I used to work at this Culver's way back in the day, and I'm still as much a fan now as I was back then! I got a kids meal which I believe is around $7. It comes with a regular sized patty, small fries, milk (you can substitute the milk for a small soda for no extra charge!), and a kids custard! I asked for "everything" on my cheeseburger which is deluxe condiments, a 30¢ charge (I believe for the tomatoes!), and upgraded my fries to a soup which was about a $2.50 upcharge. My burgers presentation was superb. I didn't take a photo, I should have, it was so neat and well made! The soup was so good, I got the stuffed green pepper and OOOOh is it one of my favorites! They give you Zesta saltine crackers to pair. I got rootbeer to drink, you can never go to Culver's without getting their homemade rootbeer! And as my custard I stuck with vanilla and cookie dough pieces. My friend got vanilla and made a little rootbeer float action with hers. My wife and I have gone to this culver's about three times a month since it opened. The quality has gone down dramatically. the last time we had the Walleye sandwich it was undercooked and had to be tossed. The cod sandwich which used to be excellent is no longer even fair in quality. The last two time we ordered it the portion was much smaller and the quality of cod was lacking. We ordered our food on the app and they approved our order. when we got to the Culver's they said our order didn't go through. Had to wait an extra 20 minutes, when we got our order they came running out with an extra bag right before we left. Once we got home and checked our food we were missing a kids meal fries, the sodas were not even halfway full and had ice when we said NO ICE. They tried to make up for it by giving us free food vouchers. We still ended up missing more food and drinks. It was just overall disappointing. If I could give a negative rating I would. Went to order food via the drive thru and the worker misplaced our card. When we asked them to look for it they didn't even show any remorse for the situation that was their fault. When we spoke with the manger she couldn't have handled the situation any worse. She was confused why we even asked to talk to her?! Her response: "I don't know what you want me to do?" She wasn't even going to refund us our meal we had to ask! This review reflects the drive-through service. It would be 2 stars except that they got the order correct and the food was delicious. We pulled up, ordered, paid, and pulled ahead. We waited longer than the car behind us. Oh well, we got the order and left. When I opened the bag, there were two orders of fries spilling out all over because they were carelessly thrown in the bag. There were no napkins or condiments. I assumed condiments would be included as most people like catsup with their fries. My wife had to eat a dry chicken sandwich because there was no mayo. Where do I start! We tried to order online in order to pick up our order but there was no place to request no cheese on my no bun hamburger. So then I tried calling the restaurant number for 10 min with no success. So I drove the 10 min to the restaurant. The on site shift manager couldn't explain why the phone wouldn't ring through and she said she really didn't know how to indicate on the website for no cheese on my hamburger for the next time. The shift manager did offer to take my order. I gave her my order. I asked for extra tomatoes and extra pickles on my hamburger. I arrive home with our order of 2 hamburgers to open my no bun hamburger with 1 small pickle and NO tomatoes even though on the receipt it shows I was charged extra money for the no/non extra items. The quality of cheese is excellent and is not reminiscent of fast food. Vanilla Concrete with Cookie Dough and Oreo Pieces: 6/5 The vanilla concrete is thick enough to eat with a spoon. It is rich without being overpowering. The toppings were enough to rival a McDonalds McFlurry without being an over-the-top milkshake. The burger was dry, the lettuce tasted dirty, the hotdog inside the corn dog did not look edible, the missing French fries were a complete disappointment. I really wanted to try their curderburger because of the cheese curds. one of my friends said that cheese curds squeak. She is from Wisconsin. They only have curder burgers for a limited time. I missed out. Their burgers taste pretty plain. I love their fries though. The fries have a good flavor and texture. Their drink selection is interesting but pretty good. The sweet tea is variable in how sweet it is. I like it the sweeter the better. Their ice cream is absolutely delicious. I should really say it's not ice cream but something else. Whatever it is it is delicious. I would just go there for fries and ice cream. They change their flavor of the day regularly. I have tried a few flavors but I really like the plain vanilla with a topping of my choice. I have not tried their shakes. I would like to see how they taste. I ended up getting a cheese curds and I thought the outside tasted like stuffing. The stuffing you get at Thanksgiving. Whatever that flavor is that's what it tasted like. I don't like studying so I was not too enthused. I did like the cheese curd innards. If they had a different cheese curds batter or outer flavor I would be totally down for that.
