This is quickly becoming my favorite place for froyo! My daughter asked if we could go to frogurtland aka yogurtland and after I stopped giggling of course I said yes! They have a great array of flavors and a ton of toppings including my favorite oatmeal cookie & pumpkin. Swirl those together and it's froyotastic, top it with granola and it's froyomazing! For the last few months they've been adding in Looney Tunes inspired flavors, with collectable spoons to match, the newest is a fruity Marvin Martian kaboom sorbet, a mix of eye popping lime and pineapple! Their employees are personable, especially Timmy who took the time to introduce himself and shake my daughter's hand. Five! Yes 5! Star's. My eldest daughter, granddaughter and myself went for a frosty treat after dinner and a walk in the neighborhood and ended up taking a short car ride to Yogurtland, a first time visit for us all. It was extremely busy at 8pm as everyone was enjoying the beautiful fall evening (first of many more to come)after the long hot summer/monsoon season. But the friendly and professional staff kept the line's moving quickly. We were all impressed with the great and many flavors. Daughter had Tangy Vanilla, granddaughter had chocolate with mini m&m's and peanut butter cups with - yes you guessed it chocolate sauce (hi rev stuff right there whew!) I had Mocha Coffee with a bit of caramel sauce and a few dark chocolate chunks. Extremely fair priced, pay by weight, plenty of seating indoors and out(we ate outdoors & enjoyed the awesome beautiful weather) All and all a great place for family time. Im a simplest I prefer just the plain simple tart with strawberries and pineapple with mochi and the boba juice balls. This was my first time at this place and it was good but nothing out of the ordinary. Just like every other self serve yogurt place. I would come here again. First things first...don't try to use the yelp check-in offer here. It will be awkward when you happily show them your phone and then get rejected in front of a long of people. Yeah. AAAAAWKWARD. Just don't do it. They don't honor it anymore. Someone at yogurtland needs to get that removed from the yelp system to avoid further embarrassing the yelpers. Here's the thing, I typically LOVE me some yogurtland. I would stop in everyday if I thought I could get away with it. This location is a tad messy...which sucks because it's so conveniently located to me and is housed at at Dana Park which is an awesome shopping center. This location is messy, the staff isn't overly friendly (I feel like I'm not allowed to have sample cups for example) and I'm ready for new yogurt flavors already! They rarely have any good no sugar added flavors. read more

Here is where my rating of 2 stars come into play. First, the cups there are too big. Although it may be helpful for newcomers as they may make a mess serving themselves, it is an obvious marketing scheme to get you to fill up the cup and pay more than what you thought. Next, they have a limited arrangement of toppings. For example they do not have any hot toppings. No hot fudge?! Although the fruit is fresh, they do not offer enough toppings. And it is kind of tricky to put toppings on because of how big their spoons are. Third, the yogurt does not taste as creamy and premium at other places such as golden spoon. For example, their version of peanut butter is more of an aftertaste when compared to golden spoon every bite of froyo has the perfect amount of peanut butter. Next, the one employee there did not make the shop welcome and inviting. It looked like she did not want to be there and it took her a full 2 minutes to ring up my order after I was done. Lastly, you are bound to OVERPAY everytime. I am a golden spoon customer but I figured I might try out yogurtland for a change. What would've been $5.19 at golden spoon, the same proportion cost me $7.62! That means I could've bought a quart of froyo at golden spoon, rather than their version of a regular. After my visit, I will stick with golden spoon who have awesome employees who professionally makes my yogurt with premium froyo at an affordable price. read more

I was super excited when I heard that a Yogurtland was going in at Dana Park because I love Yogurtland. The one in Tempe is little to far for me to justify driving to just for frozen yogurt. This location is clean and bright. They do seem to have a pretty high turn over it is always a new person working then the time before. The last couple of times it was pretty cold inside which will be nice in the summer. read more

I was so glad when this location opened! The staff is always friendly. They have cookie cup separators that I like to use when I want both tart and sweet flavors and I don't want them to get mixed. I used to come here all the time since it is my favorite yogurt chain.. But they have just gone totally downhill. Most of the time, more machines are broken rather than working. This makes it so you just have a few of the regular flavor choices if you're lucky and actually have a few options (which get boring pretty quickly..) and rarely any fruit flavors, which is what I prefer. I hardly ever see their specialty flavors in an actual working machine. Granted, the staff is usually kind and the place is clean, but those are the only positive things I can think of for this location.. but for this being an "upscale" type of plaza I have no idea why we keep heading in to find over four machines broken and realizing we wasted our time! read more

I have been experimenting with different Yogurt shops around the valley, and came across this location. Excited by the photographs and graphics of the website we decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, the experience wasn't as we had hoped. The exterior was filthy, half eaten yogurt containers on the ground, stains on the sidewalks, overflowing trashcans and dirty patio tables. The yogurt was unimpressive...flavors were bland, ingredients scarce and some of the fruit mushy. Crew member seemed uninterested in our business and bored. Better luck next time! read more

I love coming here for frozen yogurt. Decent price, great location, great atmosphere, and amazing taste. I love their variety of toppings choice. I love frozen yogurt!!! The flavors were good, they had one called strawberry shortcake that I loved. The kid who rang us up was actually great, he had really good customer service and I work in customer service. I could tell he was smiling even though he had the mask on. So now the reason for the not so great review. This location allows you to get your own yogurt & toppings. Most of these frozen yogurt places allowed that before COVID, it looks like they are returning to that. We went in the afternoon around 4 pm. There was a kid & an adult in front of us the adult allowed the kid to get his own yogurt & toppings. I don't allow that with mine I don't feel there ready for that, LOL!!! When we got to the toppings it was disgusting. It definitely was not just from this one kid this toppings bar made me not get any toppings. The kids got toppings they don't care and don't notice they just want the candy. The handles on the toppings bar spoons were sticky it was bad. I paid and asked customer service kid if we could eat inside he said we couldn't because of COVID which is fine but I thought to myself what about the toppings. I felt sick just looking at them. The toppings were mixed everything was sticky. I personally like Reese's cup and this one was down to the bare minimum it looked like there had been little hands in it, I can only imagine. We ate the yogurt in the car I had a hard time getting mine down my hands were sticky and I couldn't get past it. It was really was just the toppings bar maybe the employees should dish out the toppings. In my opinion it's up to the parent or the adult to assist there child with the toppings but everyone parents differently and I know some kids are out of control. I have an out of control one I wouldn't be surprised if she was eating from the toppings bar while I turned my head getting the actual yogurt. read more

Visited this location tonight and first thing I noticed was how busy it was, especially for a Monday night! The 2 young girls working inside were soooooo awesome. One named Kathryn and I didn't see the other's name. Kathryn was working the register and getting everyone through the line quickly and efficiently. The other young lady was running around, cleaning and greeting EVERYONE as they walked thru the door, making sure to offer sample cups and a giant smile. Working in the service industry myself, I know the importance of great customer service, and this girl definitely had it! She was honestly probably one of the nicest, most friendly people I have ever encountered, and that's saying a lot because I meet a ton of people everyday in my line of work. I hope that management reads this review and let this girl know how wonderful she is! (I wish I had her name!
