta saltine crackers to pair. I got rootbeer to drink, you can never go to Culver's without getting their homemade rootbeer! And as my custard I stuck with vanilla and cookie dough pieces. My friend got vanilla and made a little rootbeer float action with hers. The employees were so nice, attentive, and quick on their feet! We came pretty shortly after opening, 11am, and it was nice and clean! Love Culver's and love the owner of this location! read more

we went to Culver's for fish sandwiches since we hadn't been there for a long time. First, the two sandwiches were $17 just for the sandwiches, no sides or drinks. Next, the fish had no taste at all. We're not ones to complain, but it was bad!! We will not return even thou we liked it in the past. read more

We ordered our food on the app and they approved our order. when we got to the Culver's they said our order didn't go through. Had to wait an extra 20 minutes, when we got our order they came running out with an extra bag right before we left. Once we got home and checked our food we were missing a kids meal fries, the sodas were not even halfway full and had ice when we said NO ICE. They tried to make up for it by giving us free food vouchers. We still ended up missing more food and drinks. It was just overall disappointing. We love Culver's! It is our go-to family weeknight meal out. My personal favorite? The grilled chicken sandwich, a side of cheese curds, and a chocolate custard with bananas! Everyone is so friendly and the service is so quick! The seats are always cleaned off as soon as someone leaves, the bathrooms are clean, and there are always people running food! They forgot to give me my drink at the window. When the kid brought me my order, did not bring the drink. Looked at me like I was lying to him about not having the drink but went back to get it. Then brought out the wrong size drink but acted like it was my fault. I'm done eating at places where the kids working don't care about service. This is one of those places. read more

This review reflects the drive-through service. It would be 2 stars except that they got the order correct and the food was delicious. We pulled up, ordered, paid, and pulled ahead. We waited longer than the car behind us. Oh well, we got the order and left. When I opened the bag, there were two orders of fries spilling out all over because they were carelessly thrown in the bag. There were no napkins or condiments. I assumed condiments would be included as most people like catsup with their fries. My wife had to eat a dry chicken sandwich because there was no mayo. My wife and I have gone to this culver's about three times a month since it opened. The quality has gone down dramatically. the last time we had the Walleye sandwich it was undercooked and had to be tossed. The cod sandwich which used to be excellent is no longer even fair in quality. The last two time we ordered it the portion was much smaller and the quality of cod was lacking. We will no longer go to this Culver's and are very disappointed in the drop in quality. read more

If I could give a negative rating I would. Went to order food via the drive thru and the worker misplaced our card. When we asked them to look for it they didn't even show any remorse for the situation that was their fault. When we spoke with the manger she couldn't have handled the situation any worse. She was confused why we even asked to talk to her?! Her response: "I don't know what you want me to do?" She wasn't even going to refund us our meal we had to ask! Food: Cheese Curds: 5/5 Crispy fried coating with sharp cheese. They are a perfect snack. They are satisfying and best dipped in ranch. The quality of cheese is excellent and is not reminiscent of fast food. Vanilla Concrete with Cookie Dough and Oreo Pieces: 6/5 The vanilla concrete is thick enough to eat with a spoon. It is rich without being overpowering. The toppings were enough to rival a McDonalds McFlurry without being an over-the-top milkshake. Overall, for being a fast food joint, the ice cream and sides are delicious enough to make you a frequent customer. read more

Awful customer service. They were all just standing around and not helpful at all. I ordered a shake from the table ordering method, and it took 15 minutes but we were the only customers inside.... I decided to go to the counter, ask about it, and the 6 workers were standing around like deer in headlights at me. Then, they realized that they deleted it off their order screen without making it. They all laughed and didn't apologize or anything. Gave me my shake and that was it. Need some actual adult leadership there. I went in to see if I can get the missing items and one girl was doing her tik tok dancing behind the counter while I was waiting for assistance, and apparently the person who put my order together said my order was so complicated that they were "confused" what went in the order. Where do I start! We tried to order online in order to pick up our order but there was no place to request no cheese on my no bun hamburger. So then I tried calling the restaurant number for 10 min with no success. So I drove the 10 min to the restaurant. The on site shift manager couldn't explain why the phone wouldn't ring through and she said she really didn't know how to indicate on the website for no cheese on my hamburger for the next time. The shift manager did offer to take my order. I gave her my order. I asked for extra tomatoes and extra pickles on my hamburger. I arrive home with our order of 2 hamburgers to open my no bun hamburger with 1 small pickle and NO tomatoes even though on the receipt it shows I was charged extra money for the no/non extra items. My two hamburger patties had burnt edges half way around the paper thin patties!! This is the second time I have been very upset with my hamburger meal. We won't go back there again. read more

So after a long time due to the down fall in quality we decided to try Culver's for dinner tonight. A disappointing choice to say the least, the food we did get in our order was mid grade at best. The burger was dry, the lettuce tasted dirty, the hotdog inside the corn dog did not look edible, the missing French fries were a complete disappointment. While the service at the drive thru window during ordering was pleasant, this was a complete waste of $60. The proclaimed manager when I called was rude and not helpful.
